I bougth 2 itens last year 2013 (around november), On January/2014 I had complanied that I didnt receive my items here in Brazil, and on 01/26/14 they sent an e-mail to me to inform that money would return in 4 to 6 business days and since now I didn't receive the money back. I had opened several tickets on the website and nobody answered me.

Absolute scam! I placed an order /MM*******455/on january 23rd.and it is still processing my order and today is what february 6th! Considering that they wrote ships within 24 hrs under the pixture of the good, the service is Unbelievable! In the meantime, i got two tickets asking about when my orders will be shipped out.No RESPONSE! Now i do understand that chinese new year hit during the period, but this is just UNEXCUSABLE! The holiday should be over by now and i should at least have an answer for my inquiry ehat so called ticket!

I realise that the order was placed during their holidays but i submitted a 'ticket' on the 2nd of Feb and again this morning and am yet to hear back from the company. Made an order over a month ago, been corresponding with the site and have been told the order was "sent but had to be brought back to the factory for delivery reasons" and is STILL processing. Made the mistake of spending a little too much on this site and I am losing hope of EVER receiving my order. Really hope sammydress actually come through on this. Not impressed > :(

I placed an order on January 20th, 2014. My order was supposed to be delivered within 5 business days. Instead my order has been stuck in a status of "Processing" for weeks.

I have created several tickets with SAMMYDRESS.COM but they seem to be ignored. I never get a response even after weeks of waiting.

Based on previous comments I am about to claim FRAUD with both Visa and Paypal to try and get my money back. My order number is M**************.

I do NOT recommend buying anything from SAMMYDRESS.COM

HORRIBLE
February 5, 2014

HORRIBLE. Ordered one item 9 days ago and it says it's still processing. I paid the same amount for shipping as I did for the item so 9 days for processing is crazy. I attempted to get in contact with them via email and haven't received anything back. Sent a "ticket" and nothing. If I don't hear back from them by the end of the day I'll be disputing it through paypal.

I recently purchased some dresses, jewelry and leggings with sammydress.com and I am satisfied with the order. It felt like forever to get my packages, but it was worth it. The dresses are so comfy, the jewelry is prettier than I thought, and the price is extremely good. Ordered on Jan 3rd. They said it would be a few weeks to come in. Didn't receive any tracking at all. Contacted them for info on my order to be told it wasn't in stock. Asked for money back and they ended all correspondence with me. I'm now contacting Paypal to dispute. I WOULD NOT order form this website, it's a total scam and I will be reporting them as a fraudulent website.

I ordered a dress in october 2013 its Feb2014 and I still havent recieved anything. I have tried their silly ticketing system so many times and no response, finally today I got an automated reply from the "My ticket". They have a live chat but warn you not to ask about anything regarding aftersales or tracking your shipment. I found the add on fb and so I am going to contact fb to let them know that this is a scam! Really annoyed. Rosann

The worst!

The worst!

I bought online 4 dresses and a pair of earings that were "In Stock". But after 1 week I opened a ticket because the order remained with the same status. So one day after I opened the ticket they told me that none of the dresses were in stock only the earings was available. They told mewith "This order is not preparing well". And that the 3 dresses would be available in 15 days and the last one has no arrive date. "Would you like to wait for a few days? " I said "yes" (my bad).

So I decide to change the 4th dress for another one (I spent too much time choosing another one).

When finally the 15 days were met, the order had the same status.

So the true is that I spent all that time changing that dress for nothing, because they didn't shipped my order anyway.

Once again, I re-wrote again (same ticket) and they told me that "SOME" items were not available yet.

I got so upset, that I asked for a refund. But the answer was: "the available items are sent out. The rest of the items are still not ready for shipping".

It been more than a month since I made my order and I still not receive anything. But my expectations are not too hight at this point.

My recomendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY IN THIS SITE

If you did and you have not receive anything you can "DISPUTE TRANSACTION" through PAYPAL.

Unfortunately it only applies for orders not older than 45 days... :( I have more than 45 days with my order MM**************...

Items shown as in stock are not always actually stocked. This will cause a delay in shipping and they will not inform you if your items are out of stock. My items were out of stock, so I requested a refund. They replied stating they would offer a refund within 4 business days. It has been two weeks since.

One of their customer service reps contacted me personally and helped me get my refund on my missing items. This sense of urgency was well appreciated. In the future if I were to shop at sammydress, I would hope that they will keep their stock availability updated so that something like this would not happen again.

I think the site have a very nice items to buy and the best thing it's for a very good price, I bought a cosmetic product recently and it's a really good quality, and now I'm waiting for another order, and actually they have a really good support center, I had troubles with the shipping so I contact them and they gave me an answer quickly and tried to help me to solve the problem. Waited over 6 months for an order, never received my items. When i contacted customer service the said that there was a problem with customs. I waited over 6 months and was not even contacted when there was a problem. When i demanded a refund they offered to refund 20% i finally got them to at least give me 50%. Its is WRONG to do this to customers! SCAM!

Absolute scam!

Absolute scam! Hidden costs, like extra DHL processing fees, plus customs! I made an order of 45$, payed extra 50$ for quick DHL delivery, a week later DHL calls me and says that in order for me to get the package, I have to pay an extra 85$ of processing fees and custom fees. I stupidly agree, and when I get the 3 items I payed for, the 3 of them are cheap, bad material, poor in every aspect. To make it worse, 2 of them dont even fit me, the size charts in the site are bogus! I measured myself accuartely and at the end, the cloathing doesnt correspond to the measurements.
So all in all, I spent over 160$ for a crappy shirt. I could have bought a Gucci shirt for that... I feel scammed, deceived and utterly disapointed.
