I ordered some items that were pictured on their website. The first problem is I only received half of my order and that half that I received was not even close to what was photographed. I believe they still images from the internet and make you think that's the quality you're going to get don't be fooled like I was. This is a horrible company. You spend your good hard-earned money on garbage that's not worth shipping back to China. So now I'm out of the money that I spent on their website, and in order to get part of my money back I've got to spend money to ship this garbage it back to China then they want to charge you a restocking fee. Whatever you see photographed on their website is not what you're going to receive in your package that you will have to wait a very long time for.
Sizes are impossible to get right (XXL= about size 6 Australian). Fabrics are revolting and synthetic. Cut is all wrong and seams were not sewn properly. Noticed a hole under arm as I put top on for first time and then another seam opened simply due to poor workmanship. I suspect this is a dreadful sweatshop and would suggest that you avoid wasting any money on this site! You really do get what you pay for... in this case very little!

Although I never received my order, Sammydress did a wonderful job of understanding my frustration and has helped as much as they can by means of a refund. Very pleased with their customer service and will be reordering from them right away.
I ordered 2 dress in Jan 2015. That's right 2015. I never received the dresses. After 6 months of never getting them and the fact that what I wanted to wear them for had passed, I wrote a pretty angry email telling them that I just want my money back. No response. And still over a year later no dresses. Keep in mind the order came to $35 bucks. But thats not the point. The point is I got ripped off. This is the only site that I have order from where I had this problem but it put a bad taste in my mouth with ordering from these types of sites.

The package came earlier than expected so I was very happy. :) the products are just as shown as in the pictures and nicely done. The package wasn't damaged at all and I'm in love with this shop. :)
I ordered 10 days ago and they took they took the money from my account ($410) and then they asked for my ID copy and picture of my credit card to supposedly verify my order. I then opened a PayPal dispute they tell me they will only ship my order if I close my dispute.

Only recieved 1 of my 3 products! Measured myself and still ordered a size bigger than I wear and I can not get them on whatsoever. They are not a large at all! I can not get ahold of anyone. This website gets one star from me because they at least sent the items. I paid an arm and a leg for shipping and it took way too long to get here. NONE of the items look like the pictures. This was a scam, I definitely learned a lesson. I would like my money back but I'm not paying to ship this mess back. I guess I'll just take it as a lost smh a true disgrace.

I have bought quite a lot stuffs from Sammydress in just two months. That is when I came to know about this website. I just love the items that I have purchased for the price that I paid. I would have thought about buying anything of this fine quality for such less price. I love their collections! Over the pass couples of months I have been shopping from Sammy Dress online. The materials or products are very good. I even order for other people and they do enjoy the items. At times I wasn't happy for some my products but after I report it to the company, everything was resolve. I guarantee you to try Sammy Dress and you will enjoy and don't want to stop shopping. You even get discount, coupons and more... Am so excited to be shopping there.
Whatever you do, do not order from Sammy Dress! I ordered four 2XL shirts and they were the like a small. Then, I couldn't return them because the drop down menus don't work on the return site. I'm stuck with these undersized shirts that I paid for. And... you won't be able to contact them because they are in China and are not contact friendly. Don't make the same mistake.

Absolutely rubbish quality clothing (small/ see through/ falling apart/ not as described etc.) Seller would not send prepayment return label and expected me to pay to return to China! Paypal were rubbish and didn't refund my money as they said I should provide return details!

This is quite honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered more than 100$ worth of merchandise. I received only one package which was poor quality (which I did expect) but that was missing an item. I have never received the second packaged that my credit card has been charged for. There is no way to contact the company. The number provided goes to a personal voicemail. This is a fake business number. It is fraudulent and quite frankly theft at this point. The website now states I have never ordered from them. I registered and ordered and it showed for the past month. They have deleted me entirely. This should be reported to the better business bureau and the authorities really. This is an online scam. You will loose your money.

After refunding me only half my money because I didn't get my order in time nor as described they asked me to do them a favor and update my review. But I don't need to update it when facts are facts. I won't lie. I paid $30 extra for fast shipping because we needed the dresses for a upcoming wedding. They came in too late so we had to spend more money and I didn't have the money to buy another dress since I wasted $83.00 on Sammydress.com. They came in finally when it was too late and they weren't as described and two were missing a button. They finally replied after making a review on the internet because trying to contact them personally never helped. They refunded me half my money and told me that it would cost more than it was worth to ship them back so to keep the dresses as a "gift" from them. One if isn't a gift when I paid for them and they one refunded basically the shipping price and the tax and shipping insurance. Two 4 out of the 5 dresses I still paid for after a crappy refund aren't even my size so how is that a gift? Then they continually asked me for a review update and said that if I updated my review it would push them to make improvements but shouldn't they do that without a good review? Sammy dress is a scam so they can keep your money even with a refund. They don't try to solve stuff if so they would refund all your money and fix their problems so people are actually happy and come back to order more stuff.
