Very fair in pricing.

While I can appreciate that you were backlogged due to Covid, I place my order on April 26th, and you charged may card that day.

It is now June 7th, and my order has not shipped.

The process was good - I received quick customer service on getting a quote for multiple chairs and the ordering was easy.

...The chair has NO cushion in the seating. We're not satisfied with the product and still debating on whether to return.

Excellent. Company was very accommodating to allow me to pick up item locally since I live in NJ, despite the COVID, and it was ready to go when I got to the loading dock.

My chair arrived missing a headrest. The headrest is clearly supposed to be included in the order but did not arrive with the rest of my chair.

The seat didn't ship for a month. I emailed them, only for them to respond and say they messed up and no longer had the seat.

The process was okay, the shipping was slow. Whether the price was good depends on the resolution of the quality issue.

Fast, clean, as advertised. No shipping cost! Pre-assembled before delivery, which had it's advantages and disadvantages.

It looks like a refurbished product with scratches and dust. The screws were not new either. I feel cheated.
