Hi, when i first started checking out the SammyDress they had amazing items for sale. So, I order I've made at SammyDress came in good condition and fit the exact size. Even when the item was out of stock they helped me get a new item for exchange, and they were willing to work with me. Their point system is also simple and their so many ways you can get points. The only thing is shipping is a bit slow, but i understand it's international so who else want a item for a low price."

For that price it was a very nice surprise. I could not tell from the picture that it is a lace front. I know nothing about lace front wigs but this wig is worth me figuring out how to wear it. It is very soft and fluffy. Looks natural and I cannot wait to wear it. I have bought other items from this site and have been happy with those products too. The entire process is a mess. I ordered 2 items on 9/30/15. One arrived 1 month later (cheap material) and the 2nd item in order never arrived. I contacted them 11/23/15 and they said sometimes shipping takes 90 days before they can dispute it. It is now March 2016 - 6 months later - and I have gone back and forth with customer service to get my money back. First they wanted to do a store credit - I said no. And they will not reimburse me for the shipping and handling - poor policy. They lost it, so why should I pay for it? They said I didn't pay extra for the tracking of the shipment. Don't buy from the cheap site.

I never leave reviews but this is just wrong, I paid ed for 3-5 day shipping which cost 3x more than the product and it took over 2 weeks. When I received the package the box was so damaged that the shoes inside were destroyed. The shoes are made cheap and horible they were even missing fabric! I can't even get anyone on customer service! Never EVER AGAIN!

While I realize nothing will be the exact same as the picture, there are still standards. Two of my items weren't shipped out and he dress I bought was terrible quality and way to short. It was a floor length dress, the dress stops right above my ankles which by the way is you didn't know was ankle length not floor length. If all of my items had been sent and i had the dress i was promised then I'd say they deserved more stars and a better review but at the moment I dont think they deserve a one star review.

OH, Finally I have found best site to buy matching things to dress up well. I loved it.
My order was for quite a few things. I am quite disappointed. Each item I looked at the size chart and read the other reviews.
Warning. Quality is not very good. Fabric was very thin. One shirt is lace over a thin lining.
The sizes on most of the items has been incorrect.
My blouse was a size medium. A young lady who visits from time to time is extremely small. She was not able to fit in the blouse. She has to be a size zero and not large through the breast.
It's sad to spend money on something that appears to be a great bargain. Instead It's a total waste of money. In this economy most people expect some value for their money.
