I ordered Prada L'homme L'eau and it had a $15 upcharge on top of the $15+ they charge monthly. I was under the impression that the scent was "premium" just like they had advertised it to be but IT IS $105 AT MACYS! I found way cheaper as well. Not only is there an upcharge, its not a $5 or $10 upcharge, they thought this scent is worth a whopping $15 extra dollars. I paid for a third of the 3.4 oz bottle and am receiving less than a 10th (. 27 oz). I have ordered many times through both scentbird and scentbox and I am DEFINITELY never recommending scentbird, especially when there are amazing sites like scentbox that actually price their fragrances decently. 0/10 DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

Scentbird is great I love to concept I love being able to get a multitude of fragrances but what I don't like is not knowing when they're going to get here they're supposed to ship on the 5th of every month I supposed to receive it by the 15th it never happens it gets here whenever it gets here and I wish they would be more consistent with that but other than that the fragrances are good and the inventory is vast

I paid for my subscription for 3 months before I received hwin month worth of Cologne. I have now had this subscription for 5 months and have only received Cologne 2 times.

Only got one month then paid for 3 more months and never got anything and i paid for those months. I contacted 2x and never got anything. Very disappointed.
Someone I met at my wedding a few months back thought it would be nice to get me a 3 month subscription to scentbird. A service that offers members the opportunity to try new colognes by either picking one or accepting the companies selection. Sounds good however in my case I travel a lot for work so I was bombarded with emails asking me to activate my membership. What they dont clarify is activating the membership and starts the clock ticking till your first selection ships. So now the next thing I know Im getting tracking information for my first selection. Didnt pick it but they sent one- strike one. Contacted scentbird, asked if they could freeze my membership because Im traveling for the next 3 months (Im writing this review from my hotel room in China) and got NO RESPONSE. I took the time to go into the post office and have them return any mail for me to the sender so I dont have pkg left outside my home to let people know house is empty. This business for me is a complete waste and customer service is non-existent so I say for all of women who think this would be a good present for a man in life it absolutely isnt and dont bother. The only thing worse then Scentbird is the Art of Shaving- Avoid Both!

So worth it you should try for at least 6 months to a year different scents every month is so much better than buying one bottle.

This is my first time leaving a bad review for ANYTHING in the world! I am not a negative person and I always like to give people chances, but my experience has been highly unacceptable! I started scentbird with high hopes, and for starters, everything was fine! The fragrances were great, the price was acceptable (18$), and it came on time. BUT THEN CAME THE NEXT MONTH, and let me tell you... This was the worst shopping experience I have had in a long time. This month, I now pay 35$ and I tried contacting them (btw this company has no phone number which is really weird) by email and... once again was stunned. They ignored my questions about the price and told me basically to unsubscribe, but they didn't give me my money back when I unsubscribed. PLUS unsubscribing is really hard, and they try to trick you into 'taking a break' which stops your subscription for a month or two or three depending on your choice. This means that your subscription will recommence once those months are over. So... overall rating... WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.

The idea of receiving perfume monthly is a great way to experience different fragrances. However, I collected so much perfume, there was no way I could use it all. So I decided to cancel my subscription. I tell you this, there is no way you can cancel. There no way to talk to a live person,.and when you use the chat box, that's so frustrating. No matter what question you ask, the same reply is repeated. I wish I would have read the reviews before enrolling with this company. I wish I would have checked the BBB before enrolling with this company. Their score is a "D". If you thinking about joining Scentbird, think twice. To cancel the instructions says to Go to the Scentbird website.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
