I've had the best experience shopping at sammydress.com! They've sent all the right products on a very reasonable time for the distance between China and Argentina. All the products I've purchased are very good quality and I absolutely love them all! Plus, their prices are very cheap! I always get compliments when people see any of the products I bought from sammydress.com. I would definitely recommend buying from them, they are serious about their business: they've always answered my queries and sent good quality products on time. I love Sammydress!

I placed an order on the 14th. STILL "processing"... when I placed order it said ships in 3-5 days. I have placed a ticket, a complaint and attempted to call their "customer service" line too many times to count. Anytime I call it either rings then I get hung up on or you cannot leave a message. You would do yourself a favor by simply going to the stores to shop, stay away from this place. Black Friday sales but haven't handled business on a regular day. Smh

Don't you dare listen to anybody else! This company is a scam, plain and simple. The website is very beautiful and appealing but really they are thieves. Reflective of the scripture "all that glitters is not gold."

They stole money from me two days ago. I placed an order and the money was taken out of my account; hours later, i checked on it and they had cancelled the order. I emailed them asking why and they explained the item is out of stock. They made no mention of a refund or anything. When i inquired about a refund, they wont agree to give me one.

Don't be fooled because the website is gorgeous. They are scammers... lawless and so be careful out here shopping in this globsl marketplace. It's not really safe. Don't shop at sammydress. You'll be sorry.

I am a huge shopaholic so if there is any review you want to read IT'S MINE. Ive tried many other websites but none have been so easy to work with like SammyDress. When you're looking for a product it describes it our clearly and tells you how long the processing is which is awesome and proves they have nothing to hide. My products always come either on time or earlier than expected which is AWESOME. And the quality is actually top notch, it is never cheap. The products are exactly what you see in the picture only better and fits and wears perfectly. And some of their products are so unique which makes me want their stiff more cause you'd never find it in stores which means you would be looking your very best if you ordered from them. And to top it off everyday when you login you get 10 points that adds up and gives you the opportunity to get discounts later on. This website appreciates it's customers. It's highly trusted so I'd highly recommend it. Trust me, SammyDress is the best!

The positive reviews are definitely paid for. There is NO WAY anyone could use this website and actually obtain goods for money. All I received was the runaround and not my items. After all the frustration of trying to get products I had already paid for, they told me that my items were no longer in stock and that they would offer me a refund for the items that have not shipped and the shipping cost. After over 6 weeks of waiting for these items, I find out that items that are still on sale, are out of stock. Then after another week of waiting around for a refund, I only received credit for the items and NOT the shipping. So now I have paid them shipping for items that didn't ship and will never ship. I've never had this much trouble with a company.

I've had a great experience with this website, I placed my order which was dealt with quickly, I then needed to change my order as an item that I wanted was out of stock and a member of the staff helped me through this and swapped the out of stock item for another one.

All in all I've had a great experience with the website and it took 7 days to arrive, very quick!
I do most defo recommend this website to all my friends and family.

Decently priced merchandise too good to be true? Because it is! I made a purchase from this site weeks ago and recieved confirmation that my order was supposedly "shipped". I have recieved NOTHING on my order M**************. The supposed reference number they gave me is invalid and they have yet to reply to any of my tickets and the customer service line rings then automatically turns into a busy signal. I would appreciate some type of response as soon as possible!

When i was new to this site, i experienced difficulties, this disappear as i become acquainted with what the site stood for, which is greater value for its customers.
In terms of quality of items, they are one of the best online shop.
In terms of price, they are the best.
In terms of shipping, they rank high ranked.
The area they need to improve more is on processing time.
They should remove out of stock materials in other to reduce the processing time.
Overall, anyone that understand this site, will always give them 5 stars.

In spite of some negative reviews, my experience with Sammydress was a very positive one. I received my items within two weeks (that included the week their services were affected due to the Chinese New Years, in which they had informed all their costumers). I contacted customer service once they had resumed normal business hours. They answered within 24 hours to inform me that my items were shipped through DHL. Upon receiving my items (two shirts and a pair of shoes), they were in good condition and I was satisfied with them. Just be sure to know your exact measurements since they are very precise and are different from other countries (i. E. USA).

Not only did my orders take months to arrive, the quality and fit of the product was absolutely horrible. In one order of three articles, and after a month and a half, they e-mailed to say only one of the three items were available. This was the second time they took my credit card payment and refunded me Sammy points!? So technically they are scamming you, they sell you non existent picture, take your payment, then refund you paper points. Scam and a fraud, do not order from this company. Pass the word.

I recently shopped SammyDress and fell in love with their clothes and the selection for plus size women. I loved every piece that I received and their customer service is amazing! I had several questions after I placed my order and they were quick to respond and make sure that I was happy. The quality of the clothes I received was above and beyond what I actually paid for the items! I am excited to shop with SammyDress again and have told all my family and friends!
