Have ordered two covers for cars; first was what I wanted so ordered the second. The second received was the wrong color and when contacted the company stated that's what I ordered...but not true I take site pictures. I ordered a cover for a motorcycle and they were taking so long to fill the order I was going to canx. They then said it was in the mail and received the next day but did not fit the bike. I told them it would need to be returned for the right one but they said there was an 18% return even though they knew they sent the wrong one and didn't have the right one to fill the order. Will not shop with them again.

The cover appears to be of a good quality, thick material. The only catch is that I ordered ours with a swim deck after calling for assistance, because our Cobalt 200 boat has a stepped rear toward the transom that you can sit on, however that is not a swim deck in this context, because the cover extends well back from the transom of our boat. That has worked out OK however because with the extra length, I can pull the cover back to also cover our drive unit. I put some foam over hard points on the drive and a box over the prop, and so now the cover actually covers the whole boat and drive unit. Will have to tie it off on the back end to avoid catching air if we trailer with it on, but that should not be a problem. Overall, very satisfied.

I've ordered 2 other covers from Seal Skin besides this latest cover. I like the material and quality. I think they are tougher than most covers out there. I was also glad that I could choose a black cover instead of boring gray this time.

We ordered a cover for our new Ford Edge in blue. It is a very nice cover. It fits well, it is a little baggy in the back and has a gap behind the front wheels that would flap in the wind. I used a strap from a previous cover to close the gap and it worked well. The cover is very good protecting the Edge from the rain. After three days of rain I took the cover off and the car was clean and dry. Have not tested its ability to protect from hail and hope not too.

A friend of mine recently recommended Seal Skin covers as he has used them in the past and was happy with the product.
I ordered their top of the line cover and a sun screen for my vehicle. After approximately 10 days a package arrived, but it was just the sun screen, no car cover. I called their customer service and after they checked, I was told my cover would arrive in another 10 days. There was no apology or explanation. I told them waiting another 10 days was unacceptable and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager wasn't in yet but would be getting in touch with me. The next day I received a text indicating that I should receive my cover in the next three days. Great, except when the cover arrived it was an off-white color and not the gray color I ordered.
Again I called customer service and got no apology for any confusion and was told that the off-white color is what the top of the line color is, instead of light gray. I asked why the color didn't match what was on their website and got no response. I asked how do I know that I actually got the cover I ordered and after much discussion was told there would be a number on the inside of the cover and was given the number. I could find no number on the cover. I would have returned the cover for a refund but it is a huge hassle to do so, so I just decided to take my chances.
The business has poor customer service when employees don't even apologize for a delay, error or misunderstanding. They also should at least indicate on their website that the colors on certain items may be different than what is on their website.

I bought 4 covers for 4 different Jetskis. I received them, and didn't know which cover went with what ski. If I had all day to try them on-it would have been fine. But the newly purchased skis are kept in different locations. Found one that fits the 3 seater, and one that doesn't quite cover the 2 seater. And the 1 too big-1 too small.
