If I could rate this horrible website a 0, I would. I bought a dress from this website as a present for Christmas this year, I even ordered it ahead of time to ensure that it would get sent out before all of the Christmas mail clutter being shipped everywhere. I thought everything was going great, I received my email giving me my tracking number. So, I searched my tracking number, and this stupid company sent the goods to the COMPLETELY WRONG COUNTRY! I ordered them to be sent to the U.S., and they sent the goods to CANADA! Why bother asking for my state (California, abbreviated as CA, probably where they messed up!) if you're going to take that as the country of origin! Especially when it asks for the country I live in! I will never order another thing from this company ever again! I tried contacting customer service about this asking for a new dress to be shipped to the CORRECT address, and they told me that they would only do it if I sent them the dress back (which I cannot do, as it's in CANADA!) So then I asked for a refund, to which they flat out told me no. So now, I'm going to my bank to file a fraud charge and getting my money back.
I ordered a couple of belts and I loved them! They were very unique, quality was good, and was better than what I had expected. Shipping was a little slow, but that was expected since it was free. Would definitely order from them again
I am not happy with Sammy Dress. I ordered a shirt on 12/6/14. After sending an email complaining it had not been shipped in 13 days. Did they send an email stating it had been shipped. The email states to allow 10 to 20 days to receive the shipment. I know the shirt looked pretty and the price was great. But that will be almost a month prior to receiving it to see if I like it. Plus I wanted to wear it for Christmas party. They did receive and took the money on day one. I won't be using them again. Unless I have a two month time frame before needing something.
The shipping time was a little long but worth the wait.
The quality of the items were excellent. Very comfortable.
Love love love their stuff. Shipping is a bit slow and expensive but I will buy again! I would recommend taking one size bigger than what you use to and be patient about shippment delays. The clothes worth it... So beautiful (:

I ordered a pair of leggings from this website with the intent to use them for a halloween costume. I paid the extra money for faster shipping because Halloween was 2 weeks away. It took over a month to recieve my order and when it finally came they had messed it all up. They sent me 2 pairs of the leggings which I was charged for but they had not charged for (nor had they expedited) the express shipping according to the invoice. I ultimately ended up paying the same cost in the end but I ended up with two pairs of leggings 2 weeks too late. Very disappointed.

This company gets NO STARS from me. I ordered only two dresses from this company and the overall process took 2 months. First, i paid for expedited shipping and was charged $17 and did not receive my dresses until 2 months after i ordered. The second dress i ordered, first they told me that they did not have it in stock after i had already placed the order and to pick another one. I did that but once my dress arrived, it was the first one i wanted and was not the size i wanted. I contacted them via email and was told to send the pictures of the packaging. ITS BEEN MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE.

I ordered a few dresses on July 28th, 2014 for $43.17. It's now Dec. 19th, 2014 and I still don't have my dresses. I've been in contact with this "company" a few times and they've repeatedly told me to wait longer, no doubt they have some policy if your order is a certain amount of days old, they aren't responsible for it. They told me they will give me a refund of $29.64 and charge me $11.94 for the shipping- which obviously NEVER even happened! DO NOT order from these scammers! This "company" is a scam. And I've found a bunch of stuff on-line that says the same thing!

This place is NOT a scam! I have order about 8 different items from sammydress.com and everything looked just like the picture. Out of those 8 items only one took over 2 months to get to me. I don't understand what everyone's problem is with this company. Everything that i bought was just like the picture. If any problems do arise just email them and they response the same day. Sammydress offers cheap items with in reasonable time, its a simple as that.
