Product arrived about 11 days after purchase. Product as described and in great condition.
To be honest, the other reviewers scared me, but the product that was delivered was flawless and I will buy again! The shipping was a little delayed due to the holidays... just be patient.
Overall shopping experience was easy. Questions answered quickly and with good detail. After I ordered the chair, lots of emails alerting me to the status of shipping. However, I didn't get an email stating exactly when the chair would be delivered. I happened to be home when FedEx made the delivery, so everything worked out.
I bought the chair which was supposed to arrive 10-14 days later. After 14 days, I emailed to ask when it would arrive and was told that the chair wasn't in stock! And that we wouldn't be receiving it! My credit card had been charged. I was told that seatingmind you have eventually let me know and that the situation was beyond their control. No real explanation and, certainly, waiting for me to contact them and to request a refund was definitely NOT beyond your control.
I wish the chairs came with directions on how to attach the back of the chair to the seat.
The chair had a tracking number created for it and sat for an additional week from when it was scheduled to be delivered. It already takes 10-14 days for the chair to ship, and this one must have been forgotten somewhere. Had we not followed up on the tracking information, I'm not sure when or if we would have seen it.
They had a great price online so I ordered an Aeron chair. I got an immediate confirmation and was told the order would be processed within 10 days. Nearly 3 weeks later I had received nothing. I followed up and received a polite reply that Aeron orders took 10 days to process. Well it's now been 3 weeks and my order hasn't been "processed". We will see what happens, but this is strange?
I understand the chair is refurbished, which is why you pay a discounted rate. However, the chair arrived extremely dirty, with rusty screws, and with hair wrapped up in the caster wheels. When I buy a refurbished product I expect it to at least be cleaned or inspected for quality control. Does the chair work? Absolutely. Was it worth $500? Not in the condition it arrived.
Great price on the exact chair I wanted. Shipping was fast and, bonus, no assembly required. Which means my kids got an awesome box to make a fort.
Not bad, there are a few options that were not clear and required a call but that was easily answered.
It took 3 weeks or so to arrive (which I was expecting 2). The chair was partly disassembled with no instructions for the controls (which was an easy print job) or how to put it together (that was mostly clear but took a nudge that made me nervous). It cam in a box almost no protection/packaging. I am supersized it was not damaged but appears to be in working order.
Checkout was weird. The site failed finishing the checkout every time I tried to place my order
I had to try again every day, since the price of the chair was best I've found around. While attempting to order it, I also contacted the customer service, but I just got an automated e-mail message saying something like "we will contact you in 2 days" (which never happened)
I think the site only accepted my order in the 9th or 10th consecutive day of my repeated attempts
Then I got a shipment from Fedex which did not change status for more than one week and then it was 'replaced' by another one which only got status updates after ~5 days
I got a chair in a very good condition, so what you really need to fix is your entire fulfillment system (website, customer service and order processing)
Too long wait (4 weeks) from the product was ordered till delivered.

Products are brand new or restored to brand new condition. First I was closed out of communication because the entire store was shut down for the week for a holiday. I was then told there's a delay because they need to assemble the chair. Then when I received the item it was I one piece because it was used which is fine, but it was filthy, it had the warranty and identifying stickers removed. The arm pads were disgusting and looked like they had been chewed. When I sent photos and asked for a deep discount since it was no where near 'brand new condition' as advertised I was offered a 19% discount along with being told I could purchase replacement arm pads directly from the manufacturer. When I told them I thought this was ridiculous they told me 'well the chair was listed as refurbished' and the offered a 23% discount but also told me I could order the parts.
I accepted this knowing I wasn't going to do any better. So I contacted the actual manufacturer who put me in touch while an ACTUAL reseller who gave me the replacement parts for no charge.
In all SeatingMind is a bunch of phonies that flat out lied on their website when describing their products. Thanks for the opportunity to share this story

Suspected fraud and fraudulent company. I have not received products in more than 30 days since order product report on their website says shipping pending. I have reached out to customer service by telephone and email and have received not response or returned call. I suspect fraud.
The process was good - I received quick customer service on getting a quote for multiple chairs and the ordering was easy.
Answer: Good question. Every other review site hammers these guys. Beware. This is rigged.
Answer: Honestly. With how I was treated. These guys must be mafia.
Answer: This company may be legit, but from the research I have done online after my purchase experience with them, they totally scam people with their outrageous "restocking fee" policy.
Answer: Prices. But you're getting used stuff in god-only-knows condition. Stick with garage sales. These guys are shady. Beware.
