I love shopping on SammyDress, I have mostly used it for jewelry and clothes. Only ever got one item that was a poor fit but SammyDressclothing.com did refund me for it, not a full refund but a partial refund which is better then nothing. I love the jewelry on this site there's always really cool and funky stuff on it and the prices are reasonable. I only took off 1 star as I do find the shipping to be quite slow compared to other sites, sometimes I've even forgotten about my order until it shows up at the door lol.

“Cheating china based company”

I didn't know that it is china based company otherwise I would not order. Very cheap product when you see them rather than picture, will ship very cheap products worth $2 each. You will never get rest of the items which is worth more than $5 each. They will never respond your e-mail or complaints you register by logging in their account. Their US based phone number will never work. I had tried 50 times on different days. They charged me $84 for order and shipped few cheap items worth $15 and no reply for rest of the items. It has been more than two months. I disputed credit card charges won the case. If anybody has similar experience please make credit card dispute or contact PayPal and it will be resolved but you will always lose some. Don't trust, don't be tempted by cheap products and advertisement, don't buy or don't recommended to anybody. Inform governor or consumer affair to stop his business.

It takes an extremely long time for any items to arrive. Very frustrating experience. First not all items are even available and second a part of it was sent out on 3/5/17 and is not here as of 3/15/17. Not a happy customer. 2 of the items are back-ordered. Very difficult to get in contact with SammyDress, no 1800 # and I cannot see my order status in my Sammy Dress account. The only reason that I give it a 2 star, is because the Support Ctr. Actually replied to me via e-mail. (I rather get a phone call or call a 1800 #, but they won't call you) UPDATE! 3/27/17. I give 1 more star due to them trying to resolve the issue. I got the shipping refunded, but I still didn't receive my 3 missing items, they suppose to been shipped out now. The 2 items I did receive were very nice a lot of items who show on their website as available are actually not! The website is not up to date, they need to fix that.

This is a follow up on the review I wrote about sammydress. I had not received my order after 2 months but once I wrote a bad review on them they refunded my money.

Tip for consumers:
Never order from them without getting a tracking number.

I ordered two pins and a dress.

The pins were beautiful and looked exactly as pictured on the site.

The dress was shoddily made and looked nothing like the image on the site. The XL I ordered was less than 10 inches from the top of the shoulders to the waist. The edges were unfinished and had many loose threads. Very disappointed. (The picture is what looked like on the site and what I received)

I personally would never shop using sammydress again, it was a very terrible experience. But in saying that they did eventually grant me my refund.
I would leave this review more of as a lesson and advice to the sammydress company, improve your customer service, improve your products, stop lying to customers, and create clothing that accurately matches your description.
In terms of shipping and items, the only issue was the size. They came in the promised period of time, and the actual clothing items were in good condition and very lovely, but yeah everything was made just a little bit too small.

This site really works! I have to say Sammydress paid attention. They sent several emails and refunded my money. They are trying to improve their image, and I have to give them credit. Give them a try--they are working hard at customer service and changing their word on the street--remember, they are a Chinese site, and their clothing runs extremely small. My husband who is a size small took an extra large! Just for your info---order much larger

I ordered a jacket in the middle of October and here it is almost 2 months later no jacket and no response from customer service! There's no tracking info on the garment it could be in Africa for all I know. **UPDATE** sammydress refunded my money and gave me my outfit as a gift. The sizes are way off tho I ordered an XL and it fits like a medium but at least I got it.

I am disappointed in my order... I got things that I didn't order. Stitchings were coming aloose when I opened the package. I had to cut off loose threads. But I guess you get what you pay for. I can't say I won't do with them again, but it will most definitely won't be a big order. I'm glad I used my first mind & not purchase over $150 because I would be pissed

The price is low at first and I love seeing that. If only it stayed like that. Once you check out depending on the weight shipping can be as much as 13 dollars for 1KG. So it adds up big time. I wish they had more than 10% discount coupons. Service is good. I like the clothes. So its ok. Just the shipping... It really isn't as cheap of a site as they make it out to be.

Sammy dress is an On Line Chinese shop. I had a good experience with shipping, everything arrived within a month. My second order was also a free shipping one. My shoes were unfortunately half a size smaller, this was a bit disappointing, i contacted them and they gave me back 20% refund on the store, or offered 10% on my credit card.

The two shirt i bought were as espected, compared to the price, nice fitting.

Perls earings were very nice, as shown in advertisement.

So I ordered a dress on Sammy dress for my 10th grade homecoming and theirs a week until homecoming and I'm super nervous my dress will come in time! I've been stressing out about this every day I come home from school seeing theirs still no package.

My order never arrived. I contacted customer service. They told me to hang in there and then if it still didn't they'd fix it, whatever that means. Then the link expired to contact customer service. Now they're insisting I must 'log in' with an email and password to file a new complaint. Password never seems to work. Seriously suspect this entire business is a scam.

UPDATE: After posting a review on this site and numerous other contacts they've refunded my purchase. It was cheap to begin with but didn't like feeling conned. Still would say buyer be cautious but feel more at ease that they're a legit company!

I have purchased maybe a 1/2 dozen shirts with no problem, but one shirt from my last order is way to short. When I read how to make a return, I found it incredulous. I have to take pictures of the shirt, submit the reason for wanting an exchange, and a group of executives decide whether I may be allowed to send the short back to exchange. PLUS I have to pay postage BOTH ways. No more sammydress for my family.

I placed an order from Sammy Dress on Dec. 29,2016. I ordered 6 items total. I received 3 of these items about 3 weeks later. The other 3 items I haven't seen yet. It has been nearly 7 weeks since I placed my order. I have contacted the Service Department twice now and received no replies. The first contact I made online has since disappeared, too. While I really liked the first 3 items, it would be nice to know what is going on with the remaining items that I paid for!

UPDATE 2/18/17 --Upon posting my initial review, SammyDress refunded me for 2 of the nondelivered items and shipped the remaining once. I am pleased with the progress.

Finally after posting a dispute with PayPay I received a 50% refund. Customer service does not seem to act in a timely manner, when this order was absolutely wrong. Advised to keep the item, 50% refund. Not worth arguing any more about it

I recently wrote a review about ordering 2 dresses that were 2 different materials and colors and that the company was awful to work with. They since have contacted me and offered to let me keep the dresses and refund my money. If they do refund the full amount then I will be very happy with their service. I would like to thank them for being understanding and working with me.

Love the prices but I ordered a pair of pants back in April it now July and still have not received my order I'm getting very irritated... This is exactly why I hesitant on buying anything online... Ugh!

I ordered 6 items from this website but only received 5. The shoes, hat, and sweat pants were awesome. I bought a dress shirt that was way too small even though I ordered 2 sizes larger than I normally wear. A sleeveless hoody was also posted but never received. I contacted them about my missing item but was always given the run around. I got tired of emailing about it so I just took the loss. Everything takes a while to arrive but I knew that before I ordered. They have the potential to be great but seem to fall short.

I posted earlier about me never getting my clothes or money... Well they finally gave me my refund... I feel like the customer service problem deals with the language barrier but it still took 8 months... Smh but I've ordered from them again... and I did like most of my order... a couple things didn't come cuz of back order that I didn't hear about until after... I better get them too... Jus pay attention to size chart and customer review and photos to make a realistic decision whether to bye it or not

I am a very frequent shopper of Sammy Dress but this will be my last purchase! I updated my shipping address before my last two orders and submitted a "ticket" ( since they dont have a reliable phone number) It has been over 10 days and I still have not received a response from them. When I placed my order it still has my old shipping address on there rather than my new one. They just lost a loyal customer if they dont fix this!

While I, as I am sure most of the women who purchase product from sammysdresses, was excited by the low, low
Low prices being charged. Bottom line everything is made and distributed in China. My suggestion is to be very careful about the materials used and the sizing. I ordered a few things in M, and a few in L. I tell you that this is a true story. My 8 year old niece was unable to fit into a crocheted top (L). If you like an item with long sleeves, first check the material it was made with. Anything even close to cotton is a winner. But forget about the polyester if it's not mixed with rayon or spandex. These clothes that are made in China are for teeny tiny women, not even for a 0-2 made in the USA.

On the other hand items like a shirt for $3.00 or around that amount, are too inexpensive to really be wearable. The products that are cotton, rayon, spandex, etc are great, and the price is still very low and is a good deal. Just remember to check it ALL out.

I got the two dresses I ordered, my hair extensions, and my choker. Everything is amazing quality. I got everything on time. HOWEVER, I had read that people didn't get their order. I got everything except the shoes I ordered. I can't find any tracking information other then "shipped". I really want those shoes. It's been about a month since I ordered everything. Since I got my other items, I doubt I will get my shoes which is not only upsetting, but angers me immensely considering I have already paid for them.

After ordering from this website many tiomes they informed me I was elib=gible to receive a $20.00 USD gift card which so far has not been forthcoming. All kinds of exceses. The card shows up on my account but cannot be applied against a pending order for reasons I cannot fanthom.

I ordered merchandise and paid for it on 5/21/16. The tracking number RR*******809CZ link is 100% not helpful. I have tried emailing Sammydress and the email is invalid. I tried calling and left a message but never got a call back. I am ready to call my credit card company for fraud. Can anyone give any tips for me?
