I bought an item online in November 2021. The day I received it I wrote an email to resend it, because it was not what I expected and it didn't fit me either. It took me a month of emails to finally receive the info I needed to return the package. It took about another month before I received an email (upon my own request again) that the package was received. From the day I returned my package up until today (which is about 4,5 months further) I have yet to receive my refunds! How hard can it be to make a money transfer back to the account from which it was payed?!
I sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the item... I'm now getting ready to gather information and forward it to our lawyer. By now the amount that I'm owed is about to be double as much due to interest...
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER HERE unless you're sure you want to lose your money... Whatever size you order, it will be too small to fit. Whatever time you think it will take to resend your product, add 10x the waiting time. However fast you expect a refund..... Don't hold your breath waiting for it...
