I ordered $279 worth of kids clothes (18 pieces total). I paid for expedited shipping and purchased insurance on the package. I recieved 7 items and had to contact them continuously to find out where the rest of my order was. They never got back to me and so I filed a claim with PayPal. They offered me a small refund that was no where near reasonable. I rejected their offer and escalated my claim with PayPal. Had I known this would have been my experience, I would shop elsewhere. I have purchased overseas before and have never encountered a problem like this. Save your money and time and shop anywhere else!

It's Not Legit

I haven't ordered anything from SammyDress, but am constantly pestered by their ads. Clicking on one shows you that it's certainly not a normal online shopping experience, but that doesn't necessarily condemn them.

What stood out recently was a specific product the advertisement was baiting me with: MENS MARVEL LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRTS, apparently part of their "Hot Sale"collection.

The shirt being shown? Sure, it looks cool. Especially the SUPERMAN (!) crest on the chest. Americans sure love our Superman, it's just a shame he hasn't been featured in any of the MANY Marvel Cinematic Universe movies to date. Oh... wait...

If you don't get what I'm saying, it's that SUPERMAN IS FROM DC COMICS, not Marvel, ERGO this merchandise (I'm sure like a lot on the site) is CRAP.

I order a dress that wasn't even a dress and have been trying to return it and never got to even talk to anyone or get an address so I just get email that you can't even reply back which really sucks now it's already 30 days so there waste off money and lesson learned! So just go to Old Navy when they have a sale in your home town and try on your clothes before you buy and if there isn't any time hey you can return it the next day.

I wouldn't even give it a one star. Very cheaply made clothing and when I asked to make an exchange due to very small sizes the policy was ridiculous. I didn't even bother because what they wanted me to do wasn't even worth the $8 I paid for the shirt... will not order again... lesson learned

Waste of Time and MONEY

Ordered 2 sweaters for my daughters for Christmas.(did not know they were coming from overseas)... Not only did it take almost a month to get, both sweaters I ordered were size M... Both sweaters I received said they were size M, but were more like a XS... I understand that Asian women are smaller, but if you are going to sell WORLD WIDE you would think that they would make there clothes to fit wherever they are sending it. $ down they drain, but I did donate them to a children's shelter so that made up for everything, but I will still never order from them again... Customer Service never replied back to me so I'm done... Live and Learn...

Terrible company!

SAMMYDRESS responded to my review. I fully stand by these comments.
I received the first half of my order two weeks after placing it. The garments were wierd and disproportional. I emailed to cancel the remaining items. Spammy dress ignored my email and shipped the remainder to me 12 days later, claiming they were too busy to read the cancelation email even though they had replied to it! I have filed formal complaint with the Internet crime force, IC3

Very good order with this site :)

Very nice Site, the clothes are very beautiful and the size are good. The materials are very good no problem in washing machine. My son's crazy and all his friend want to pass command on this site.
I recommend clearly this nice site and price are very correct.
The shipment are not so long and dates are respected!

Very disappointed

I have bought 3 items. It took forever for them to come – they have send items when I asked where they are. When they came they were wrong size and nothing like in the picture. When I tried to sort the problem SammyDress started ignoring me and after 3 month still has not contacted me. Never ever again and I advise everyone not to buy from them.

My mother 78 years old purchased 3 wigs from them. PayPal sent and verified they sent the money to Sammy.com on 1/4/16. It was received as verified through paypal and sammy. Even though they received they literally want her to send a copy of her credit card and drivers license. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They specifically said they need her signature line on the license, her picture must be legible as well as her birthdate. Ask yourself why? To create fake passports maybe or take her money. PayPal and attorney general have been notified. Stay away from this company. Tried calling bad numbers. Tried chatting and was on the chat line with a message every 2 minutes stating they were busy and to hold. One hour later still waiting on their 24/7 chat line. My mom is on social security. How could they take 200 dollars with a verified receipt from a fixed income elderly person and no merchandise. They stated her order is on hold until they receive her downloaded documents. (Drivers license and credit card). They even indicated "please make sure you send the copy of credit card you used with paypal". PayPal said never do this.

If only I had read the reviews before buying from this company! I guess you get what you pay for which is JUNK! Money down the drain. I realized I was scammed when I opened the package (which took forever to arrive!) I am just going to quote the description for 1 star as above - "Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!"

This company is beyond messed up. Fake reviews on the site that only show the reviews they themselves have posted. Fake description of actual clothing you will receive, and bull$#*! lies about the policies. I ordered two sweatshirts and a jacket. I cancelled the order because of a bad feeling I had due to the sizing, on there website it says if the order has not been shipped yet you can cancel, put in a ticket which I did. The next email I got said we shipped your order :), I immediately sent another ticket saying I had cancelled order, did not in any way want the clothes, and to refund my money back to Paypal 100%. A week later I was refunded a small amount back for one sweatshirt that was not shipped out yet. Now today I receive the jacket and other sweatshirt, the jacket I ordered is a size 4X (I am usually large or extra large sometimes even a medium!) and this jacket fits horribly! The sleeves are to short, looks like it has pockets but they are sown shut, the zipper will not zip up and is very used looking, also it smells like plastic or chemicals horribly, also the jacket shown that I orederd because I liked it on there lying $#*! site is supposed to have a gray sweatshirt material with a hood as a liner, what I received is a complete seperate peice about a size medium the buttons on it are about to fall off and I cannot even but it closed on me because there is no holes to hook them through! The sweatshirt I ordered was a size XL when i ordered a 3X and its not as descibed the neck is supposed to be a cowl neck but its like a turtleneck. I cannot ever wear it. It also smells horribly of chemicals/plastic. This company is a complete SCAM! I will be filing something with them and if I get no results that I see fit I will try to get a refund trough paypal bc 100% I was lied to, mislead, ignored, scammed. $#*! this company!

My first order came before the time it said, so i thought cool, i'll order more!\

My husband made a order from them. There is different processing times for each time so i got 2 separate packages. It took 30+ days to get to me. Yes i get the Christmas holidays busy times but i ordered them in November and its now jan! I didn't receive one of the items for the orders either and i talked to them and they kept giving me the shipping number, i'm like no i need that item that i paid for!

I made another after the 1st one and its been 24 days since i made that order and no shipping number or email.

Terrible, STAY AWAY!

This site is such a scam. I ordered my clothes before i read these reviews but when i did i had my doubts. The same day i got information that my package was deleted or canceled after it supposedly "shipped". They claim they will give me my money back but they also say the process take a month. How?! Very unhappy and im never visiting sammydress again! If i could rate this site realisticly it wouldnt even be a 1.-23 sounds about right. Stay away its a scam.

Pretty good

I would say that you need to look closely at size charts, and comments on the item if available, and that you need to be prepared for your order to take a while to arrive. I myself haven't had any problems with the site and I've order twice. I had to cancel my order the second time but I got it refunded fairly quickly. Overall, it's a good site!

Ridiculous

I ordered one jacket on December 2,2015 and it's January 6 and still no package. I emailed them asking about tracking and they said since I didn't pay for it I can't track it and that it would be here within 10-45 after I orded it... it's been 35 days now.

Be very very careful before you purchase from this business. As a breast cancer patient I wanted some wigs until my hair grows back in. This business was recommended, but I had no luck with them. I ordered three wigs 12/2/15, and received the first one on 1/5/2016, only after many emails to them as to "where are the wigs I ordered, you already have my $$." I also ordered some items for Christmas that came in after Christmas, and the quality was horrid, and they arrived with a very bad odor, and the wrong sizes. I am presently trying to send back to them the items I received, within their 30-day warranty policy, and I am not getting answers to my requests. Beware! - Maureen-OC, CA
