Rest assured our Quality Assurance team is doing their best to investigate and to preventive measures to avoid fragrance vials from leaking during the shipment process. We also make sure that we provide replacements for leaked vials and we honor cancellation requests for customers who were having a hard time. Waste of money

Delivery is terrible
