Sammy Dress

Sammy Dress has a lot of cheap clothes, but they're usually of really good quality! They use Asian sizes so they run a bit small, and the shipping usually takes a while. Overall I'm really satisfied with Sammy Dress.

I ordered an adorable pink & gray southwestern print cardigan sweater. Six weeks later, I received the UGLIEST and tackiest garment I've ever laid eyes on! It was NOTHING like what was shown in the picture at all. It was a southwestern print, but not the same pattern or colors. Also, the material feels like it was made out of paper towels. Talk about bait and switch! I got scammed... plain and simple. This company is a JOKE! Do NOT order from them!

I order some clothing for my husband on March 4,2014 and paid for Expedited Shipping so I could receive it by today March 11 for my husbands Birthday and all it's showing in the system that my order is processing! I am so upset! I sent them an email on Friday and I still haven't gotten a reply back and I keep on calling their number *******508 and I get no answer! I got on the online customer service chat window and they told me that some items are not in stock and that M size is the Asia size it is a little smaller than US size. After I order it and paid for the order they tell me this! I told them I wanted to cancel my order and all they said is okay! This website is a Rip off!

First time buying something from a foreigner site and I was quite worried about that. But I'm glad I chose Sammydress for my first experience! They have so many wonderful products on their site that I ended up buying more than I could lol. It took more time than I expected to receive my order but thanks to the fabulous custom service they have, they always gave me a quick reply and offered a resend or refund in case I didn't get my package. I got my order safely though! And I'm very satisfied with the products and the store overall! Look forward to buy from there again!

I put significant value into style and clothing choices, as I have developed them as a way to express myself. I have a tendency to lean towards the quirky, cute, and unusual, and I usually find what's on the racks to be mediocre and generally unsatisfying, ESPECIALLY regarding price. Luckily I stumbled upon SammyDress, which pretty much takes care of all of my worries. They're ridiculously affordable and don't have your typical selection of everyday clothes, and I find myself utilizing their "favorite" feature pretty often. The only downside is that since I live in the US, shipping can take up to a few weeks so I really have to plan ahead. But hey, more excuse to stop putting off getting my hands on that "just in case" outfit, right? Especially with those prices!

Seems like I need to learn this lesson again. Companies that do not have a phone number for their customers don't want to hear from you. They only want your money. Sammydress is the worse one for guest service. I have written several requests to their site and have only received computer generated responses. Ordered an item on December 9th, and have not heard from them on several attempts to find out something.

I do a lot of online shopping. And I've heard of sammydress.com so I thought I'd try it out. They seem to have really cute clothes for cheap! When you're browsing their website you will see tons of cute things, but let me tell you now that they do not look like the pictures on the website when you receive them. I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of shorts. I finally received 2 months after purchasing and the dresses were horrid in person, and the shorts were big enough for one of my legs. In a size 0 and I ordered a m in the shorts. I just don't understand how a living breathing person could have got in those. My dresses also looked nothing like the pictures. And I was devastated. Well I call them, and after an hour of holding they inform me "no refunds" and then click. I just don't see why anyone would ever order from them. Terrible quality, hiddeous clothes (in person), and customer service sucks.

I really enjoyed shopping at Sammy Dress, it was a fun experience as I've searched through so many items that they have. I'm looking to purchase a few more things in the future, and that is all thanks to the great service that I got for when I purchased my very first item. It was one of my favourites and it fit great when I had recieved it and tried it on!

I got my package in a good amount of time from ordering but when I got them the clothing was falling apart And had holes. I also ordered a pair of brown boots and one black and got two pairs of black. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and got one response back out of 3 emails. I'm very disappointing in the way the clothing was made and the shoes, very cheaply made. I was very excited to receive my items but once I got them I was very disappointed. Unless I hear back from customer service again in like what they say, I do not think I will ever buy from them again

First, they just asked me to post a nice review on this Website. As they probably did for all the previous nice comment...

Secondly, they give terrible curtomer service. When an item ws not in stock they decided without asking to send me my item with custum fees which I didn't want because with normal post i pay no taxes and stuff. But It almost double the price of the item while I never wanted this kind of fast shipping! They never wanted to pay it back so I sent them the items back because they were poor quality as the last items I bought from them ( the super cool legging I bought were already broken after wearing it twice it's ridiculous).

It's been two week now and i'm still waiting for news from them...

Never buy from this site. Only read the bad comment here, as I said they asked me to write a nice comment... Communication with them is complicated and they take us for idiot.

Order from Sammy for the first time in July'15... The clothing looks great in the photos, however it not as quite as it looks in the photos. But for the price you get a good quality that's wearable. Their shoes are great, good quality, even as Payless.
I am sure the higher end items are much better quality... you get what you pay for.
Will be ordering soon again. Delivery time and customer service is good also.

Ordered two dress's - one came really quickly and I was impressed until I tried it on, they must get muddled with the crappy templates when making the dress, so disappointed! As for the second dress, I waited and then asked for an update and I was advised there was delays, again so much time passed and I had to wait over half an hour to speak to someone on live chat but that is not the worst part, I had explained about the first dress and advised I wanted a refund for the second. The only response I got was that I would have a refund the second dress. I had responses, No Apology? And only then did I get one, 'justin' as no customer service skill what so ever. Would never order from them Again. AVOID
