Sammy dress is a wonderful place to buy clothes for everyone in your house no matter what season you may be in. Sammy dress really does help me explore my new creative side and helps me express it through the clothing i chose to wear at work all the time. Especially because one i lovvvvvvvvvve to wear bow ties and there bow ties are one of the most creative things i have ever seen in my life. I bought almost a total of 7 of them already and i cant get enough. This year all my Christmas gifts will be brought from here no dought about it. I am requesting every one not to buy any product from sammy dress, they are fooling and looting money by selling damaged product and worst support and zero customer satisfaction

So far I ordered $130 plus 30 shipping and have not received a response regarding shipping time or to any of my 3 complaints of the customer service silence. 2 weeks went by and still no signs of response... looks like the items are still in process... shall I scream? Bad service. No information. No assistance... will I see the merchandise?... I guess I will have to cancel the payment... because this company smells fishy...

I've ordered multiple times from Sammy Dress at this point in time and I don't think I'll ever stop.

Their items are great quality and and they offer great pricing. Shipping costs are reasonable and shipping is completed in a quick and efficient manner. The items I've received I often get complimented on and I appreciate that it's unique from what I can get in my location.

Sammy Dress customer support is great as well. When you ask a question you receive a response within a timely manner. Their staff is always polite and so willing to help.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sammy Dress. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Couple of months ago I purchased a few things on Sammydress.com until now I have never got my package, I tried to call, used live chat, email, no one responded!

I'm a customer since May 2014, and I'm so happy with this eStore. I have made around 13 orders.
First order I used Flat rate shipping. It takes too long, and one of the tracking numbers wasn't registered. But it was mail problems.
Next orders I use Express shipping, it's around 10 USD more expensive than Flat rate (to deliver in my country), so I had no problem to pay a little bit more for speed and security.

Talking about quality clothing and accesories, there's everything. Almost of my purchases are very good quality, thick and good fabric. Just 2 dresses were so tight or see-through fabric. Sizes are real with shoes and measurments with clothing too. Asian sizes come smaller so you need to check measurement table they add in every garment they have, they always have different measurements in sizes. In my country I'm size "S" but in sammydress (acording to measurement table) I order "M" or "L", sometimes "XL".

Support service is fast, kind and very helpful.

Just one point I don't like, new products are coming with one or two pictures without option to enlarge image. I want to see more detailed images, like past products they used to add additional and bigger images in description sometimes close-up images to see material quality.

With very low price even if you compare with H&M you must know that you will receive poor quality!
A 5€ (6,5$ when i bought it) shirt could be worn once, after whashing machine experience it was 2 sizes smaller...
Not really economic finally!

I made an order (CP*******BY) in September and after almost 3 months still didn't get it. I sent them many emails and I opened a case on Paypal. They asked me to close the case to get my money sooner. Then I did close it and they cheated! They don't even answer now.
So, they stole my money!
This is company of cheaters! After all I looked reviews in Internet and there are so many people who had same bad experience with them! Looks like all good reviews about them wrote by only the people who work in this company!
Don buy from them, beware!

I have bought a few items from SammyDress and pleased with all my purchases - different and comfortable. Received one faulty/damanged item but Sammydress dealt with the issue straight away and helped with a replacement or exchange with no problems. They were effecient and polite. Always something exiting on their site and you know you going to be asked where you bought your top, dress, jumper etc as no other sites have the same clothing as Sammydress.

I love shopping with Sammy Dress! They are very well-mannered, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be shopping with them again. If you live in the United States make sure to order 2-3 weeks ahead of your event, they are from overseas and have to have enough time to process and ship it.

I absolutely love SammyDress! They have the cutest clothes at the best prices. There customer service is Amazing! I have already made 3 orders with them and I will continue to do so... I got all my items within a week of the purchase Date. I love this site! Thankyou SammyDress for being so Awesome!

Some of you customers must be getting paid by sammy dress to say nice things about their web site. Smh. Because you can never get hold of a live representative. The number they have posted on their website is always busy. And they are so slow with responding to your email. And give fake tracking numbers. I will.not visit their website eber again nor will i refer anyone to check out their website. Glad i was able to get my money back. And still don't know where the product i ordered iscat. Please stop lying for them and speak the truth about sammy dress.
