Hi there. 1st of all i really thank you to you guys because give us a great service. It so easy for us to buy the uc for pubg then sometime i buy diamond for ml. Easy instructions. I hope in future u guys can make one plans for ur regular customer something great offer but i still support u guys. Then for payment, really easy to purchase item due to easy instruction compare with others company(cant mention they name) then i hope seagame can maintain the services and keep give us the best! The payment method this site provides are shady as hell, i would stay far away from them. It use to accept credit card/paypal which can protect customer if and issue or file a dispute. Now they accept payment methods that leave no trace and non refundable.

I bought 2 steam card and successfully paid with paynow and now it say is unpaid there is delay in payment my bank clearly state successful transferred. They cant even provide customer with their UEN number to assure customer paying to legit account.

To be honest, it is very inconvenient!
They require you some private informations in order to proceed it when your residential area and payment channel doesn't match with their data.
Cannot risk giving my personal info just for some game card purchase.
Also, misleading product information.
They say that codes will be automatically delivered but in actual, you need to contact their CS live support.
Refund is not also easy as they also require private data.
My payment was accepted easily but refunding it will eat your time and effort.
CS Live Chat is also not helping. They reply fast but it's like they don't care.

Updating my review for fairness.
Have gotten back my money for around 2weeks.
Transaction might be smooth if your IP add location matches your payment channel.
Still would not recommend purchasing here if your data doesn't match (IP add location x Payment channel location)
CS Live support response is fast but expect that they might not understand long English sentences.

I've been regularly purchasing prepaid codes from SEA Gamer Mall and customer service has been great. Orders are delivered instantly and had never encountered any problems. Thumbs up to the friendly staff!

Friends and me bought steam wallet card codes.
Mine worked but one of my friends' code didn't work. We are all from the same country and we bought codes before, so there was never an issue. My friend contacted support and after 10 minutes he convinced support that it was the codes fault. They spammed him for 10 minutes with copy-paste texts that it is his country's fault or whatever. (Complete bs because our codes worked and his didn't) So he was asked to fill out a support-ticket for the code (10$ code btw, so nothing valuable) and after a few days they told him that it's most likely due to his country and that they won't replace the code. So - they basically didn't even read his ticket - they just copy-pasted answers again.

First, they can't speak english AT ALL. They just copy-paste generated texts and use translators - therefor they won't get what you trying to say. That's bad.
Second, they lie. Here is what is written ON THEIR PAGE -- ""Steam Wallet Code (HKD)can be used to add balance to Steam Wallet. It is usable by all Valve Steam users globally. Steam will automatically converts Steam Wallet HKD to your Steam Wallet's currency."" --
So they confirm it can be used globally not to mention that all other codes worked that day, worked the last weeks... They Lie over 10 Bucks. Disgusting.
Stay away from those thieves!
