This was a hot mess. I ordered two pair of boots size 10 and i got boots that fit my six year old neighbor. Also ordered pants size 4xl got the pants tags on them said 4xl I could span the waist with my hands and they fit my twelve year old. Quality is cheep shoes were not even in box nor were the clothes just wrapped in plastic and shipped. Dont waste your money.
Lovely dress and really great quality! Was very pleased with my purchase, only downfall was it was a little short. The website is well organised and most of the items are at a reasonably good price!

OMG! I ordered two wigs from Sammydress and they are awesome and soooo cheap! They came in 2 weeks, well before I expected. They are high quality and look great. I bought some clothes as well. The clothes run a bit small like all asian sizes but I ordered tow sizes larger and everything fits and looks great as well. I will be shopping there a ton!
I ordered on 3-14-16, here it is 3-24-16 and still no package. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone from Sammydress via live chat or phone. The number is a fake number, the live chat box won't even display. I want my money back! It's a shame they are scamming people, this site/business needs to be shut down ASAP

I just received the third item of an order on March 19th and this order was originally submitted last December 2015. They were three dresses. I received the first two items in February. All three dresses are too small. I ordered your sizes according to my measurements. The waist is right under my bust line instead of at my waist. I am very displeased and unhappy with the fit and the quality of the fabric. Also, one of the dresses is a totally different color than shown. I know that the shipping fees were almost as much as the dresses. I want to know how to return them since apparently they were made and sent from China? I am a very dissatisfied and unhappy customer.

The site is very easy to use and almost everything available is much cheaper than high street or other more well-known clothes shopping sites. The customer service is very helpful and I was well informed about my order from shipping to when I received my item. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
In July of 2015 I ordered three shirts. Tracking showed a 2-3 week delivery time via China Post. The product never arrived. I subsequently moved and inquired about the shirts. Sammy Dress told me that because I had given them the wrong address they would do nothing. What? I later learned that US Postal Service did not deliver the product but returned it to SD. Customer service appeared helpful but did not even issue a credit. Imagine, the product was no longer available. That's all I wanted; ship it back out! Do yourself a favor. Buy from Amazon.

Such a pathetic customer service. I got a dress sized M, but somehow it was very small than expected. Fine. I decided to exchange it for XL. They say I have to pay shipping myself and that too to CHINA. They will not refund it. And then send the dress, or if I want to return it, still I have to pay shipping and will not get any money back, except for 50% refund in sammydress wallet which is useless for me. This is USA and you cannot expect such service. Total disappointment. I lost my $13.

So the tracking never worked and they sent what looked like a fake one the states were out of order, however I got my dresses today. They looked exactly like the picture, other then one had a bow on back and one didn't, exact same dresses thought so IDK why. For the price I paid I would say I love this site. Even of the shipping was outrageous. Because the dresses were so underrated the shipping still made them under priced.
I have ordered through Sammydress because I think the merchandise is excellent quality. My problem with Sammydress is almost all the time I order expedited shipping and my merchandise never gets in on time. Twice it took 2 months for product and when I complained they said the item was out of stock, after waiting for 2 months. I stopped ordering expedited shipping because the merchandise never gets here on time.
