My experience with this website was very unpleasant. I placed my order 2 months ago, and they have JUST sent it out now. After I payed for my order and my shipping, they said I needed to pay more shipping, so I payed the more shipping, and then half the items in my order had gone "out of stock", so I have to find replacements for my items. I'm waiting for my items now, and if I do not receive the right items or all of the items, I will be very disappointed.
If I were to order clothes off of the internet again, I would NOT use this website, I would use big brand websites because they have their sh*t together.

I had a similar experience to many people reviewing 'Sammydress' here. It was my first order and I was expecting delivery to take between 8 and 28 days, as indicated on the site. I didn't do my normal research as it was a bit of an impulse buy; and I had even assumed the company was American as the pricing was in dollars. I fully expected some of the items not to fit as they are extremely cheap, and one-size underwear is a bit risky for me as I am a small size 8.
My money was taken immediately and every time I checked the site after one month had elapsed it said 'processing'. They didn't reply to my messages (I sent several) and the phone number didn't work!
After Googling them I came across this site - it wasn't looking good! I uploaded a scathing review and almost immediately got a response. They asked for all the information I had already supplied - which I duly submitted again, and promised that my order would now be dispatched.
True to their word, it arrived today, seven weeks after I ordered it. All items have arrived, without exception, and I have to say I am very happy with what I have received. The garments are very small, but so am I, so that is fine! Everything fits perfectly well and considering the price it's actually very good.
The main problem with them seems to be communication (or lack of it) and the length of time it took to receive the order. I wouldn't have minded at all if only they had let me know, or responded to the messages I sent via their website. This facility is obviously not working properly so if they were really awaiting me to reiterate my details and confirm the order, the message did not come through to me.
If they could sort out the communication issues and, as long as people are aware that Chinese sizes are extremely petite, it could be a really useful source of cheap clothes.
I was hoping i would be the one who got to write a great review but here i am. It seems this is the only way to get a reply from someone at sammydress. I tried 3 times to contact someone about my order and nothing, still waiting. I was overcharged in the beginning, there was an unexpected duty charger and then 2 of my items did not make it!
I am somewhat pleased with the items that came but all the hassel is really not worth it and makes me wonder weather i should have just listen to the reviews.
I just want a refund for the items they did not ship and for them to correct the amount they charged my account. That's all!

So i recently bought a shirt from sammydress and inicially i wasn't happy because there were some issues with sizing. Long story short i was partially refunded and i'm actually quite happy about costumer services, they were very quick.
OMG, sammydress is a $#*!ing scam, a true scam, i live in the United states and i have placed 3 orders over a month ago. Not only they claimed that the orders have been shipped, the tracking numbers they provided dont even allow you to track your stuff. I have submitter numerous tickets weeks ago and they are still being processed although they stated that it takes 24h to get an answer for tickets. When you call their customer service number, the live is occupied and you dont get a hold of no one. After reading many bad reviews and few good ones I decided to take the risk and buy from this site, silly I know but with so many lovely outfits and so cheap I thought it was worth the risk... I placed my order for 7 items totalling with expediated delivery €60, on 31st jan and waited, knowing chinese new year finished 4th feb was allowing an extra week, also didnt need the items until april but from reviews knew delivery would be slow... by mid feb was getting worried, mostly because of the bad reviews and sent them a ticket, they explained one item was out of stock and would be back in feb 22nd... I said ship anyway and send on last item when it arrives... another week went by with nothing... so really wasn't happy and send another ticket, however, before they replied to it, I got email saying items (all 7) had been shipped... was so happy to hear this and was able to track the package with DHL, was shipped on thursday 27th feb and I got it 3rd march and that was with it sitting in customs over wkend... the quality of the clothing was great couldnt fault any of it especially considering the price, €6 for a dress!, the sizes are small but expected that as coming from china and they fit my daughters perfectly... overall it does exactly what is says on the tin... considering volume of orders they probably get daily and how far they coming from the month delivery time is ok... give yourself plenty of time if you ordering from them and be patient... if I hadn't seen any bad reviews I would never have panicked about order arriving

Ordered a dress almost a month ago. Got the confirmation emails saying thank you for the order and that they would process it immediately and send tracking information once it was sent. Never got that information nor has anything been delivered. Called multiple times and emailed with no response. Called again today and now the woman says that it was shipped out over 10 days ago but that I didn't PAY FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER so I couldn't have one. And that it was delivered but if noone was home it would have been returned? Ummmm... First of all the USPS leaves a note if theres a package that can't fit the box. Ususally they leave it at the door. Never in life have I heard of PAYING for a free trackign number. I have the email from them saying they'd send the tracking number. I'm going to raise hell about this and I better get my money back!
