Ordered my stuff beginning of November. Beginning of December I emailed Sammydress asking about normal shipping times. A portion of the order did finally arrive. The package was only a partial order and everything in the package was a knock off attempt at what was pictured on the site. We are talking major differences in fabric. I ordered 2 sweaters. One was a fuzzy acrylic looking blend on the online photo. A fleece alternative arrived with really crooked sleeves and missing stitches. The other was supposed to be a hooded sweatshirt, instead a hooded long-sleeve t-shirt arrived with the appliques falling off. The tank top that I also ordered had the seams mismatched, the along the right side of the garment the seams were facing to the extreior... the left side of the garment had them tucked inside. :( A total mess. I am trying to determine the current return options since sending $50 worth of junk back to China will reduce the landfill of the USA AND might just be cheaper. Fingers crossed I can get myself out of this mess without too much harm. THANK GOD I used paypal. I would be dying right now if I had given my cc number to this company in China. Their scruples are a might in question.

There are THREE things you guys need to know when shopping at Sammydress!. BE SMART
Sammydress sells items that are not the exact same thing as the pictures. HOWEVER, they try to sell products that look as close to the photos as they can. That is why it is so inexpensive so don't be all angry when you receive a product that looks a little off when you paid like 5 or so dollars for it. Check customer photos before you buy. Those will guarantee what you will be getting. Also know that sometimes the fabric doesn't feel wearable. The sites priority is to achieve how the clothes look.
2. BE AWARE
Of the obvious. Look close at and check the measurement charts. Do not buy the size you would usually buy if you're in the Americas or aren't built Asian. The sizes are different. Everyone should know this already. They have a conversion from inches to centimeters to help customers, All you need is some measuring tape to measure yourself.
3. BE PATIENT
Sammydress is in China. Do you really expect to receive the package in 3-4 days? It took 3 weeks for my package and I was starting to doubt the website. But then I got my package and I can say I'm very satisfied for the price I paid.

I placed an order on sammydress.com on February 12th (2016) and paid expedited shipping. I recieved some horribly patched together crap that is not even close to what I ordered yesterday on March 7th (2016) and as soon as I went to contact the site about my order I was BLOCKED from my account! I had emailed three registered emails that I found online two weeks ago because I never got the tracking number I paid for, called a supposed registered customer service line for it and an automated system told me to leave a message. Luckily I only spent 40$, but DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

We had a very bad experience buying from Sammydresses. We got duped by their website and had ordered number of clothing items in a single order in Apr 2015 (as we thought the clothing was priced good). We received the goods after 8 weeks after a number of follow ups and when we received goods they were of not of quality as shown on their website, and tampered. The sizes were not of international standard and smaller. The parcel was delivered from China. We are still trying to chase them to fix the issue and refund our money but they have not been responding. We are now considering to launch a complaint with consumer court for this website as basically they have cheated us and we have lost about USD 262 in that order. Please do not buy anything from them and also investigate the genuinity of the positive reviews on this website because they are definitely fake because no one can be satisfied with the type of clothing they supply. Please do not get carried away by the clothing displayed on their website because you will not get even close to what they have displayed on the website, it's some Chinese company who is selling goods internationally. I placed my order early September, I needed it for an event in early December I paid extra insurance to make sure it got to me safely and on time, my first half was delivered at the end of the same month, the other half that shipped out a day later never got to me, I contacted customer service again and again who told me to wait until the 25th of November I waited like a fools and never got it, it is now the 3rd of December 2 months since I placed my order and I have not gotten my item, I have not gotten a refund and I have not gotten a reply for customer service!

Back in September I bought two purses that were 29.31 together which I thought was an awesome price for two nice looking purses. With shipping cost though it bummed my order up to 53.49, I can say I wasn't too pleased but still thought it wasn't bad.
After that I waited... and waited, and continued to wait about a month and a half later I contacted them saying my order still hasn't arrived. They told me it was because of the distance, it may take longer. I waited another couple of weeks and still nothing, so I started asking for my money back. Their responses never full answered my questions, and they kept promising better service. Finally, near the middle of January I got my money. But I only got the 29.31 back, not what I had paid for shipping. And they even asked me if I would pay for the product if it arrived... I made this order 4 months ago, if it hadn't arrived yet it wasn't going to anytime soon. Nor do I feel like I should have to pay for the $#*!ty service and the long wait even if it did finally get here.
Needless to say I'll be sticking to ebay and amazon.

I have finally found the fashionistas #1 website for styles! My mind was blown at how exceptionally well the website and app are put together. I've never seen so many beautiful options of dresses and accessories to clothes and outerwear to shoes to wigs, even cute tights! They literally have everything, and if you want everything that you see, it's not going to break your bank account at all. I love that the photographs of the products are the exact item you recieve, if not BETTER. The community wall has to be the most genius idea ever. It's REAL customers wearing exactly what they purchased and showing off how beautiful it truly is! What I really was amazed by how quickly I received my items, literally less than 2 weeks (11 days!) And the customer service... 10/10 stars! Incredible! I've never received feedback so quickly from customer service in my life, and I order online all the time. They were actually quicker on answering my questions, than if I were to call any others service line, and we were emailing! If you are truly committed to resolving the situation to my satisfaction, here is what I request:
1) $37x3 - triple refund for all the hassle and a lot of time and frustration spent with you. You only made a $31 refund so far, which even doesn't make a one full refund. I don't believe your math is so bad!
2) To be able to leave my reviews on your website. You just filter out all negative reviews at the moment. This is unbelievable! I have all screenshots to prove that I left them. All this will be provided to consumer protection organizations.
You already managed to delete all my tickets from my account (although I never closed them), that's in your style. But don't worry I have all screenshots.

I should have read this before I order. I ordered 2 months ago. After spending a lot of time and nerves with them, I got one item (cheap quality - did not correspond to the description). I was told that the other 2 will be out soon, then the timeframe was extended, then again and again...

I ordered two sweaters almost a month ago (order: M**************). Ten days ago, I got an email saying that one had been shipped out and the other one had not. I tried tracking the one that had been shipped (SGKEN*******864) and the third party website I used said that there was no tracking information available from the currier. The money for this order was taken out of my account almost immediately. I want to cancel my order and I want a full refund.
UPDATE: After posting this review (which was initially only one star), Sammydress immediately reached out to me and apologized for this experience. They told me they would continue to ship the products out for me to keep, and offered me a full refund of my order for the bad experience. I've upped the rating to three stars because of this. HOWEVER. Buyers should be aware that the "standard shipping" takes 10-25 business days. Sammydress needs to make this abundantly clear on the shipping options page at the time of check out. I'm certain that most of their customer dissatisfaction would be eliminated if they did.

I ordered two shirts back in September and never got them. I submitted a claim in December asking what the status of my order was. SammyDress.com responded by saying it was due to "peak season" that my shipment was delayed. At this point it had been well over the 10-45 business days SammyDress.com says it takes for a package to arrive during "peak season" even though my order was placed back in September. I asked SammyDress.com if they would be reshipping my order and they replied saying that my order would be arriving shortly. So I send SammyDress.com another message YESTERDAY telling them that they can reship my order at their expense as well as give me a credit towards future orders OR to cancel my order, refund my money and I would no longer be doing any further business with them. They respond by completely ignoring my request and instead, suggesting I check my local post office to see if the package is there! This is TERRIBLE customer service. It has been 4 months since my initial order and all they do is tell me to hang tight or head to the post office. And what company even offers a shipping option where the package can't be tracked?!

It took over a month for them to SHIP and weeks to arrive. The shipping costs are ludicrous.
I was incredibly pedantic with my measurements to ensure no sizing problems. The items that were sent to me DO NOT adhere to the measurements displayed on their website... And it is not a few cm difference, which would be understandable. These items are drastically different. They sent me a top, and according to the measurements the shoulder width would just fit me - I got the top in the post and it is like wearing a tent!
Another size problem - they have sent me a pair of pants that i cant even get over my calves. I'm an Australian size 8 - I'm not a big girl. They are not what I ordered and would fit a child. Very convenient that it took them a month to POST the items from their warehouse in China... You can only lodge PayPal claims for 45days after the transaction, so the amount of time it took was very convenient indeed.
I have contacted them regarding the child sized pants, offering to pay for shipping to send them back in order for an exchange or refund. Instead, they offered to sell me a second pair for 5 dollars cheaper. I declined this and they have since ignored my four emails. Do not purchase from them.
I ordered from here hoping they would provide a good knock off from the real dresses. I was scared because a lot of the reviews stated that their orders never arrived or the customer service was unhelpful. I figured why not try since the dresses were so cheap.
I didn't get free shipping and paid the high shipping fees but my dresses were still under $11. I got 8 dresses. I am 5'2 and weigh 110lbs. I have a toned body. I am also Asian so I figured I should fit in a small. Two of the dresses were so small I couldn't put it through my shoulders. The other ones fit. The material is the cheapest material ever, therefore you pay for what you get for. I usually have my clothes made in Vietnam and pick out the material and they make really good replicas, but SammyDress was disappointing. Some of my dresses that had prints that did not look like the pictures.
I got my stuff in a timely fashion. After reading the reviews I thought it would take 5 months but it came within a month. I won't shop here ever again.

This company was absolutely terrible. Through every process, there was a problem. Ordering: problem. Shipping: problem. Payment: problem. Product: problem. I ordered my product the first week of November and didnt receive it until the second week in December. The money was taken out of my account the day after placing my order which made me very uncomfortable. They should not take the money out until the product is shipped. I sent in multiple tickets stating that how they handle situations is complete $#*! and how they have to get their acts together. The tracking number that was given to me said it was broken so there was no way of tracking where my order was throughout this whole process. And finally when the product got to me it is made COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered a large sweater which is what i normally wear. The body will not even fit over my head. It looked like a kids small. But the arms are longer than my legs. Whoever is making your products clearly has NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON. I would return the product but every tag and every paper is in a different language so I have no way of figuring anything out. I HATE this company and I HATE their products. Never again SammyDress. I have good experiencie with sammydress, the cost are low! The quality goed soms middel quality, but the clothing are sooo cute, nice!. The big problem is the time to receive the clothing. I wait, en wait for my last order... (+ 1 month). But my previous orders i recieved so quickly!.
