Very upset with this company. I almost feel like I was scammed. So I found a new job and being a single parent I try to bargain shop. So instead of shopping for myself in stores I found Sammydress.com. I was excited about starting the new gig so I decided to place an order to get some new outfits for work. Needless to say its been about a month. So I submitted a ticket, when they finally responded. They are asking for my drivers license, passport and creditcard information. I told them "Noway Hosay"! The point of paying thru Paypal was so that my transaction was safe and secure. I have ordered online a bunch of times and NEVER EVER)have been asked for my personal information after my transaction was made and my bank account tapped. I am really dissapointed and am upset that I have not received anything. My order # M************** i paid a total of $282.47. Please send me my refund today is Sunday February 23,2014. Since HR at Sammydress responds to this... If I dont hear back from you guys i have no choice but to take legal action.

Dont ever bother considering to purchase from this website. I made the mistake of trusting this website. The majority of my items looked nothing like what the pictures showed. The quality was so poor you couldn't give the clothes away. The sizing was a total joke! A pair of jeans I ordered which were supposed to be an au8 wouldnt even fit an 8yr old! A zip broke straight away on another pair of pants. Not to mention HALF my order wasn't sent! When I tried to contact sammy dress I got no response after numerous emails! Finally after 4 weeks they responded stating that the other items weren't in stock and they would refund the cost of the items! HELLO... what about the $200 I paid for shipping... wouldn't you refund half of that also?,, this website is a TOTAL SCAM! Dont waste your time or throw your money away!

Never, never, never would I again place an order with this company! I ordered 8 items in mid Dec 2013, they were delivered in two lots in mid Feb 2014. I paid USD 63.09 for items and USD 46.09 for delivery costs. My delivery address was stated as being the UK and I paid the total requested at the time of placing the order. The first parcel arrived at Royal Mail depot and I received a notice to pay £12.62 if I wanted to collect the items. I had no choice and did - £4.62 of which was VAT and £8.00 was the handling fee! I was very annoyed at this extra hidden cost and at the inconvenience. Three days later I received the second parcel at no extra cost. I contacted the company by way of ‘ticket' communication and have since had nothing but poor responses in confused English language from a customer services rep named ‘Cactus'. I was told that this is standard process for items delivered to the UK and must pay the cost. I was astonished at the response as this is by far not the first time I have shopped online from international sources. All costs are explained upfront and then you have a CHOICE whether or not to proceed. I have been going back and forth by way of emails for over seven days with ‘Cactus' who started by saying no refund, then offered 30% of costs and 3% discount voucher, then 50% refund and 5% voucher – as if it were a haggling process! I have asked many times to be permitted to communicate with a manager but ‘Cactus' does not allow this despite I have said I merely want a refund of the full amount. The handling charge itself would never have incurred had the ‘hidden' costs been advised first or paid by the company as they had done for the second parcel. The final resolution I have been given today is to contact customs in my country! Appalling customer service, deceitful company and quite frankly conning customers out of money. The quality of clothes also – 2 were in good condition but the other 6 items very poorly stitched. Be warned all!

THIS IS A SCAM, PEOPLE! I PLACED MY ORDER ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND PAID THROUGH PAYPAL! WHEN I DIDN'T GET MY CLOTHES I ASKED SAMMYDRESS WHAT WAS THE HOLDUP AND THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY NEEDED A COPY OF MY PHOTO ID, A COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD, AND MY ADDRESS, BIRTHDATE! I PAID ALREADY THROUGH PAYPAL! WHEN I TOLD THEM IT WASN'T NECESSARY FOR ME TO EMAIL THESE COPIES THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! DEALING WITH PAYPAL NOTRE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! BUYER BEWARE!

This site is worthless! After getting the run around for a week about billing information I (thank God) asked about the availability of the items that I ordered... I was told that only 3 out of 9 items were in stock! I had to restrain myself from buying a plane ticket to China just to kick the $#*! of the guy who was supposed to be there to help me... This gentlemen's name is Lear... If you have the luxury of getting him on the phone (which took me over an hour, they obviously have very few people in the "office"... more like sweatshop.) Please tell him to kiss my A$$!

"I bought goods from this online store and paid half the amount for expedited shipping. Its been over a month haven't received the goods. I filed a dispute with paypal and now the store emails me that when you close the dispute with paypal then they will refund the money. SAMMYdress is scamming with buyers money. How can they take money from someone and never deliver the goods. I will post my review on all the websites to make others aware of this fraudulent activity."

I purchased this a coat 5(!) month ago. My order number is M**************. It was not my first order. Previouse 3 ones I have received. Sometimes it took 3 months to receive them and I won't comment about the quality - you'll definitely get what you pay for. But this time I haven't receive nothing for 5 months and Sammydress do not return my massages even though I sent them 4 tickets regarding this order. I am not going to order from this site no more. I also advice those, who are wondering abt ether order or not, to stay away from this site. Don't let yourself to be lured by attractive price. You'll lose your money at the end.

I bought 2 dresses for testing purposes in order to open a store in Ecuador with their clothes, needless to say, i'm still waiting for them to arrive. They provided a tracking number, but no official carrier page to check it. I have no idea where mi package is, or whether it will arrive or not. My order number is M**************. I was intending to use Sammydress as my supplier for a store, i believe business are not their thing and i will definitely will not consider them for supply. Outrageous!

ATTENTION! THIS IS A FRAUD WEB!
As to all reviews below mine, I orderd from SammyDresses as well, in the amount of 191$. As days passed buy, and packege was not ready to ship, i told them to cancel my order. Got a respond only 4 days later, that it will be ready in a week. Told them i am not wiiling to wait any longer, and refound me immidiatly. After 3 days they answer saying if i am sure? (that gives them some more time to keep my money)
So answerd them refound my now. 5 days go so sent them a request, that if i haven't got my meney back, at least send the packege. So now i'm told items are out of stock and if i want a refoud it will take 3 business days. What for? They never provided me anything, only sold me items are not even in stock!
I begggg you- don't buy there!

I have sent a couple of wickets asking when my items will be shipped, but no response. I will be removing myself from their subscription list and no longer purchase from this "sammydress" sight.

I was really, really happy to buy from here. I ordered two pair of shoes and two necklaces on SEPTEMBER and they never, never arrived. First I got an email saying that I would get a refund for one of the pair of shoes because they were out of stock, and they gave me the refund. But where are my other items?! I want a full refund.

My order number is MM**************. The only reason this site is getting one star is because there isn't an option for zero stars. I placed my order on December 18,2013. It is now over 2 months later and I haven't received anything. I have submitted 5 tickets with no response, other than a separate email just a few days ago stating one of the 6 items I ordered is out of stock, and that they were refunding me the $2.49 that the item cost... which of course was the cheapest of the 6 items. Other than that, not one of my wickets I have submitted has been responded to. I even tried calling the customer service toll free number countless times, but I get nothing more than a busy signal every time I call. STAY AWAY!

Everyone considering buying from this site, you need to be prepared to wait for your order so do not order anything that you need to receive in a hurry. I placed an order, and waited a month for it, which was fine. I received everything I ordered, and it was all exactly how it looked online. My only complaint is that sizes run small. So if you're not sure about a size, always go a size up because a lot of the clothes didn't fit me properly.
