I had a wonderful experience dealing with Sammy Dress this was my first time and I just Love them Looking forward to my next purchase.
Sammydress has a wide variety of clothes for men, women and everything in between at incredibly low costs. Their rewards system is awesome and very easy to use. My orders were fulfilled within the time frame quoted on purchase, however the shipping tends to be on the slower side. Regardless, I am beyond happy with my purchase! The quality of my items were very nice and true to size. Their customer service staff are speedy and very friendly. I will definitely be ordering from Sammydress again in the near future!
We bought 4 items from this site. One was terribly sized and won't fit my arms but too large around the neck (and I never have issues like that- pretty normal build) The second one was totally wrong. We purchased a shirt with a Christmas phrase on the front. When we got received it, it was the completely different. We contacted the customer service and they said this was a "minor issue" and only wanted to refund us $2. Terrible response since we didn't get what we ordered, and wanted to only credit us 1/8 of the cost. Honestly, The last 2 items were the two of the same sweater. It wasn't made from the material I thought it would. Those at least fit. I think they try to get people to buy cheap items that are not worth trying to get their refunds for. I am in the middle of my 6 email discussion with them for the refund of the wrong item we received.
It seems like a lot of individual sellers, so it is a real crap shoot what you will get, and the customer service tries to not refund the whole amount.

Now they can't track my package because my tracking fee covered ONE shipment AND they've also admitted the second shipment was the very slow option because they've used my shipping charges on the first package. Are you people serious?!?!

I bought two sweaters from Sammy dress as a gift and order 2 larges. When I received them the large size could fit a 10 year old slim girl. It was for two girls who are slim but were 24 and 26 and the sweaters were damaged as well. I contacted them by email twice with pictures and they have ignored me. I was charged shipping for the sweaters. My daughter bought the same sweater by coincidence from Wish for less and was not charged the shipping. Do not order from this company! My claim ticket is T*******169 and they just ignore me! Order from Wish not Sammydress!

Well, I ordered a cardigan from this site in about september, thinking that, wow this is cute, and wow, this site seems legitmate, pretty well set up. Little did I know that after buying that, that the product shipped out from China. So it said to allow up to about a month for it to be delivered, alright, no biggy. A month passed. No cardigan, so I try to contact the site and receive a computer generated "We're at a busy time of the holiday season right now" message, while it was early november. So I continued to wait. Sent more messages, angry ones accusing scam, and I was given the same "busy holiday season" message. It is now JANUARY and I have yet to receive a package from them that I ordered in SEPTEMBER. I guess I'm just out of $10 because I doubt that I'm going to ever receive that cardigan.

I ordered several Christmas dresses in November 2015 paid $20 extra for expediting shipping. Company stated it would be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after purchase was made. Today, January 9th I received them! Oh joy! The one shirt I ordered was not true to size. I ordered x large in women's and it must have been for a little girl. Obviously the dresses for our Christmas party were too late and with no notice from the company! I would never order from them again! Run! Don't order!

I know that a lot of these dresses come from China which usually means poor quality and the wrong size.
BUT NOT THIS TIME!

J'ai commandé sur Sammydress à plusieurs reprises (vêtements et autres).
Certes les délais de livraisons sont longs (compter entre 3 et 4 semaines), mais on le sais avant de commander.
Je recommande ce site tout simplement car les produits dont j'ai fait l'expérience sont conformes aux descriptif. Niveau rapport qualité/prix, on est pas déçu, et il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises, l'attente en vaut le coup!
I made an order in August thinking i would get it in a month or so.
In late october i contacted them and they said it has gone missing and they will send it out again
In late November ONLY AFTER I CONTACTED them they promised me they dont have it in stock and will send it early december once they get it in stock
Early January I was told they will be shipping it out
Now Im being told its going to be shipped out soon.

I ordered a dress size xl and it's just like the picture. The material was good and it arrived fairly quickly. I gave it to my mom because she loved it. Only issue was the zipper area was a little poorly constructed but overall it's fine.
I ordered 2 t-shirts of the same style, different colors. They just arrived. The style is nothing like the picture, the whole bottom is missing - I ordered the size by the chart and it would not fit a 12 year old girl. Nothing like the picture! The material is thin. So disappointing. Don't use them, it is a real rip-off!
