I placed an order on 7-10-20. The ETA was 7-24-20. I reached out to Sears Parts Direct twice, once on 7-25-20 to check the status after the delivery was due only to be told they could give me an update in 2-3 business days. I checked again on 7-30-20 and was asked to give them 2 more business days to get me a status update (not delivery of the order, just an update). I consider this unacceptable customer support as they never contacted me. Then again what should one expect on a $30 order? Don't order anything from them unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever.
