Tracking is TERRIBLE because for the past 5 days my package has been "received in china". I NEED IT HERE, IN FREAKING AMERICA. When I ordered the two items it said three days delivery but it's been TWO WEEKS and my brother's birthday already passed. I'm never ordering from this company ever again. Customer service is terrible and IF I DON'T GET MY PACKAGE BY NOVEMBER 10th, I'M ASKING FOR A REFUND.
I placed my order on November 12, and paid for expedited shipping so it would get to me on or before a certain date. On the website when I had purchased my item it had stated processing would take 3-5 business days. After a few grouchy emails and very generic, broken English responses it finally shipped out on the 12th business day. As I had missed my deadline for my items I had requested a refund for my expedited shipping (why would I pay more for fast shipping if it doesn't get to me in the promised time) they informed me that they could not refund me the shipping as thy have already paid the shipping company (runaround bs) Here's the funny part, they then offered me a whopping 8% off coupon... That means I would have to spend over $220.00 on their website in order for me to "save" the same amount I paid on my shipping. It really is laughable. I will NEVER buy from this site again and will be putting this review on every site possible. With the competitive online market, especially in China they cannot afford to keep making these ridiculous mistakes with so many people. It won't take long for them to be out of business

Just to update they have refunded about 80% of the money I paid. Took a long time to get it and I am still a little out of pocket but fairs fair I thought this was a lost cause.

I ordered several dresses for my wedding, the prices were so cheap it was worth it to get them all and decide later. The dresses that came weren't even close to what the pictures are. They look like they are being made by blind moneys. They were all shorter then pictured and I mean a lot shorter. A tea length dress came as a mini skirt dress. The quality is so poor you can't even give them away... no one with good vision will want them. They make it IMMPOSSIBLE to return anything, dozens of emails and the website will constantly not accept what you type and you have to start over! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE WORST COMPANY EVER!

I honestly do like this website because the products are pretty inexpensive compare to other website. The things I don't like about this website is that the way customer services responded, returns and refunds, and false sizes.
The first time I order goods on this website was two months ago with a total balance of $130+ USD (this included shipping). I ordered 4 blouses and 4 knee-length skirts. The blouses were terrific; true-to-size. Two skirts were true-to-size, one does not fit due to 2cm short on the waist line; but I didn't bother to return because of the expensive shipping fee. For the one-size skirt, it was blowing me away. I carefully checked the size chart and the product description. It said that this one-size skirt will fit from XS-M (Asian sizes). When I opened the package, I was like "Oh My God". This one-size cannot fit sizes XS-M like they described. It definitely will fit for XL-XXL. Again, I didn't bother to return because of the shipping fee.
This website is pretty much cool. If you buy blouses then I would recommend because it is pretty much true-to-size, some are just 1-1.5 cm off. But for skirts, buy one size up.

This business is a joke. I placed an order and paid via PayPal, they did not send me any kind of email confirming my order or an ETA. I was suppose to get the products today according to their "express shipping" and I didn't get anything in the mail today. I was upset because I paid extra for them to be shipped faster so I called them and boy, their customer service is another story. First off, staffs barely speak English and was very very frustrating to communicate. A male picked up and asked for the order number which was never provided to begin with, I had to do some research thru PayPal receipt and called them back and they purposely wouldn't pick up the phone. I tried calling with different number and THEN they picked up. They told me that it hasn't been shipped because some of the items are out of stock. I gave them a fuss and they said they will ship it out today but I won't be getting it until next week. WHAT?! Then what was the point of paying extra for faster shipping?! Then they offered me a free watch. Are u kidding me? I told him I don't wear cheap watches and told them that I am going to report them to PayPal. They ended up refunding my money but it's really not worth the time and stress they put you through. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere legit.

I have a long story with this site.
First time i ordered from them shoes and i received awesome shoes in 15 days and they are still alive which means that quality is very good cause i wear them at work every day. Then i ordered dress and it came in 2 weeks but unfortunately was too small for me but it was not the fault of the site-i made mistake with measurements. Then i ordered 3 items and after one week status was still not shipped out. I wrote letter and they replied that one item is not available. I was very surprised that they took money and it showed available and now it's not. They said item will be available from 12th of September but if i want they can send me other items first and then one when it will be back in stock. I agreed. Still didn't have any thoughts that they are lying, i was absolutely sure that it's just a mistake and they will solve this problem as soon as possible and the same day i ordered another sweatshirt for my friend.it's been more than one month since all the story started and i'm still waiting 4 items. Still hope that they will come one day. I read comments and can say that quality is cheap indeed but what do you expect from dress for 10 euro? I knew what i order and what money i pay for this, but situation with shipping is upsetting and if they at least replied on my emails.
