This site knows how to steal your money! I made an order on March 28th. I spoke with someone from the mysterious customer service department last weekend and said my order was being shipped out that day. Here it is another week later and I have no product but they have my money! It gets better because now no one is answering the "customer service" number. It only rings four times then goes to a busy signal. I want every one to know STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! THEY ARE THE WORST! M

I have not shopped with sammydress.com. But, I did with dresslily.com. I strongly suspect these sites are run by the same scammers. My experience was very similar to those listed here. I placed my order (expedited shipping, 3-6 days), my money was PROMPTLY removed from my account... and then the wait. After approximately 10 days or so I contacted them to find out where my order was and I got the classic, "oh, it's out-of-stock" line they give at dresslily.com/sammydress.com. So, first, I guess they weren't going to contact me? I had to contact them... after my order was already late. Second, the dress I ordered that is supposedly out-of-stock is still listed as in-stock on the website. So, they're full of it. I suspect it was never, and still isn't, in stock. And then, I started reading reviews of dresslily and sammydress. Very familiar stories. So, I immediately and aggressively started contacting them. I tried their phone number... it's not real... plain and simple. No answer - EVER. Then I messaged through their website a lot. However, I think what really got results was me telling my story (ie., complaining) on their Facebook site A LOT. They may eventually remove your comments, they're crafty like that, but in the mean time a lot of people (potential customers, or suckers, like myself) will see the complaints and decide not to buy there. I think this got them moving. So, after doing this solidly for 2-3 days I got my refund. It's in my account. So, don't give up. Get on their Facebook page and let them know how unsatisfied you are. And, if that doesn't work (and even if it does), I suggest you contact the Federal Trade Commission. These people are making a lot of money off of screwing people over. They need to be shut down.

I will try to keep this review short, but it will be extremely hard as so much went wrong! First, I ordered my stuff and paid extra to have my things shipped out in 3-5 days... A whole month later my things said shipped on the website. However, I never recieved a confirmation email with my tracking number. So I called the number provided and the woman on the other end of the line was rude, uninformative, and uncooperative. Finally when I did recieve my order there was one thing missing, everything stunk to high heaven and not one single thing in my order looked even close to what they did on the website. The models in the photos are about my size and the shirts I got would probably still be way too big for my 6'4 250lb boyfriend. No exaggeration! And when I submitted a ticket for them to contact me about the issue they never did. Not even an email.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS!

I absolutely love this website. The clothes are made from good material and are true to size and the picture provided. Shipment is a bit slow because they came from a far away country but the tracking is very efficient and helpful. If I ever have a problem, their customer service is very kind and helpful too. When searching for products to buy, they provide a very good amount of information and their website is very easy to scroll through. My orders never fell apart and I'm very satisfied with them. Their service is fast.

I wish I saw these reviews before I wasted almost $200 at sammydress. Beware people it might really just be a scaming website for money. I ordered so many things, I was blinded like everyone else with their prices and the looks of the clothes but I got my order almost a month later and missing 7 things out of 17. I am so mad and upset I dont even know what else to do but warn you people away from them. The clothes only come in small and have no tags on them so you cant even tell the size, and if you happen to get something with a tag its in a foreign language... LOL Please people if anyone is out there reading this " STAY AWAY" i promise you they will cause your hairs to turn grey and you will be missing things and nothing will fit the way you want, and the fastest you will get your order is 3 weeks if that(not 3 days like the websits o so frequently advertize). Im a medium and i still cant comfortably fit their large clothes. Im just so mad and sad and upset... I only wanted a swim suit but orderd a $#*!load of other things yet ended up not getting the one thing i even went on that stupid website to buy. I saw all the lovely reviews on the website i thought there is no way they would be anything other than what they say, yet look at me and the other hundreds if not thousands of other upset coustomers... STAY AWAY ALL YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I've heard about Sammydress via other people, and it didn't look suspicious. So, I ordered 3 items. I paid like 43 euros and kind of expected to get them in like a few weeks.

But. Seriously, I can't even properly check the tracking number thing for my order. My order status still says 'In transit'? What's that supposed to mean, anyway?

Also. It's been almost a month now, and it's taking sooooooo long! And I'm getting even more annoyed, it kind of feels like I wasted my money...:/

I really hope it'll arrive anytime soon... >_<

I order two dresses and paid extra to get them early, Two weeks go by and I still haven't got them. I finally got hold of customer service and she tells me that one of the dresses there is no more. Which means they sold me a dress with no dress. The website should have said sold out NOT just take my money. Then the other dress still hasn't been shipped. I told her to give me a full refund. Now I'm on here reading the reviews and now I'm hopping they do give me a full refund. NEVER shop there again.

I'm addicted to Sammy, Sometimes I got nervous about the customer services that always a different person that contacted me (because I have to explained it again and again) and the delay to answer my ticket.!

Just want to give an in put to Sammy, If some dress that SOLD OUT or OUT OF STOCK already, please make sure to post it before a payment done!
I got 3 orders that Paid already but it's sold out or unavailable!

But in the end I'm addicted to all off Sammy's stuff!

Placed an order less than 24 hours ago, read reviews, decided to cancel
Called customer service, according to them, my order "JUST SHIPPED" so they could not refund me, told me they would send me a tracking number and try to cancel my order but "could not promise anything" based on others reviews, i call BS on that and they just don't want to refund me. RIDICULOUS based off what i've read this site is a scam, and I won't be receiving my items by apr 12, which is what they said, and i assume i have just lost over 100 dollars. NOT HAPPY. DON'T BUY

I have placed two orders so far on sammydress.com. The first order was three items purchased on 3/10/2014 and the second was eight items ordered on 3/11/2014. Both orders took a couple weeks to process but when shipped arrived within the time allotted for express shipment, 3-5 days. I did not receive a confirmation email for shipment but I kept an eye on my orders on their website, checking every few days to see if it had shipped. The first, smaller order took less time to ship out than the second, larger order. I have received all the items in my first order, but I am waiting to three items from the second.

After waiting for some time for the second order to ship, I sent them a message on their website about when it would ship out. They replied promptly and told me that some of my items were out of stock and would take longer to ship out, they also gave me the item numbers and dates for when the items would be in stock again. They asked me in this message if I would like to wait or be refunded for the out of stock items.

When the items arrived they were all in good condition and the quality I expected. The prices are very good for what they are selling. As far as shipping goes, each item has its own shipment price unless free shipping is specified for that item. The shipment is based on the weight of the item so shoes will cost more to ship than a shirt or dress. In my opinion shipping prices are high but they are fair.

Overall I am happy with my experience at sammydress.com and plan to order again soon.

This place is terrible. The item I ordered and the item they sent me are completely different, but that's just the start. I've been back and forth for almost a month now with Flora from SammyDress Customer Service, specifically asking for the address that I can return the item to. I've also submitted a photo of the item that they sent me. 5 or 6 emails later we're still at square 1, where Flora keeps asking me about the SKU #. Problem is, they know the SKU number of what I ordered and the picture of what they sent me don't match up.

This company is crap - could be worse than Comcast and/or AT&T.
