I ordered two items over a month ago. It is impossible to track the items. The phone number on the site does not work. This is another one of those internet sites that likes to make it look like there is customer support but good luck trying to reach a human being. The inability to track packages and lack of true customer support is a game breaker. My stuff may or may not arrive but I'm in week 5 now and whatever happens I will not be using SammyDress again. Curious most of the 5 star reviews came in on the same day, makes you wonder.

I can't believe so many positive reviews here. My order came almost a month later which was fine but it didn't even fit my wife. It was for me. I measured everything the way they said on their website. I tried to get it exchange for the bigger size but received NO respond from customer service. I hate writing negative but be warned. Order at your own risk. If you get the wrong size, you'll never hear from them again.
Some broken or wrong items, but they are quick to respond to resolve the problems. It is fun to shop@ SammyDress, as there are lots of fun and very trendy items. My delivery was quicker than I had expected for over seas. I am very pleased so far
I haven't purchased anything from SammyDress yet, but I've been reading the reviews here and 90% of the reviews look sketchy (for lack of a better term). I'm not fully discouraged from purchasing anything from this site, but I wanted to make other prospective buyers aware that the vast majority of the reviews on this page look TOO similar. Same vocabulary usage, similar generic user icons, similarly made-up user names (Peaches R...?), the users only have ONE review only to SammyDress, all five stars, sentence structures, et cetera. Just to make others aware, please consider the most "realistic" reviewers. Happy shopping and hopefully you recieve exactly what you're looking for!
Very good online shop! I ordered clothes for my girlfriend and shoes for me. My order came in 12 days from ordering products. Very fast and the product quality was great. I recommend!
Cute clothes, GREAT prices, good customer service. Love the "your look" pics of real women wearing the cloths so you know what you are really buying. Fun to to shop and a ton to choose from!
I did some research on the site to see, and then took a change and ordered some items (speaking as a guy, so obviously items in the men's section, including several hoodies and a couple of shirts). Shipping time is 3-4 weeks, but that's to be expected if it's coming from overseas. I've had no issues with the items I've purchased or their customer service, as they do respond within 24 hours each time. I would definitely buy from them again

This is a very good store with great prices. There are always new and exciting reasonably priced items. They have great customer service and very fast shipping. So far I have had a very pleasant shopping experience with them.
I ordered 2 shirts, a sweatshirt, a dress and some leggins. I was very disappointed when I received the package, and it was short an item (one of my shirts) and they charged me for it. When I call the US # listed, it either rings busy or says I have reached a non working #. The shirt was an XL and is more like a US M. I am a size 6US and ordered the dress large. It was so small, it fits my 10 yr old daughter perfectly. Same story with the sweat shirt. The only thing that kind of fit was the leggins. They fit great up top, but they are more like Capri pants on my 5'8 legs. I will never order from this website again. The clothes are cute, but are made in child sizes and of very thin material.

Okay first of all when I saw sammydress on fb, I was scared to order things bc of so many negative comments but I ordered 9 things and I received them on, I tell you one thing that they are legit! Great prices for dresses and shoes. Their customer service is great too, anytime I reached them they reply back right away and try to explain things. Clothes are great for what you re paying for, shipping costs a bit but they are in far away keep that in mind. Over all it is great to shop with Sammydress, thank you.
I only Received half my order and it was all wrong. I talked with customer service on the phone 3 times yesterday when i finally got through to them. And each person had a different excuse. They refused a refund on items i haven't received and to be honest. None of them spoke English very well... this place will take your money, send you crap and put more charges on your charge than you ordered. They are based out of Malaysia. Over seas scam!... and the order took nearly a month to get to me also!
