A coworker and I placed an order together to try to save on shipping, which came out to $76.22 anyways for 21 items! We recieved the order in two packages and were missing 6 items. The clothes are JUNK. They are made just as cheap as what you pay for. Normally if you are unhappy with a product, you return the product and get a refund. Our order comprised of $131 in merchandise, and $76 in shipping. When I tried to contact the company (which you can only do through e-mail) to request a refund they said they couldn't. We placed the order in December, and I have been fighting with them ever since. They have offered 20% off on my next purchase, and minimal refunds of $35 which didn't even cover the items that weren't shipped! This place is TERRIBLE, the customer service is TERRIBLE, the shipping was OUTRAGEOUS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The first time i ordered it was during their festivities in february 2014 but after their termination, exactly the next day they shipped my order and i received it after 10 days! Thought that i live in europe it was quickly. I am pleased of the material the items i order has, and the things i picked is lovely! I got also many compliments!
I couldnt find here so cheap staff and stylish! I order for second time and i am waiting already 20days to ship them. I communicate with them and they wait some staff until 21march. If they solve this problem of processing time and they make a better package like a box or something else it will be a fabulous cheap onlinestore!
For the moment if you order for them you have to be patient!
So make a plan for your orders! I order now the clothes i know that i will need and have them for late spring and early summer!
For know i am pleased shopping by samydress even their huge delay...!

One month after the payment They dsent my order. I asked several times about it and NO ONE answered me, not even once. I had no answers to my questions (they promise response in 24 hours, I had no response for weeks, I sent many messages) Now I have my order here and one dress is left. I don't know how to open a dispute. I tried to talk with them but I have no answer, This is horrible. I feel anger all the time. I expent 150 USD and no one care.

Ho sempre scelto la spedizione Flat, e le cose sono arrivate anche prima del mese previsto, ben sigillate.Ho fatto tantissimi acquisti da li e mi son sempre trovata bene e continuerò a comprare perchè non troverei mai cose così carine e così a basso costo nei negozi.Per quanto riguarda le taglie a differenza di molti devo dire che io mi son trovata bene, poichè utilizzo la M in italia e su sammydress ordino sempre la M, forse dipenderà dai capi.Se volete vestirvi bene e poco prezzo è il posto giusto, i bijou poi sono stupendi e freeshipping, non vi preoccupate dei tempi di spedizione, perchè il vostro amato pacchettino arriverà :)!

I like this site now that I know its not a total scam and my only complaint thus far is that it takes Forever! To get to you. I kept seeing all this cute cheap stuff pop up on pinterest and it kept taking me to this site. I loved a bunch of items on sammydress and finally decided to buy 2 cheap things just to make sure it was legit and I paid through paypal to be safe. It took forever and a day to get the 2 things I ordered, about 3 weeks maybe 4 but I did get everything and the 2 items were exactly as described. There was a few stray threads hanging from the dress but it was otherwise in perfect condition and the bracelet was just like the picture. I would order from them again but always pay through paypal, pay the extra $2 for tracking, and don't order anything you need right away because it wont happen

I have found out about sammydress.com last year, and so far I have made more than 10 orders, so you can conclude that I am very very happy with their service and the type of products they offer. The shipping is mostly very fast, but if something is not arriving on time it is not their fault, it's the post office fault, and the weather conditions may affect delivery as well.
The customer service is very good and fast. If they don't respond on time, it's probably because it's the weekend or some national holiday, so please try to be patient.
I highly recommend purchasing from this site, you won't be disappointed!

You can demand a full refund if you have wait for then 30 days and no shipment details just by simply calling paypal they will be delighted to look into your case. Normally first shipment sammydress will ship you in time by the second or third time you purchase it will take more then 2 month and most of the time inform you out of stock. Btw if you have notice most of the "good review" are fake account which happen all on the same day. # justsaying. Alway take note when ordering online. Some just out to scam you.

I'm reading other people's review and yikes! I feel bad for there horrible experience. I am lucky enough to not have any terrible experience and (knock on wood) I plan on never having any. Whenever I purchase an Item I make sure to buy the tracking and insurance. With the tracking I use USPS.com & http://track-chinapost.com/startems.phpto to track my item and it's accurate.

Whenever I have a question about an Item they always get back to me. I am literally on this site any chance I get. I look at everything and wow I want to buy the whole thing!

The prices are cheap and I've gotten great quality for it. The shipping is added and I've always hate paying for shipping! I always try to look for Promocodes to try to eliminate the total cost and make it as low as possible.

I've gotten my items in a reasonable time. After all they are coming from China. I've brought 3 items and I plan on buying more and more.

Its a good place to find something unique and outstanding for any ocation. I was kinda surprised how cheap everythig is and I had doubts the quality would be good, but in time I ordered a lot of things from there and some things were really nice, stylish, comfortable and in good shape and material.
So the price dont bite and you can find some really good deals.
Although, there is some drawbacks like: Shipping prices which are high, (even if you are from Europe), also I had some shipping problems (waited almost 3 months for one package to arrive)and once I missed an item in my package,(ofcourse contacted the support it was quite quick response that they send it with a new package).
To sum up everytging I recommend to try sammydress, youll definitely find something your taste.

The first time I ordered a boots but I didn't receive it for weeks because they were out of order which it did not said on the website so I emailed them. Thank god they emailed me back gave me the refund and also 8% off coupon. This second time which is February 27 2014 I also ordered a shoes and a dress. I paid for insurance and the shopping for over $20 and it is still in process and have not been shipped and it's been mover than 10 days. I've been emailing them and calling but there's no answer. If this is the only way to get a reply from sammydress then please have my order ship right away or refund the money back to my bank account.
I already read many of sammydress reply to other customers and sammydress reply the same to every other customer so please do not give me the same answer as other customer.

UPDATE**** This is ridiculous. I thought writing a review on here they will reply but I don't see any reply on my previous review on here. This is my worst experience shopping online. My order # MM**************. They took the money very quick and sent me an email says as soon as they received the money they will mail the items right away but it's been 2-3 weeks and it's still in processing as I check my account on sammydress. None of the contact works, live chat sucks, phone number sucks, email no response. Everybody should not shop on this site unless you want your money get taken but not getting what you want.

I paid for my order on the 17th of Feb 2014 and I have not heard anything, I have emailed and sent complaint tickets. I want to know where my order is because I paid extra to have it fast tracked. So much for having excellent service? Having to almost wait 1 month even tho I paid extra to have it fast tracked is not good service to me. I am really really disappointed. ALL IM SEEING IS APOLOGIES SAMMY DRESS. I DONT WANT YOUR APOLOGY I WANT MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR AND SO DO OTHERS SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Ive sent my order to you now sort your CRAP out.
