I bought a seal skin car cover, the best they had. Paid good money. They guaranteed the fit, mine didn't fit. Nothing about semi custom fit. Wanted to return it, they hit me with an 18% restocking fee. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. Bad experience overall

To begin with, my order was lost. It later came after you sent the order through again. I ordered three covers for three different cars. One of the covers doesn't fit. They were all supposed to have a soft lining on the inside and none of them do.

The people I've been dealing with are awesome but the product not so much, the first cover I ordered leaked terribly and the security cable was to short and unusable, they sent me another cover to try and this one leaks also, the security cable is still to short.

They have little to no car for their customers and if their product dosent fit correctly or like in my case where you have been sent the wrong one, when you go and try to return the product their customer support will argue with you and tell you that your wrong and that you paid for it so now you have to deal with it.

I have called and sent pics of my car all wet. They want me to pay for another one in order to be replaced. I already paid. They never call.me I csll.tjem.everyday to get issue resolved. This is tje worst company ever. Do not buy this product

Bought the cover described as guaranteed fit, it was a terrible generic cover. Too long overall but too short from top of cab to rocker panel. Then they wanted to stick me with a 18% restocking fee. They finally refunded 100%.

1st i purchased the cover from seeing ads on instagram. It came with no belts to secure the cover. Who sells outdoor covers with no fastening belts? I had to pay up another $25 to get one with the belts. I returned the old one that fell off BLEW due to the rain storm a few weeks ago here in NY. Then they sent me a WHITE one. Its already dirty. On top of that...it rained again and water went thru the cover. I had to take a fan to dry the inside of the cover. THESE COVERS ARE CRAP...TOTAL WASTE OF $165. Im not even bothering with asking for another replacement...THIS IS A TOTAL LOSS.
First Pontoon cover received was the wrong size after approximately 3 weeks. The second was the 20' I originally ordered, to small, after another couple weeks, and I was told there were no other options, I was done with them regardless! On top of that, I was charged an 18% return fee for a Product that did not fit, even though the Seal Skin site clearly says, Guaranteed Fit.!

I purchased a bimini on Dec 4, as a Christmas gift. Shortly after I was told they were out of fabric, but would have it ready for Christmas. 2 weeks ago, I reached out and was told I'd have it in time. Week before Christmas, I contacted them on Wednesday coz no shipping notification received. Oh no, they haven't shipped it yet! Abso fuming! They had so much time to tell me it would be supplied and their Customer Service guaranteed it. Requested a cancellation and a full refund. Left me empty handed for a gift.

Leaks even tho its all weather outdoor car cover, fits horribly. Customer service is the worst absolutely no help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They even expect a $35 shipping fee to replace a faulty product that's less then 35 days old
