I definitely should have read the reviews. I tried to contact them to cancel my order and 6 days and multiple emails still no response. I swear if they don't cancel my order and refund I will do everything in my power to not only report them to the BBB but make sure they can't do business.

It's been over 4 months and I haven't received my item or my money back, I constantly ask for a refund and keep hearing the same thing (I'm sorry, I'm sorry I sent the request to my supervisor) but they didn't send it to the supervisor when they took my money. They are very unprofessional and I feel
Like they're scam artist. I would never recommend this company to any the
only thing I would tell them is run the other way!

Sarah Ashley are Chinese scammers who are writing their own positive reviews because they know that genuine buyers like me think their cheap Chinese clothes are horrible and their service is crap... Stay away from Sarah Ashley - they are not in the United States, they are in China. They never refunded me, even if I paid the postage and send them their articles back!

Use a credit card never a debit card because
They ripped me off. I couldn't file with Better Business Bureau because of my mistake.
They were late with delivery of my dress. They did not honor my stop order. And they did not refund my return.

I purchased a dress for a wedding through the site. The wrong size was sent to me.
After emailing them for a bigger size I was told they didn't carry it. I asked for a refund and an entire month later I have yet to receive my refund. They aren't responding to my emails anymore. The amount owed to me is $112.00. I would NOT recommend them at all to ANYONE!

Don't order there. I've ordered a dress and I receive one that is not the model I've ordered and paid more than 100 euros. The quality of that dress is aweful, probably aliexpress items but for a lot of money... They don't want to pay the shipping to send them back this ugly dress and they still dit not refund me or sending me the one I acrually ordered. (even if I do not want it) they say the shipping cost is too expensive so I have to pay for their mistake or I can buy anything for 39euros and keep the ugly dress... nice. I dont want anything again from them.

Beware! It's a total SCAM. Sarah Ashley also called "Club Giv". Purchased via PayPal from an Instagram ad 2 dresses 7/27/21. Did not receive my order, finally read scam reviews, filed for resolution with PayPayl 8/8/21. "*******@sarah-ashleyofficial.com" emailed me a tracking number, and a site for an unknown shipper, that said "delivery August 27-28". So I foolishly believed that and let the 20-day PayPal claim period expire. Obviously I never got what I paid $240 for. Now Sarah Ashley tells me they have technical difficulties. Complete SCAM. Now when I try to track here https://www.yuntrack.com/track/detail?id=YT************** it says it's pending pickup. OMG what a waste.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!
My order took over 2 months to arrive, and when i returned it because the merchandise did not arrive on time for the even i had, they refused to provide me with a return label. So i went ahead and paid for the return. The merchandise shows it has arrived at their location and they will not refund me my money. Over $150 worth of clothes. It has been 2 weeks now of the delivery date and no ones will answer my emails nor provide me with a phone number that works. The number on their website DOES NOT WORK.

There are a lot of bots on this page raving of good reviews that probably work for the company! This company is not reputable! I ordered 2 dresses. It was over 30 days before I received a tracking number and it was bogus. Within the 30 days I emailed several times because the phone number does not work. No one every responded. I then went to social media and saw numerous comments about the same issue I was having. I made my own comment and within 2 hours it was deleted. I magically received a tracking number in my DM that was still bogus. The dress magically appeared in about 2 days. Ordered an XL. It was a medium at best. No garment tags, no valid return address for me to return. The return policy on the website says to email them first before shipping. Of course, because they don't answer email. It also says all tags must be attached. There were NO TAGS upon receipt. The return address is invalid, so how could I every return? This is a horrible company with horrible customer service!

Do not touch them with a bargepole! Crooks and scammers. A total nightmare. After our order was placed they said our address did not exist; the address I have lived in for almost twenty years. We confirmed it by sending scans of documents but still no goods arrived. Finally we claimed our money back from PayPal. They tried to argue and lied continuously to both us and PayPal but we succeeded. PayPal were great - I don't think it was the first time they have come across these scammers. There are many others who have had identical experiences to ours.

I COULD NOT POST -0 STARS OR I WOULD HAVE. I cancelled my order within 20 minutes because my daughter warned me they were a scam company. They would not cancel (which is contrary to their "policy"). They insisted on sending items and promising I could return and get a refund (even though it took weeks to arrive). I sent back within a day (wrong sizes sent of course as well) and they still have not refunded me. It has been 5 months! PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They are ripping people off with no regard or remorse. They will send you lovely emails immediately telling you they are working on your request and are so apologetic. They are betting on you forgetting to follow up. They know exactly what they are doing.

This company is aweful, I recommend not shopping here. The dress I recieved was not the dress I ordered. I returned the dress with the expectation of my refund which they said would be sent immediately, over 2 months later and I still have not recieved my refund and they are not responding to my emails. So I highly stress do not order from this so called company

I sent back the item to 214 Karins Blvd per their own instructions. Delivered to Townsend DE on 2/12/2022. They decided to forward it on to Middletown, DE and Paypal is saying the address I returned it to is not associated with the company.
Today is 3/30/2022. No refunded. THey say it's because I didn't provide valid Paypal acct to refund to. I sent it to them twice. 2 different accounts.

Imagine if you lived in China, set up a website, "sold" millions of dollars worth of products and then disappeared before you could be held accountable. This is Sarah Ashley.

They won't ship anything and always pretend to be checking the issue. Their site was shut down and I just saw they made another fake one using "William David". Scammers!
