Well I ordered 2 covers, one didn't fit at all, way to small, the other just didn't fit right, almost to big. Bought extra straps at sealskin request for towing.
Well the one that kinda fit just blew off the front of ski, like i said the other wouldn't even fit to try and use down the road.
So far getting any optionsfor a refund has hit a dead end.
So I have one cover that doesn't fit ( too small)and another that is too big and won't stay on going down the road.
Sent pictures and short video to support team but so far nothing.

First cover got lost damaged in shipping with ups had to make multiple call's complaints to get taken care of. Finally received the cover fits very poorly generic looking white color every time I use it it draws bugs underneath it and cover the car completely so it's pointless to use it. The cheap trunk caddy I ordered had plastic buckles broken when it arrived. Definitely not a satisfying experience for me.

All good except I thought I had ordered a BLUE cover. A two tone blue/gray was shipped. Not a big deal but wife does not like the bright glare of the gray. Boat is stored outside our dining room side of house on the driveway.

Delivery was great cover fit great. My problem is hail and can be quite large got to watch weather still worrying about size, never know I still have to add some padding in case it's going to be a possibility of large they should make a blanket for extra protection but so far so good.

Cover was supposed to be made for a 09 Honda goldwing 1800. Unfortunately the cover was only made for the newer honda goldwings with out the rear pizza box. After talking to customer service I had conflicting information. First it's we're sorry we sent the wrong cover. Then it was we sent the right cover but we can send you a oversized one. I was genuinely happy just to get one to fit my bike after seeing on the website perfect fit guarantee. Then the next day I get another email. This one now says we are sorry but you have the largest cover and can't send you a new one but you can return this one unless you want to keep it. I said we'll that's unfortunate your perfect fit guarantee doesn't seem to hold up can you send a return label. Haven't heard from them since and gave up. So if you have a Honda goldwing with a top rear box none of these covers will fit your bike.

I have posted on every form of social media I can think of. These people have lied to me about shipping an order. They are listed on Rip-off Report on the web. This business is not BBB Accredited Customer Score is 2,1 out of 5. They take you money make a shipping label with FedEx so they can say it is on the way, but FedEx never gets the package. I canceled the order on Wednesday and one of the salespersons said he would go to shipping and if I kept the order, it would go out that day. He lied and customer service are the worst people you will talk too. They will lie to you and then not answer you calls.

Well, thus far the jet ski cover has not been very good. Using the cover as a mooring cover it is a really poor fit.
With not being satisfied with this product and submitting a complaint to sealskin I have been in correspondence with Lori at sealskin. Now, Lori has been very efficient & pleasant to deal with.
So, after much back & forth, (w/photos), she recommended that I do an exchange for a better fit.
And I have just received the second cover to try, which will be done in the next week.

It didn't fit. I contacted customer service, sent photos and waited to hear back on a decision from Seal Skin as to whether or not I'd be granted a return label. I got an email with a label to print and send back. It was repackaged and sent back on July 29,2024. It is now August 3,2024 and still no further instructions as to the status. My credit card has not been credited and there has been no communication from Seal Skin other than this survey. At this point, it's been more than a month. I won't recommend this company to anyone.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I purchased the Seal Skin 5 Layer SUV Cover and it fell apart in 2 months. I wasn't even using the cover every day. It literally has holes in it. I sent a request for a new one, which they did send, but I had to pay $37.45 for shipping. They refused to waive this charge. By the way, this is my first review I ever taken the time to write. I would not purchase this product.

Ford F150, one of the most popular trucks on the road…. You would think that would be easy. The site says custom fit. This cover doesn't fit in the hood area, doesn't fit in the cab area and doesn't fit in the bed area. It's like it's for a different truck.
So I start a chat…. The chat takes forever for them to respond. I ended up having to pull away twice. The third time she finally called me. The call ended with the comment that she would start a ticket to process my refund, and because of my trouble they would also send the correct cover! Win win I thought. I took the cover off and carefully folded it in anticipation of returning it. Later I got the acknowledgment emai. The next day the gal emailed me and asked for photos! Couldn't the girl on the phone have told me what would be needed?!?!?! So I put the mis fitted cover back on the truck and take pics to send her. Took it back off and folded it, then packed it up for shipping. Surely that will be all they need and they will send instructions for shipping next, right? OH NO! The next day she tells me she also wants the SKU on the label inside the cover! So I unpack it and send her the sku, but I did let her know she could have told me she needed that when she requested the pics. I'm still not sure if they're going to refund, accept the return or WHAT? It's the third day of back and forth! I do not consider this to be "easy returns" like their website advertised! Arghus. I will buy from the big A again next time… at least if it doesn't work out I can just pack it up and send it back, no questions asked and no rigmarole required!

The material is top notch and is exactly as described….while some car covers is designed to follow the shape of the vehicle…this one does not…which is a good thing…full coverage almost to the ground cover the wheels and the location of the 3 straps prevent it from touching the ground…During the latest heatwave….I noticed the interior was cooler(as described) than with my old cover….This is covering my 86 Camaro Z28 which was restored years ago…this car sits a lot and is temporary stored outside…Reason why I went with this cover….get one and you won't be disappointed

Presently, we do not have a garage here in Mexico for our truck, so we ordered a cover for it. We had previously ordered one for our side x side and we we're pleased with it. We are hoping the cover will stand up to the sun, wind, and the heat we experience where we are living.
