So in love with all the items I have ordered and received from Sammy dress! I have ordered from them on two different occasions and i love everything i have ordered! When ordering, you just need to make sure you measure yourself and order size from that. I also live in australia, and shipping was extremely quick. Overall fab experiences and will be ordering agian!

I love, love this site, the prices are awesome and the products are very good, at first I was skeptical about shopping online because I love to go into stores to try on my clothes before buying, but I have no regrets about buying from sammydress because everything fits as it says it would.
I purchased some wigs that did not look like the picture and I had a hard time returning. I was told to send an email stating why I want to return them and if my reason was acceptable I would get a credit. We went back and forth with emails to no avail. I eventually gave up and decided to never buy from this company again.

The whole entirety of the website is bad. Their clothes are cheaply made and never really have the right designs. Some products can be good but before you buy a product make sure that it has reviews and ESPECIALLY pictures. I've learned that if you don't see a picture of it then you will be disappointed because they never come in looking like the picture. So make sure you see a customers picture before buying so you know exactly what you're getting.
Sammydress, not me ever again. Firstly the jumpsuit I ordered was totally different to what I saw online. It was tight, crutch was short, material was filmsy, tight all over, it looked as if it was hurry sewn. Secondly I ordered an orange watch and got a purple. Thirdly the necklace was a four band necklace with four different colours as shown online, I got a three band cheap necklace. Another necklace I purchased where the beads and accessories came off. In addition it took about 3 months to recieve my order although I paid for expidited shipping. They never refunded me eventhough they sent my package ordinarily. I tried posting reviews on their website with pics, but they never acknowledged them, but when I said something positive of course they posted it in their reviews column. Not me again

In the past I had ordered clothes from Doublju, a similar chinese website, and was actually quite satisfied with the quality, fit, and price. The clothes did run small so make sure you get a larger size than you normally wear.
Recently I decided to try SammyDress because it was a little cheaper and they had a few things on their website that I really liked. Well, I will never make that mistake again. The quality of the material was horrible and even worse, the workmanship was terrible. Buttons not quite lining up with the buttonholes, crooked stitching, the sizing was completely off. I ordered a larger size knowing that these sizes run small but what I got was a coat that was way too wide around the midsection while being way too short in length. It seemed to be tailored for a really obese midget. I actually got lucky that most of the items I ordered were out of stock and weren't shipped with the original order, so I immediately cancelled everything that wasn't shipped and got a refund.
Don't bother with SammyDress, unless you are an obese midget, their clothes are unwearable!

So, I've ordered things from SammyDress three different times. The first two were a pair of shoes and a dress, which arrived after a few weeks.
However, the third time, my dad ordered me a pair of shoes as a gift on Feb. 28th, 2016. It's literally April, and still no shoes. The status even still said "processing!"
After navigating through the site's stupid and horribly organized pages, we managed to send an email asking for a refund. They said they would be able to; they'd put the money into my "wallet" under my account. I emailed back saying yes, please. Well, no reply yet, no refund yet. Still waiting. I even followed instructions for "protecting" my wallet on there by making a separate "wallet password." I'm very frustrated and annoyed at this whole thing because it shouldn't be that hard to just send someone something they ordered, and at the very least promptly take a refund matter into their hands asap. Especially when I've been waiting for over a damn month. Be careful with this site.
Update: Three days later, and I finally managed to get a real refund. Thank goodness! I was beyond relieved, but still a bit annoyed at how long it really took. Although I'm glad it didn't go completely unnoticed and got that money back in my account's "wallet." Like I said, just be careful!

I feel like a total fool that I was scuppered by this website. Glad to see Facebook are now targeting adverts to drop other people from falling prey. I ended up with $118 worth of knock off mass produced garments, not like the pictures, cheap material and way too small. I ordered last year in December it is now mid April and I still haven't got my items. They sent my items out for shipping without my correct address. I contacted them told them they had the wrong address they made me pay $12 Canadian to reship the items. We had an entire ticket process that took a few weeks to sort out. I gave them the correct address several times. They re shipped the item again and guess what, yes with the wrong info again! Even though we discussed it through email for 3 weeks and my account info also has correct address. So how in the world could they have still messed up and for a second time?
