Very bad service!

Very bad service! First i was really exited about shopping from sammy but now i am really disappointed! It is near a mount from ordering but still nothing! No answers to ticket and it is several days after chinese new year holiday have ended! Will i see my items? That is the dilemma!

I ordered clothes from sammydress about a month ago & I still haven't recieved anything!
It's a scam, don't do it!
All the other people that this has happend to should speak up about it and take legal actions towards these theifs!

M************** ordered 1/30 its been 15 days since I placed my order. I asked about my order status a few days ago and they gave me a ticket, They say they will answer in 24hrs. Well they did not. My first order with them arrived in 4 days so I was super excited when I ordered from them again. My issue is that they have time to chat with you before you place an order but after you order, if you chat with them, they say they don't have any information and tell you to get a ticket.

I ordered the clothes on Sammydress on 1st Feb. And my bill is $55, but it took me $64, I wrote my feedback but nobody answered. What's worse ,I don't get any news about my order, I doubt whether I can get my clothes or not.

PLEASE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a scam, I paid $120 for things I have never received. I have sent 5 tickets and still no reply, I've been waiting 3 weeks for my package to get mailed out but still nothing. The shipping prices are outrageous and they don't even live up to their own rules and regulations. IT IS A SCAM

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM SAMMYDRESS.COM

It took over a month for them to SHIP and weeks to arrive. The shipping costs are ludicrous.

I was incredibly pedantic with my measurements to ensure no sizing problems. The items that were sent to me DO NOT adhere to the measurements displayed on their website... And it is not a few cm difference, which would be understandable. These items are drastically different. They sent me a top, and according to the measurements the shoulder width would just fit me - I got the top in the post and it is like wearing a tent!

Another size problem - they have sent me a pair of pants that i cant even get over my calves. I'm an Australian size 8 - I'm not a big girl. They are not what I ordered and would fit a child. Very convenient that it took them a month to POST the items from their warehouse in China... You can only lodge PayPal claims for 45days after the transaction, so the amount of time it took was very convenient indeed.

I have contacted them regarding the child sized pants, offering to pay for shipping to send them back in order for an exchange or refund. Instead, they offered to sell me a second pair for 5 dollars cheaper. I declined this and they have since ignored my four emails. Do not purchase from them.

MM************** I've placed an order on Feb 8th/2014 four items worth $126. Paid extra to receive with in 3-5 days today is Feb 14th still no word or tracking number emailed. I tried sending ticket this morning still no reply. Still would like to know the status of my order. A very disappointed costumer.

I ordered staffs like jeweleries and clothes worth £96 nearly 6 months ago M************** i did live chat to them about it- at first they claim some things i ordered was out of stock, then after a few weeks again, they claimed i should give them more time. I have received half of the order and the rest have vanished. Is like no one knows and thy seems not to bother about it. Like i just picked the money for paying to those order from the tree. I sent i ticket, i did not get a reply. I chat again and again on the live chat they claimed they deliver and half of my orders i did not received. The delivery periods take so long and i wish more people report this website so that the can close it down in the UK THROUGH watchdog

Do NOT order from this website! I placed an order with them and paid $25 EXTRA for 3 to 5 day shipping, I wrote them a week later and still nothing, then another week later and still nothing. After 22 days I filed a dispute via PayPal and they finally responded that my items were not in stock, could I wait longer? I shop online all of the time. If items are not in stock they should not let you buy them and how can all six items not be in stock? Scam! Scam! Scam! 24 days later and still nothing!

Ordered and item back in October of 2013... Still waiting for it to arrive. I opened a ticket with them on their website and they said there is nothing they can do after it gets sent out. Atleast I only spent $15 but still... Won't be going back there again.

I used to be happy with the website. Back on October/November I've ordered some jewelries just to check the service and I was surprised that quality was good for the price so I decided to order clothes. My first order was "shy": just a dress. Again, very satisfied by the price and quality and efficiency of service (very fast). But then, problems started: the next order included a dress I wanted to wear for Christmas. After paying, they advised me that it was out of stock. I was surprised that the website let you order a product that is out of stock but I said ok to their suggestion of sending me my order and wait for the dress to arrive later (December 19th I think...). When the date arrived... No news of the dress. I sent a ticket and they told me it is still out of stock. I said ok, I'll order another one - there was no point for me to have $9 refunded- also I was really disappointed with the fact that they asked me to pay an extra $3 for posting while it wasn't my fault. I thought it was resolved... Still didn't received the second dress I've ordered. I sent a ticket on January to ask where is my dress and another one last week (T*******318). I am now checking my emails everyday to see whats going on but nothing. I didn't believe of the scam accusations at first because I was extremely happy with the service but now I have a doubt...

SAMMYDRESS.COM -- This is a classic "take your money, don't deliver as promised." I ordered merchandise, paying for expedited shipping on 1-30. The company has neither given me my product nor responded to my "ticket" within their system, which promised a 24-hour response. My order was intended as a Valentine's Day gift. Since it's now Valentine's Day, I'm having to scramble for an alternative, local gift. I decided to dispute this order through PayPal. (Thank God I paid via PayPal!). Everyone - save yourself heartburn and frustration. Don't order from this awful site.

Ok yes cheap stuff I ordered back in may of 2013 spend like 80 dollars or more filed many complains and nothing checked my order said wrong address ( when I clearly gave the correct one) complained about it and they said they would fix it and I would receive everything before june 9 when I went on vacation checked said that they would ship everything but one item but it would be shipped at a later date. I said ok just ship all of the other item. Consumer service agrees and everything was supposed to be set. Then left for the beach and come back two weeks later and nothing emailed again and they said they would refund my money. And I didnt get my money back or what I paid for. This is a rip off and I can't do anything about it because I can't retrieve those emails... i dont suggest this site for anything...

This is my first time making purchase with sammydress. I made order on 02/03/2014. I paid $78 for shipping and the order total was $250 and still says processing on the website, I have submitted 2 tickets to find out where my order is and got no response. The customer service number is always busy, i did big mistake ordering from this site, I am extremely disappointed with this company. I called Paypal and helped me lot to get my refund. Now i feel better with Paypal :)

I ordered just two scarves in September 8th 2013 but after a few weeks started to wonder why they are not arriving. Sent E-mail to them and asked why is it taking so long. They answered I did not take any tracking code, which would have been more expensive. So just to wait, they will come. Well to this date, February 13th 2014, 5 months gone and scarves never came. Of course my case was solved long ago with PayPal and I got my money back. I just was happy not to order anything bigger and to be all nervous afterwards. Anyway, might be the stock was sent and post office just lost it (not the first time). But all the same, they let me wait for 60 days saying just "please wait they will surely arrive", before I took it to Pay Pal. I think they should have sent me a new item at least. I do not recommend anyway ordering anything from China. Cheap clothing but that has its' price. Someone works hard in there and does not get paid.
