I'm waiting Since 2 Months for Samsung J7 Battery Model Number: SM-J700FZDDINS. The battery is not available neither at Samsung Service Center nor on their website. When I Contacted them they said you have to wait this is only option you have. 1 star given as 0 star option is not available.
I would never recommend Samsung to anyone. Their customer service is one of the worse i have ever dealt with. I bought i high end dryer from Sears in January 2016. The dryer never worked at its best and i read the manual a few times to be sure i wasn't the problem, finally in March i called Sears and they said Samsung would not allow them to service their product, so i call them a week ago and find out that you must be in front of the dryer giving the customer service person the model and series information as they run diagnostics by phone. They then asked me to get behind the machine and clean the vent, excuse me, i am not a technician nor am i being paid to do their job. They then said they would have a supervisor call me within 24-48 hours to resolve the problem. A week later, i call them back and i receive the same treatment and then told to call a technician based in Farmingdale Long Island to set up an appointment to service my dryer in CT. I bought this in Danbury CT, 10 miles from my house, why are they sending me to their closest servicing group based in Long Island. Sounds like they have really bad relationships and I will be calling American Express to get my money back and buy a real washer and dryer from a credible company.
Purchased 6 and 3 in need of repair. Went through hell to schedule repair and still nowhere. Spent 3 days calling. Issuing service ticket and then sending email that ticket was canceled.
I was attempting to make a purchase for the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Samsung website so I could get my government employee discount and a discount for my Galaxy S8. Samsung has teamed up with ID.me to verify government employees by using their government email address where they send a confirmation link. I created a ID.me account using the same email address as my Samsung account, received the link and confirmed. So when I go back to Samsung site to check out, it lead me back to ID.me. I attempt to log in but it said email or Password incorrect. I know it wasn't because I used the same Password I used for other generic sites. OK so maybe I did forget the password, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and it says the email address could not be found. Get this how is that when they sent a account created confirmation to the same email address. I chatted with a rep on Samsung site for almost an hour trying to figure it out. Finally I told him Good-night I've decided to buy an iPhone instead, trying to deal with ID.me literally gave me a migraine headache, I not kidding. Samsung S21 Ultra and the migraine headache I endured was not worth the price of the phone. ID.me gets your information then pretend you doesn't exist. For Samsung to team up with ID.me was a terrible ideal because they lost a customer to Apple.
In January 2020 I purchased a Samsung A21 as well as my husband. Within a week my phone just stopped charging for no reason just charging one day worked and not the next. I sent to Verizon for a trade. A few weeks ago my husband Same ting me from one day to the next stopped charging. I called Samsung sent me information to send in. I was then notified that it was not under warranty and l had to pay for repair. Informed the that yes it was, then they told me that the port was damaged, I informed them that it was not we had looked at the port to see if there was lint prevent the charge and it was in perfect condition. They then proceeded to say that the phone was dropped. I assured that it was not. I would have submitted that to my cover warranty if this was the case. There are several issues with the charging port on this phone that are all over the internet. I have called lots of times spoken to supervisors who say that they will call 24 to 48 hours no response. Talked to tech support either they hang up or throw me in the review end of call. I have called over 15 times with no help. This is the absolute worse service I have ever received. In the last 30 years have always used Samsung. I convinced my husband to use Samsung. My television, refrigerator, washer and dryer are Samsung will not be buying this brand any more. Very disappointing!
I purchased a washer on July 16th and delivery was rescheduled twice and finally delivered on August 11th but now they just leave the washer in the garage and say they do not have parts to install and I should call and schedule next week so they can come following week and they even refuse to use the parts I already have

I purchased a new Samsung S21 as a gift for my wife from the Samsung online store. They delivered the box on the 30th of March 2021, and on the 14th of April 2021, we were having a video conversation with our family members when the phone ran out of battery. Then we charged the phone and turned it on, but there was no signal for both sim1 and sim2, and after restarting and rebooting, there was still no signal. Then I headed to the Samsung Store in the Mall of the Emirates. They informed me that the motherboard was destroyed, that the phone had physical damage, and that we would have to replace the screen and frame in order to replace the motherboard.
Bought all new Samsung appliances to go in our new house refrigerator, convection oven microwave in wall combo, dishwasher, washer and dryer and with-in the first year the oven/microwave broke, took 3 months to get a repairman out that brought nothing to fix the unit with, now it's out of warranty and Samsung after multiple repeated calls agreed to a one time out of warranty repair, however with-in the second year the repairman has been back 3 times and deemed it nonrepairable and requested it be replaced. Samsung agreed and issued a replacement number only to have another department with-in Samsung to deny the replacement. Now here we are in the second year with a microwave and oven that don't work the ice maker freezes up every other week and you have to use a blow dryer to defrost, the dishwasher works par of the time and both the washer and dryer have had to be repaired by an independent repair man because Samsung says they are out of warranty. So do yourself a favor and NEVER buy sansung.
I purchased a microwave last year and all of a sudden it started turning on by itself. I located on Samsung website was a sensor seems straight forward and obvious, same exact issues happening. They send a tech out who looked and bent my hinges as an attempt to "fix" a brand new microwave. As soon as tech leaves I open the microwave and close it, it turns back on so it wasn't fixed within 5 minutes of tech leavening. I call Samsung they schedule me again for another tech. I took off work again now 2 days. They never show up. I call Samsung and they told me they never came because the first tech said their wasn't an issue with the microwave. Which is mind blowing considering he bent my microwave and damaged it to fix a problem that didn't exist? And they couldn't of told me that before I took off another day of work. So end result was hours wasted 2 days off work. No fix and they proceeded to tell me the customer that my microwave functions properly eventho it turns on by itself and turns off without any input. I have never dealt with such a terrible company who said they can't do anything for me because at this point it's their tech company and Samsung isn't responsible so I'm out 2 days a work and a over the range brand new microwave now needing to be replaced. Never buy Samsung. Total scam company I will never purchase a single thing from them ever again. They couldn't even accept that it's their microwave they blamed the fact the tech company lied and said they fixed or never had to fix my microwave and said we'll sorry can't help you. Complete disgrace.
I remodeled my home in 2018 and used all Samsung products in my kitchen, except for the dishwasher. This is the worst mistake of my life. The refrigerator has gone on the blink numerous times. The most recent was right before the Xmas holidays. Prior to this one of their technicians came out in 2020 and told me I needed a new motor. However, while waiting for the new motor it began working again. It worked for another six months before going out again in 2021. Here it is August, 2022 and it's out again. I'm so tired of these appliances. Additionally, the oven also has problems and from time to time it overloads and I have to unplug it and keep it unplugged for a day or so and than it works again. Anyway, I've never experienced any of these concerns with Highpoint, Sears, Frigidaire or any off brand. The TV 65' inch also has had to have a board replaced. While my LGs are still going strong. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I purchase SAMSUNG appliances. Cheap and time consuming to say the least. I have a cell phone I love. Miserable in Maryland. This has been a nightmare. Nothing but trouble. Than they have the nerve to charge for the service since the appliances are out of warranty; even though this problem has been continuous.
The technician that is here for the refrigerator is the same one that also came with his son to fix the microwave handle.
I've had to throw out food also. It went out on Sunday and it's Thursday and they're just getting here. I'm so frustrated.
The power usually off, and the phone will always be very very hot when I see about 10 minutes video... its very disaster to me and have changed to another handphone.
I have a household full of mac products we have iMac, iPads, iPhone's, iPods, apple tv, mac notebook pro. I am the only one in the house that has samsung products tablet, watch, st edge. I called Samsung because my s2 watch wristband has broken of twice now and they are replacing them for free due to the bands are a factory defect. When i called the rep was so lost i had to repeat my serial number 10 times before he finally got it. Then i was told that i had to send in my broken band before i can receive the new one. This type of customer service is why people run to APPLE! I write APPLE in caps because they deserve the respect for being so great at customer service. The reason I'm upset is because if this was of my wrong doing i would expect somewhat of a delay, but this is a factory defect and i shouldn't be waiting for a UPS label to send back a broken wrist band. I asked customer service if i can speak to a manager or supervisor and their response was they are busy to talk to me write your review online. My watch is only 6 months old and yet I'm still waiting for Samsung to impress me. I regret buying any Samsung products and my advised to Samsung is pay Apple to teach you customer service skills because the company is lacking of.
Think twice before you invest in any Samsung products unless you enjoy being treated like crap. Thank you Samsung you have lost another customer.
BE AWARE! Don't expect to get accessories that you order from Samsung!
Samsung are letting people order items that are showing as "in stock" and letting customers pay for them. They are then sending emails to say the items are delayed, even though they are showing as in stock!
My last order I placed, the day before delivery, the order was updated as "delayed."
Six weeks later and several delays and I still did not receive my order and had to cancel the order.
I then had a stock alert to say that chargers had come into stock and cables, so I thought "I will order these items."
I order the items, all showing as "in stock" and available. I ordered the items and was given a delivery slot of the 28th April, 2022 and I placed the order.
This morning I got a message for the new order saying the new order is now delayed until the 12th May, 2022.
Samsung are intentionally misleading customers into believing that items are in stock, allowing customers to order items that they know 'ARE NOT IN STOCK.'
Samsung, you are misleading customers and also using false advertising, advertising items as "in stock" when infact they are "out of stock."
I have just waited over six weeks for essential accessories and been let down. Now you again let me down on the new order.
As many have pointed out, the trade in offer ($350 off an S10e) by Samsung.com is a scam. My perfect LG V30 was denied for false reasons, and after 2 weeks of delays and runarounds, I wrote a physical letter to the Samsung CEO. After 3 days, I got an email that my trade in was totally acceptable.
Then, I used my 800+ points (=$4 off) to order a micro SD card on Sept 2. It is now Sept 15 and it still have NOT arrived. Tracking said it was due the 12th, then 13th, then 14th, now is saying the 16th (UPDATE: scratch that... NOW saying 17th. My guess is it will be the 31th of Sept... yes, I know, Sept has only 30 days, but then again, we are talking about Samsung). UGH.
Okay I love the 4K Blu-ray player but you guys made a really cheap battery for the remote can't help but the Wonder does this mean you really don't care about your customers why would you offer cheap stuff like that I can't even get it to work sometimes we could have to fiddle with it I know for a fact I know this means you don't care about your customers cuz you wouldn't put him through this kind of stupidity hello there is a reason why those kind of batteries are only in watches idiots I'm never going to buy a product from you again unless you change your products

I bought Samsung TV UN65JU7100, on their site shipping was 1-3 business days. So i decided to buy it on samsung.com rather then on amazon with their shipping 5-7 days. In two weeks I finally got my TV ( after hundreds calls to sumsungs and their delivery company AGS) The delivery guy brought it inside the house and left very quickly I had no chance to examine the TV. When I turned TV on, i saw that TV is completely broken, I imitatively called to customer support and they said that it is my fault and I warranty doesn't cover this damage and I have to pay to repair that. It took me few days of talking to them about my replacement they didn't want to do it. They said that they will give me a refund and if I want this TV i need to order it online again. But I could not order it again without refunded money, which I have to wait about 5 weeks to get it. (I had to wait for a return label for 5-7 business days, electronic label, not via USPS!)

Bought Samsung's top of the line SUHD TV's the day after Christmas in 2015. On a day in June 2016 (6 months later) I returned home from work to find lines in my TV. I was pissed. I called them immediately and jumped through all the hoops they make you jump through. After their "experts" reviewed the photos I sent they said there was nothing they could do because it was an impact point. My $#*! it was... I live alone with no kids, and no pets. I had the TV on before I left for work and it was fine, and they're trying to tell me in the 10 hrs I wasn't home something magically hit my TV!?!? I called and called trying to reach as far up the ladder as I could in Samsung's offices. But to no avail, I was left with a $3,500 paper weight. Oh they could send a tech to fix it, for $2000... Yeah, blow me! I was always a loyal customer to Samsung, having bought multiple new electronics. And they still couldn't find a way to work with me. I will never buy another Samsung product as long as I live, I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Samsung is a multi billion dollar company that could give two $#*!s about their customers...
I bough a 3-door fridge on January 2019. Since the day I received it the water dispenser was dripping water.The dispenser would drip very little water (about one drop every 4h) after a few weeks the dripping got works and I called Samsung support again to fix it. They sent technicians 3 times and the techs were not able to fix it. I called again and they told me they would exchange it, well, I've been waiting about 4 months for the exchange and every time I call they keep me on the phone for an hour or more and never give me a solid response, I've called about 12 times! The customer service agents lie and give me wrong ticket and tracking numbers and said someone will call me back within 24h to give me the right information and they never do. When I call the KW International, which is the company they use for transportation, they say Samsung hasn't delivered the fridge to bring it to me. My experience with Samsung has been extremely poor and frustrating that me and my entire family will never ever will buy products from them again.
