TERRIBLE customer service. Friendly, but basically useless. I have ordered from Sammy Dress two times now. I should have learned from the first time - not to order again. 2 out of three items were way too small - based on their sizing conversions..., and I had to give them to a friend, as they weren't worth sending back/shipping costs etc. I placed this order on the 20th of August, and finally received an email yesterday (August 29th) saying that ONE of the items -- out of 3 ordered - has been shipped. I had been contacting customer service repeatedly since my order wondering why it was taking so long to process. I have not received ANY response from them YET, only the email saying 1 item was shipped.If something is not in stock, SAY IT ISN'T IN STOCK ON THE ITEM PAGE IN YOUR STORE, then customers can choose a different item. I needed these things for an occasion, and apparently won't have them for it. To Sammy Dress: If you are going to respond to this comment, like you have everyone else, with a "form letter" type response. DON'T RESPOND. That type of response isn't sincere, and takes no thought.

The customer service was great. Although there were issues regarding missing items and shipping (time), the people that I spoke to responded in a timely manner and provided the information/coupon/refund to compensate for the problems. Reading other reviews, it is 50/50 with sammydress, and I'm glad to say my experience has been a good one. It's been about a month for the whole order to be processed and delivered, and there are still 2 items (out of the 6 I ordered) still to come in. The products that I have received were of good quality. Waiting on remaining items so that I am able to write up my blogpost soon. Overall good experience.

This is absolutely terrible customer service.

10 days ago I received a cash coupon from them and I was not notified that it has a deadline. I tried to use it in my order, but it doesn't work.

I have send message to them and their answer was "Sorry, we haven't that now".
Instead to offer me a new coupon, they offered to me " a good discount if I will place order more than 300 USD".

Their customer agents are so unprofessional.
I will not be ordering from them again.

Worst service ever! What you order is not at all like the picture. And you are like wowowowo so cheap omg wait till you get the shipping fees.
Also you will get your package after a month.AND IF YOU EMAIL THEM THEY TAKE FOREVER to answer you or do not answer at all! They promise a refund, they promised me a full refund EVERY ITEM WAS WRONG. I wasted over 400$ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Love their customer service and their clothes! I bought 3 shirts, a skirt, jeans, a dress, and a belt from them however the dress and belt were too small. I wanted to return it but I was too lazy but they offered to help with the shipping cost if sent back. One of my shirts was back-ordered so Im stil waiting for that and the jeans are no longer being sold so they refunded me for those. BUT the 2 shirts and skirt I did get are great! The skirt surprised me with it's quality as well as the material in one of the shirts. The other shirt was sent a size to small and they offered me a discount. This retailer is awesome!

So upset I purchased a good number of clothes spending almost $200 and basically ALL ITEMS are wrong. NOT what is on the site. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND AND TO JUST FORGET ABOUT THIS SITE. I HAVE SENT 3 "TICKETS" OVER THE LAST WEEK NO RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY 24HOURS RESPONSE. I'M GOING TO FIGHT THE CHARGES AND SEE ABOUT LEGAL ACTION. THIS IS A MESS. I REALLY WANTED SOME OF THE CUTE CLOTHES THEY HAD ONLINE BUT NONE OF THEM WERE WHAT I EXPECTED

The clothes look cute on the website but look different once you receive it. It's important to read the description of what the fabric/material that the garment is made out of because this will help you to determine the correct size to get. The jewelry is pretty much exactly what you see. Overall their selection of items is VERY CUTE! But the quality is eh... and the shipping is ridiculously high so make sure that you order the right item and size because not only is it expensive to have to the item shipped to you, it's also expensive to return the item if you don't like it for whatever the reason.

Do not buy from this site. They will take your money and never send you the merchandise! Fraud written all over this site!

I absolutely love Sammy Dress. The clothing is priced absolutely amazingly, and it all fits perfectly and it's all extremely comfortable. The other product I've purchased so far is a shock collar for my dog. I got it for a steal of a price and it hasn't come in yet, I just purchased it last Thursday, but it has been sent out and I am extremely excited to receive it. I have absolutely no complaints about Sammy Dress. None whatsoever.

Sammydress.com is a scam. They take your money and then tell you your clothes are not in stock. Then they refuse to refund your money. STAY AWAY from this website. I am out over $80 dollars.

This site is bogus I waited for my order for a month I pay for express shipping to receive my shipment in 3 to 5 business days that did not happen when I did receive my shipment the dress was too small the jewelry was cheap and faded I would never ever shop at send me address again it is a rip off stay away from this site.

Solo el envio no ha sido muy bueno, Enviaron mi pedido en dos paquetes, uno que trae 1 chaqueta, y segundo el resto del pedido, que considera alrededor de 5 productos.
Espere alrededor de 3 o 4 semans y llego el primer pedido, donde solo llego la chaqueta. Sigo esperando a que llegue el otro( el que trae la gran parte de la compra)
Recomiendo la pagina. Una vez reciba el paquete que falta voy a realizar otra compra
