Bough a US google gift card from them but the code was invalid. Customer service was totally non-existent and they kept insisting that the card was legit and that it was because I did not use a google US account and IP address which is totally nonsense. This is not the first time I am buying a google US gift card but the first time I bought from them (and definitely the last)

Stay away for the sake of your wallet.

Hi! I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this problem. This problem that you are describing is not new to us. To be open, issue like this is out of our control. But after our person in-charge of card had checked with supplier, so the card you received is confirmed legit and usable. Therefore, your claim about customer service is not true. I believe the real issue that you are facing has to do with using a vpn server in the same country or in the same state as your ISP IP address. Long story short, I was given a used key, tried to talk to their customer support for 4 weeks with no proper replies, was 'locked' out from accessing live chat after asking for a refund unless I downloaded a fresh browser. I then emailed their 'admin' in which they confirmed they have revoked my keys but are 'unable to issue a reimbursement or refund'

So they take my money for a used key then 'revoke' my used key then say we can't refund you... SUCH A SCAM DONT USE.

I bought a 20 dollar Rixty card to on roblox. They give me a invalid code. I tried it on rixty they said that the code was already redeemed. I use the live support to contact sea gamer mall they say to me that I need to contact another person. I do that I'm waiting a week for a response the only response they give me is that I use the card. I go to paysafecard to tell them about this scamming company they said to me that sea gamer mall gave me a new working code. I go to the site and log in. Account supspended I contact sea gamer mall they say that I need to contact another guy. They "cant" refund. Don't buy this $#*!ing bull$#*! the support is so bad it is not even supportive. I said the same story to paysafecard and I hope that they can help me with a refund or something else. Btw I hope your company goes bankrupt:)

Vn shells

Terrible service im trying to but 200 shells for vn lol server, what they sold me was rubbish, it wasn't even the correct format of that as the gernea website asks for. No password and a made up ID, never buy from these people. And i try to get back in contact with them the chat room is always at connecting... even when i restart my pc, ITS A SCAM DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE.

ANNOYING
December 30, 2020

Usually get the orders within half an hour after payment. Recently all my orders delay for days and SVC SVC was so bad. SeaGM asking for FAST payment and yet claimed never received our payment. In fact already called the Bank and Bank claimed payment already send it over immediate. Loyalty rewards is as bad and pathetic. Got the highest member tier long time ago but it doesn't bring along any benefits at all for literally all of my orders. Lastly, DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT IS ONLINE PAYMENT or FAST PAYMENT? Im your regular customers and your company give full of excuses when asked about thoise orders

Friends and me bought steam wallet card codes.
Mine worked but one of my friends' code didn't work. We are all from the same country and we bought codes before, so there was never an issue. My friend contacted support and after 10 minutes he convinced support that it was the codes fault. They spammed him for 10 minutes with copy-paste texts that it is his country's fault or whatever. (Complete bs because our codes worked and his didn't) So he was asked to fill out a support-ticket for the code (10$ code btw, so nothing valuable) and after a few days they told him that it's most likely due to his country and that they won't replace the code. So - they basically didn't even read his ticket - they just copy-pasted answers again.

First, they can't speak english AT ALL. They just copy-paste generated texts and use translators - therefor they won't get what you trying to say. That's bad.
Second, they lie. Here is what is written ON THEIR PAGE -- ""Steam Wallet Code (HKD)can be used to add balance to Steam Wallet. It is usable by all Valve Steam users globally. Steam will automatically converts Steam Wallet HKD to your Steam Wallet's currency."" --
So they confirm it can be used globally not to mention that all other codes worked that day, worked the last weeks... They Lie over 10 Bucks. Disgusting.
Stay away from those thieves!

If it’s related to prepaid card issue you’ve purchase, checking is definitely needed by sending the code to our supplier. Depending on which type of prepaid card you’ve purchased, the supplier may be in different time zone, hence different working hours. That takes time.

Do contact our customer support using live chat should you have further issue.
