Site was easy to navigate. Adequate product information. Fair price. Chair was a little more worn than expected but will still work great for my purpose.
Everything was great, the only thing is that there were no assembly instructions included. I was able to figure it out but would have been a bit easier with instructions.

I purchased a used Steelcase Leap V2 chair and when it finally arrived over a month later the metal support bracket in the back was snapped in half. Not only was it a safety hazard (I got a deep cut on my leg when I lifted the piece out of the shipping box), but when I contacted customer service it was an absolute nightmare.

- MONTHS later after multiple emails Lenna clarified that I would need to ship back the original and only then they would replace it. The packing materials were long gone, and at this point I lost all faith in their ability to follow through.
I will never purchase from Seatingmind again, and I will warn everyone who considers them to go shop somewhere else. The discount is not worth this level of stress.
The chairs we received our filthy. Customer service does not answer the phone and only responds to email at 9 p.m. or at later. This company is a joke.

Seating mind has been great to work with. However, when the product arrived and Fed Ex Freight delivered we had to pay additional money to have the driver put them inside our building.
Got chair in a reasonable amount of time, even in the midst of the covid-19 craziness. The chair was in excellent condition and well packaged. It was mostly put together just required 4 bolts for the back which they even included an Allen wrench for. Overall a great experience and I'm excited to have my aeron chair to WFH in!
I never received my order... I know we're in a pandemic, but I run a business too -- if you're overloaded with getting orders out the door, that's when you hire help and outsource to get it done!
I've already purchased a similar chair from a competitor for MORE MONEY on FRIDAY, and it will be arriving TUESDAY.

I ordered the wrong color. In spit of the multiple FREE RETURNS written on the site, the customer service rep FIRST asked that I pay $175 in shipping to swap the item, when I said no they insisted on taking a 20% restocking fee. I'd be fine with this if you hadn't said FREE RETURNS FREE SHIPPING all over your site. This was a personal order but I was planning on purchasing a bulk order for my new office... Now I'm having second thoughts.

Answer: This company may be legit, but from the research I have done online after my purchase experience with them, they totally scam people with their outrageous "restocking fee" policy.
Answer: Prices. But you're getting used stuff in god-only-knows condition. Stick with garage sales. These guys are shady. Beware.
