Ordered 5 dresses from them. They arrived in all the wrong sizes. Some dress were small enough for a child, others were tent size (: huge) would not send me return info or credit me back for my purchase. BAD COMPANY-DISHONEST!
I ordered a pair of snow boots and paid for priority shipping, after that time had come & gone I check the status of the order & it's still in processing. When I online chat with customer service they tell me that they item isn't available to be shipped until Dec. 9th. I paid more for the shipping then what the boots cost. When I stated the boots were in stock when I bought them and paid for priority shipping the customer service rep told me it had nothing to do with shipping, I asked again why wasn't I receiving what I paid for the rep told me it was because it is hot, It's the end of November and 15 below where I live. She refused to refund me the priority shipping amount and kept insisting I could exchange or cancel. Exchange what? I haven't received anything to exchange. I did not get what I paid for, and seriously it's hot?!

I absolutely love this website for swim suits! The prices are cheap, and the suit are unique, especially for plus size women! I got a high waisted two piece fringe from them, and I love it! I wear a size 14 and 40DDD, so the 2x fix perfect! The quality of the suit is not "long lasting", but for the price, who cares? It took 10 days for it to come. Only issue is, if you purchase more than one item (swim suits), especially when the product is new, they won't have it ready to ship. This means your items come separately. But I've just purchased my third suit, and my also brought my mother and aunt two cute ones as well! Loveeeeee them! Can't wait to get on the beach!

The items I purchased are all true to size, any time I had questions and wrote a ticked, someone always answered in a timly manner. I have recommended this site to friend's and family members, who have also made multiple orders
This "trading company" are a bunch of rip off merchants who still owe me 2 shirts from 12 months age... writing to them is a waste of time... even finding how to correspond with them is a nightmare... they should be removed from ALL advertising outlets on the internet... AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ridiculous. Was ordering 11 shirts which gave me an extra discount that I wasn't aware of but was pleasantly surprised. Until I went to apply my first time customer 10% discount and the Order went HIGHER! Why would you charge a first time customer buying 11 shirts at one order MORE $$$$... finally went I went to pay on my card (the higher price) my two cards that are valid were Declined... what a waste of time!

Sammy dress products were relatively decent quality, although the dresses I ordered were shorter than i would have liked, the I have o wear them as shirts. I got a pocketwatch and a LoTR ring as well as a star projector thing, and I am very happy with all of m purchases. The shipping time was much longer than I expected, but I received all of my items within five weeks.
I place a order few days ago. My payment when through but then I recieved a message stating that my address is unconfirmed. I submit a ticket to Sammydress regarding this matter and I have not recieved a respond. I'm very worried I'm going to lose my money.

I placed three orders right around thanksgiving and paid a considerable amount to have each order expedited. I called 12/7/15 got no answer from the Cali number and a full voicemail for hours. The online order chat crap does not work. I called shipping companies to see where my packages where and they said the retailer hadn't even given them to them. SMH. If I don't reach somebody from Sammydress by today to get a refund of my expedited shipping charges because this is not expedited. I will dispute the charges and file a formal complaint with the better business bureau and police for a scam. 24 hours to contact me about my three orders that you lied and said where shipped! That's it!

Sizes don't make any sense and vary from item to item. None of the stuff I bought fits. The one sweater that I thought fit, sleeves are too short. Crappiest quality you can imagine. There were threads hanging out all over, hoodie strings sewed together. I know these are cheap clothes and I wasn't expecting much but I was at least hoping for wearable. Not a single item I bought is wearable. It is all CRAP. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Or their associated site Rosegal.

It was exactly what I expected and I love it and am very happy with my order although it did take longer then expected to get here because of the holiday and my local postal service I still am very satisfied with my order and will definitely be ordering again
Ordered stylish shirts, sized XL and 2XL. While they did come (others in other reviews claim they aren't sent, so be wary of this practice they use to bilk you), they were the size of a child's shirt. What gives? They were marked on the packages and on the shirts as XL and 2XL, but would only fit a child. They also were very poor quality - I can see my hand through the material and the threading around the buttons and seams had strands.
Also, I note that I had to pay for PayPal - I'm sure now because IF I had ordered via credit card, I would have a legal recourse to get my money back. Be warned! Do not use Sammydress.com. They are deceitful theives.

I bought a watch. I thought if it doesn't arrive that's fine it was only 10$ watch. It was more like an experipent to see if the website was legit. In 1 week my account got broken into, first transaction was $50 another was $250. And I remember after that, found someone's review that he's acount got broken into also in 1 week after purchase and lost money. The funny thing is I still received that watch after a month. Got $10 cheap watch, lost $300. Don't shop on that site.

I ordered 3 items on 01-15-2016. 4 days later they sent me a picture of a mailing package and stated that my item has been shipped. I am still waiting. I tried to call them using the phone number on the website and it does not work. Tried to email them and my email was rejected, the web adresses are no longer in use. Then i tried live chat, no one was available to chat with me. I feel that the site is a huge fraud and they will only take your money and you will recieve no products. And in the end you can't do anything about it. Con artist web site. DO NOT USE THEM. THIEFS!
