Ordered a cover for a 1995 Monterey 180scr. Fits good when using as a mooring cover. I hauled boat 50 miles with straps on and cover stayed on. Only problem I ran into was the strap connectors are a little tricky to get them to stay tight. I should have order prop bars for front and back because water will pool with heavy rains.

The cover they sent doesn't fit my truck. They offered me a discount to keep it. Why would I keep it if it doesn't fit. I sent it back and they're supposed to send me a different one. Hope it fits.

Let me start off by saying that you have a great product. Not sure who runs operations and customer service at your facility. I paid for next day service and the product did not show up as promised. First was an excuse of moving facilities and was assured that the cover will be shipped asap and the customer service rep would personally follow up with shipping. Then the nightmare begins. You claimed UPS had the package. UPS showed that a label was created and they had not received the package. This went on for days through emails and chats with customer service. You did credit me for the expedited shipping costs. I still had no idea of a shipping date or if it was actually going to ship. Nobody could answer my inquiry. It was very frustrating dealing with every step of the process. Your customer service reps were very polite but just wouldn't or couldn't answer my questions. This is not the first time I have had issues with your company. I tried to order covers for my patio furniture and was told that you would not be able to fulfill my order due to moving facilities. Not sure how many times you guys move facilities. The cover was finally delivered but was too late for what I needed it for. Great product! Maybe the worst customer service I have ever received. I collect cars and will not be using your product in the future unless you can assure me that you have improved your logistics issues. Thank You.

This is the second time i have purchased a cover from this company. I seem to get the giant size, and when i ask about it with your staff they say its as close as they can get to the size needed... disappointed because i ordered the expensive one...

I bought a waterproof car cover, and the color options when ordering were black, blue, and gray. I ordered gray and received an off-white color cover. I brought the concerns to the company who were completely unprofessional in their responses, and possibly incompetent. First, was that there was nothing they could do. Then they replied that it's their version of gray. I provided a picture of the cover which clearly showed that it's almost white in color. Then later they said the colors can be ordered in gray or light gray. That was clearly not accurate for the one I ordered. I provided pictures and screen shots showing the actual color options to order. The company finally offered to exchange, but the shipping and import costs make it economically not feasible for the customer.
The cover is waterproof and has kept the car dry during very heavy rainfall.
