This was my first time making a purchase with sammydress.com and I ordered a necklace from them. The shipping does take long as it's coming from Asia, but it was free as it usually is with jewelry, and it came on time. The necklace itself was gorgeous just as in the picture. Although one of the rose petals did have a small chip, it was barely noticeable. I have no experience with ordering clothing from there, but in general, the jewelry seems to be a pretty good deal and no-fuss. Just remember to click the box for "ship in 24 hours".

TLDR; I love Sammydress. I order from no one else now. Excellent quality and customer service! Definitely better than other companies in the US that I've used.
There are a LOAD of negative reviews about this site, but I've never had a problem and I've ordered from them several times. Be warned: it takes a long time for products to ship because of customs (I'm in the US). Sammydress has always sent my packages out (which can be tracked) on time. I actually had US customs lose one of my packages, but Sammydress refunded my money. Their customer service is exceptional. They've ALWAYS responded within 24 hours to any question that I've had even if it's small.
As far as quality goes, I've always been very impressed. I've bought mostly clothes. Everything has arrived in perfect condition. I wash everything before I wear it and I've never had anything fray or fall apart. I'm a small person, so things fit me quite well, but I can see where a larger person could have a problem. Their version of small is quite different. I've bought things as gifts as well as my bridesmaid dress.

After one month and several complaints I got an answer of why my order is not shipped yet. Because an item is out of stock. After I have asked them to tell me which item it is, so I can exchange it or ask for a refund, they never responded and now the days keep passing without me getting my order or a response. I orered some dresses on Feb 8th 2014 believing I was going to receive it in 3 to 5 days that I paid to receive them in and I have still yet to get a tracking number let alone my package it is now February the 11th. I've sent 3 emails and I have an online trying to contact someone to live chat as well as contact the telephone number which is always a busy tone... In spite of some negative reviews, my experience with Sammydress was a very positive one. I received my items within two weeks (that included the week their services were affected due to the Chinese New Years, in which they had informed all their costumers). I contacted customer service once they had resumed normal business hours. They answered within 24 hours to inform me that my items were shipped through DHL. Upon receiving my items (two shirts and a pair of shoes), they were in good condition and I was satisfied with them. Just be sure to know your exact measurements since they are very precise and are different from other countries (i. E. USA).

I ordered a pair of dresses and high heels on the 27th of January. It is now the 10th of February and my order still says "processing" if I'm paying the same amount for shipping as I am for the product I would expect a little better service.
I finally got my money refunded after about 4 months. I've ordered another $1000 since then, but except for once, it was always difficult to get refunds for merchandise they did not ship. Or it took quite a lot of effort to get them to send the remaining part of my order. They have really good merchandise but it is often more trouble than it is worth to buy things from them. In the past, they sent clothing where the hems were not sewn at all or something else similar to that, but now they seem to be shipping better merchandise - must have finally instituted quality control by examining the clothing before they crammed it into the final shipping container. It will be vacuum packed, so expect hundreds of wrinkles. I have found other places to shop this year (2015) that ship very fast and always ship the entire order or they contact me first to decide what to do. Asia Fashion Wholesale is a good website, although they don't have as much selection as SammyDress. However, SammyDress may display more choices, but they are just photos a lot of the time. They don't really have all that merchandise for sale.

I placed five orders amounting to about $1000 and now it has been 102 days since I placed my last and final order on October 31. They have not shipped anything since December 6 and now it is February 10. They said they would refund my money in mid-January, but nothing happened. They have very good clothing - IF they will just ship it. When I placed orders, obviously it was in stock. But by the time the order was processed, many items go out of stock. They have shipped unfinished clothing, clothing of the wrong size and even clothing that is entirely different than what I ordered. One thing for sure, you can never return anything no matter what the reason. They have offered settlements and substitutions in the past, but now they have just stopped communicating entirely. I have lost all trust in Sammy's Dress. I just hope someday I will get my money refunded. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I have say I found this page after I had placed my order and I was extremely concerned that this wouldn't ever show up. It stated on my order that it could take up to 25 working days so I tried to be realistic, but when trying to track my order it said the reference couldn't be found.
However, my order has shown up this morning and I have to say I was pleased. I ordered a bag and 2 bracelets. Once of the bracelets does not fit at all, it is more a child's size and I would say I have an average sized wrist. But this wouldn't even fit over my knuckles. Given the small price of this I'm not too bothered by it, but I don't think I would purchase any other bracelets from there.
The bag itself was exactly as described, the only downside was that the lining inside had come unstitched so I had to sew it up myself. If I bought this is a shop I would have returned it for another but given this has come from so far away it's not worth the bother and I could easily sort it myself.
I think my expectations were managed, I was just being quite impatient. I'm used to items arriving within a few days if I order on line, so to wait from 12th January it was quite a long time but I was aware of this when I placed the order. It seems that maybe I have been quite lucky but on the whole I am generally happy with my experiene.
I would have to rated it a 5+ stars! I love that web so much~ and i already told to all my friends about it. Because that web is cheap and with new arrival fashion and stuff:)

I ordered online and once I had paid they informed me that some goods were missing.
I paid 75 euros for shipping (total order was 255 euros)
It took over 50 days before I received 3 out of 8 items ordered and paid for.
On top of this I had to pay 30 euros for customs clearance
The rest was sent in 2 separate packages (which means 2 X 30 euros again for custom clearance) but these two last packages to date still have not been delivered.
I emailed sammydress but all they answer is "you can track your package online" and it only says that the packages are at custom.
And last but not least, the quality of what I received is poor and they only grant refund if there is a mistake in the order.

I really should have read this website b4 I blindly order from them. God damn it I placed 4 orders on this website, 3 of them on Jan 15/14 and an additional one on Jan 22/14. The processing time is really not as stated,, one of the order I placed on the 15th had "processing" stage for 24 days!(order # MM**************). It's only been shipped on Feb 7/14, and jeez I ordered this on Jan 15/14!
One of the order was shipped on Jan 20/14 but still, I received nothing! I sent a ticket to ask what happened, no reply! Even tho it says "we'll respond within 24hrs". Now that's total bullsh*t!
