I ordered 4 lawn mower parts. First order came in and wasn't close to what I had ordered. Through online support that order was cancelled and reordered (another $144. Xx on my credit card). Meanwhile I was to ship incorrect parts back while they hold MY money for their mistake. I wound up finding all parts I needed elsewhere for right at $100 cheaper and had them installed the next evening.
Today the "correct" order comes in and I open the box to see the pulley in the picture. I was going to return this order either way, but this made me even more upset with Searsparts.com than I already was. Lesson learned! I DO NOT recommend these people.

Recently contacted Sears to get a very difficult part to acquire. The woman who answered the phone thought that I needed to understand her job to tell her what I needed. I then politely asked to speak with a supervisor. She returned to the phone and said they do not have the part and hung up on me.

I'm trying to spend money with the company I purchased the lawn mower from. Sears wonders why it's filed for bankruptcy and is going out of business.

First of all you have to be put on hold 15 minutes in order to speak to someone in India. Then they charged me $36.00 for a part that cost may be. 10 cents. I am so mad I have smoke coming out of my ears. I wish I would of looked at reviews before I dealt with this rip off company.

Looked up part # and ordered part online. Wrong part arrived. Went through return process and expected full refund including shipping as part # was correct. Reordered part, using same part #, through person I spoke with online. He said I would receive full refund including shipping. Received correct part. (remember, I used the same part #) Never received refund of first shipping cost. Correct part was listed as approx. $5.00 less than charged. Did not receive full refund of first part cost. I'll stop there. Will never order through Sears Parts Direct again. What a scam

Needed to order a switch for a Craftsman belt sander and the part I need is no longer available. Sander has seen VERY little use, and should not have any problems. They tried to offer me another part that is 1/2 the cost of a new sander! Come on it's a switch that costs only a few cent to make and should not fail under the limited use it had. (but they are willing to ship it for free if I subscribe to some BS water filter program.) Also several years back I purchased part for a tiller. THEY sent the wrong part and then I had to go through hell and back to try and get a refund. Almost all of my power tools and yard equipment is from Sears. If I could afford new equipment I would trash ALL of my Craftsman tools and start fresh. I'm done with Sears!

Easy to order but they charge you card regardless of availability of part. Mine was backorder indefinitely. I was able to locate another in stock so purchased it and assumed I could cancel the other from Sears. Not so. Dispite numerous calls to CS and them processing the request, the order was never cancelled. When the item finally arrived 90 days later, I discovered their return policy is 60 days from original order date. I was not able to get CS back on the phone since I didn't have an active order. The automated system directed me back to the website for returns but since I was past 60 days there were no return options. DON'T USE! Definitely NOT the Sears of old.

I ordered a battery for my craftsman mower. Web site said it was in stock. Never received any shipping information, and when I called/chatted with customer service, they said it was backordered from their vendor with no eta. They refused to give me the vendor info so I could work directly with them. Needless to say, they have already charged my account which I will be contesting.

So I'm waiting for my Kenmore dryer parts from Parts Direct (dryer drum seal and adhesive) and they are a day late. I get a notice from Sears that my two orders have been CANCELLED a day after delivery date with no parts delivered. The products were in stock when I ordered and still show to be in stock. I give Customer Service a call and the lady answering is absolutely of no help. She only sees the screen I am looking at. No reason is given, no apparent reason for cancellation, no help, no anything. She wants to know if I wish to reorder which I tell her "no thanks". I'll drive a hundred miles to a Service Center, if one exists, to get parts. The Sad Part... Sears used to be THE store for appliances, lawn and garden, tools, appliances, clothes, and top notch customer service, etc. Now they are nothing.

Waited almost two weeks for three parts. Only received 1 of them. Called CS, I have to wait another three weeks for the parts they forgot to ship. Told me that cant expedite the shipping.
Like the title said, I should have checked the reviews. Hope Sears parts direct it proud of their service. Never again.

So I go online to their website. I click on the customer "service" link fot instant help finding a part and get someone called "Chad" who rushed me into paying $164 right from the chat box, for a part which I was assured was the right part. Big mistake. I received a box with the wrong part. No receipt or invoice in the box. I now have to go to UPS to mail back the thing before they refund my money. Whatever you do, don't order anything from these people.

Terrible customer service

I returned a part that was $140 when the same part on amazon was $25. I called numerous times to get my refund as they were not sending it. They said I needed the tracking number that I sent it back with when they had a confirmation number on their website stating the part had been returned. They told me they could not give me a refund without the tracking number... I asked to speak to a manager and the same answer. Finally after many calls I was given a refund without my tracking number. NEVER again will I use them!

3 monthes ago i order an item their site said was in stock. They lied! They took the money out of my account, 30 days later i tried cancelling the order. They refused to give me my money back and no product. I don't need their product as i sourced it from another company. Now 60 days later i again tell them i've cancelled the order, i want my refund. They say no it's still on order but they see i told them to cancel it. Again they refused to give me the $350. Now i'm attempting to get my refund through my bank but they say because they've had your money over 60 days, they might not be able to get it back.

Ordered a door seal for my washer on June 1. Two days later it showed that it shipped, however never received it. I called customer service but could not get a live person. I called the repair line and then they sent me to the parts department where I spoke to someone. This happened four times, they never shipped the part and I was told it was on back order but would ship the next day. I finally canceled the order and now waiting for my refund. What happened to Sears? Buyer beware!

I placed an order on 7-10-20. The ETA was 7-24-20. I reached out to Sears Parts Direct twice, once on 7-25-20 to check the status after the delivery was due only to be told they could give me an update in 2-3 business days. I checked again on 7-30-20 and was asked to give them 2 more business days to get me a status update (not delivery of the order, just an update). I consider this unacceptable customer support as they never contacted me. Then again what should one expect on a $30 order? Don't order anything from them unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever.

Wrong filter sent

Ordered filter replacement cartridge for Kenmore and they sent replacement for an LG. Will not go into slot because one part on the neck is 1/8 inch too wide. They need to make sure that the "Chat" people know how to look up the right parts. The "E" is the part that is too wide.

Contrary to all the bad reviews, my experience was exceptional! Ordered replacement Samsung glass cooktop Sunday night, received that Wednesday (a day ahead of schedule AND from Illinois to Virginia). Amazing price (genuine Samsung part) and super fast shipping via UPS Ground with tracking all the way to my door. I was very worried after reading all the bad reviews but this experience was fantastic! Would definitely buy from again!

Ordered part for water heater. One week to receive. Wrong part. They want me to pay again and they will send correct part. They will refund for wrong part when they receive it back at warehouse. Live on ss and cant afford this crap. Have bought major appliances from sears for over forty years, no more. Cant give correct rating because you dont show negative stars.

Worst, worst and worst. I should have read the reviews. I thought its by Sears didnt doubt it at all and just placed the order. Its funny that this company knows to charge the customers on the day the order was placed. While other companies charge customers only when items are shipped, or listed as pending charge. I guess even from this, you can tell what type of business Sears Parts is. Contacted them, all they say its wait for response, and they send me email that I cant reply to, it says invalid email address, So even their email address is fake. This is just insane, how can this site still exist?

Part was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. Still no shipping information, still no help, still no call from supervisor, having been promised one twice now. No one to call, no resource I can find that will let me talk to someone who speaks English without an accent that I can understand. Worst customer service ever, I am cutting up my sears card forever. Screw you sears, no wonder why you are losing business.

Where are they?

Ordered a cover plate for a stove on a holiday weekend. Realized I needed a different part and try to cancel within one hour. Couldn't access the website. Called but no answer. Emailed several times with zero response. The part arrived and tried to return. To answer on the customer service phone. Sent part back off website usps address, it was returned as "no such address". Tried a different address, with same result. So…. Called 5 times, emailed 5 times, mailed part back twice…. Never heard back from them. It's been 6 months. If I could give zero stars, I would.
