I purchased a Vince Camuto bag - I had the bag less than one month and the strap broke. I called them up and explained what had happen. They sent me a return label so that I could ship the bag back which I did. I was expecting a refund and instead they returned the bag to me stating it was unsaleable and dirty. Of course they could not sell the bag because the strap is broken and the bag was not dirty. I been back and forth with Customer Service - the person I spoke to told me to send her pictures of the bag to her email and she would call me. I have now sent her two emails and still have not received a reply or resolution to my problem.
Really awful service from the start - on-line site is misleading and I returned an item to the Canadian SaksOff5th store and the transaction got returned to their customs broker via MasterCard. Never saw the refund and they're only response is go back to the store. Wanted to return a pair of shoes from the same transaction - cost me $65 dollars and the shipping charges to return are $32. The SaksOff5th store is 20 minutes away from my house. So ridiculous! You have a Canadian store - make it easier for Canadians or you're out!
I placed an order (4 items) and one of the items was not in the box. I called (oddly there are not online customer service tickets to submit) and placed a claim and was told the missing item would be shipped and if it wasn't available my money would be refunded. After several weeks the item did not arrive and I was never refunded. I had to call again and was told "the claim was denied." I explained everything again and I got the impression the customer service representative did not understand and kept repeating "the tracking shows the package arrived." This is extremely upsetting. I have shopped online for over 10 years and I've never had anything like this happen at other stores.
Usless customer service they not even in America. I want sent wrong color of the robe I bought bought not only that it was defective I returned in store and over a day later my return isn't confirmed no email glitchy app. Glitchy email pls don't make d mistake I did how can I have an issue retuning an item in store with my return slip at hand call customer service and I am asked to go back to the store
I only received one item in my online order. I called them to inform them that I was charged for all and only one item was in the box. They said that they could see I had not received the other item. They said I would be receiving a refund. Two days later I received an email stating that I was not receiving a refund. Then I called to but was only able to chat. They said due to their policy they would not be refunding me. I stated I was already told that they could see I had not received the item and that the previous customer assistance attendant had stated I would be receiving a refund. They still refused my refund. I informed them I had a business degree and that was illegal. They still refused. I will never buy another item from them. I feel completely taken advantage of.
The order shipment was twice delayed with no information on an estimated delivery date. Customer service was horrible, and provided false information about the delivery, which extended the waiting time by another week. Cancelling the order was not allowed and I was still charged for shipment even though I asked for the order to be returned. Would strongly not recommend if you want the order to arrive in less than 3 weeks.
Return sent July 17. Called Customer Service 6 times for status. I was told they received the return on July 31 and now it is August 15. I was told to wait to receive a decision from the "back office" about my refund. I was also told I could keep checking back. Oh yeah, call number 5 told me my return was missing and they could not do anything. DON'T SHOP HERE!

The carrier sent a photo of package delivered to the wrong building.
I sent a photo of my lobby which is completely different the lobby from carriers photo and also a confirmation from my doorman that he never received a package. (Photos are attached)
I have filed claim twice with Saks Off Fifth and both times they denied my claim saying that the package was delivered.
I would never recommend anyone to order anything online from them!

I am not usually one to write reviews however the experience I've had with this company is just God awful. The item I received was not only five sizes too big which I understand happen sometimes to mix up a size but it came with some sort of a stain like a blood mark of some sorts and when I attempted to send it back they told me that they cannot except it as the condition of the item wasn't acceptable. I am honestly so disappointed and I know for sure that I won't be shopping here again anytime soon. I have had to call customer service and email multiple times and yet they won't refund me my money for their mistake. If a company makes a mistake they should own up to it and it should not be the responsibility of the customer to pay for those mistakes. Definitely don't shop herE.
Horrible experience, My fiance ordered his wedding suit, they sent the wrong size. We sent it back 6 weeks ago and still no refund and on top of it they want to charge me $9.95 to return somehing that was their mistake. I called to see what was going on with the refund and like everyone else's reviews the item is somehow been delayed on recieving on their end, bull$#*!, I have the tracking number myself and it arrived awhile ago. I was told my refund will be on my next billing cycle ie the next 25-30 days! Ordered the same suit again and again was sent the wrong size and again want to charge me $9.95 for their mistake. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service.
I ordered three items and only received one. They did not include the invoice with the package. They refused to give me a refund because their system indicated that all item was packed. I asked for a copy of their packing slip but they refused to provide it me. I ended up paying for the items never received.
They sold me a fake. What I ordered compared to what I got. I paid for shipping and they want me to pay to return this tie that looks nothing like what I ordered. Not to mention how it looks like some one sewn on the tag.
Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, they sent me the incorrect shoe size. Associate tried to get me the correct size from the store as it was sold out online. And the wanted to charge me twice the price (I said excuse, me you messed up the ordered and wanted to charge me twice the price?). Could take several weeks to get the item they said so I checked on the status 3 weeks later, and apparently the order had been cancelled. No one bothered to let me know. I could have ordered a few sizes bigger as those were available online.
Never received my package
They say that it has been send and left in the lobby of my apartment and are not able to create a case. Now I don't have my order and lost my money. Customer service is not willing to help and she just decided to not say anything back on the phone when I didn't accept "no" and when I asked to talk with the manager they let me wait for 30min
DO NOT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AS THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! AFTER BEING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF OVER 30 YEARS THEY COULDN'T MAKE A ONE TIME EXCEPTION TO RETURN AN ITEM OUTSIDE THEIR WINDOW! THEY EVEN TOLD ME IF I WERE HOSPITALIZED FOR 3 MONTHS THEY STILL WOULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO THEIR RULE SO I WOULD ADVISE TO NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AS THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!
So like everyone I was super sceptical about placing an order, so much so I sent a follow-up email and called their helpline within a week of placing the order. I was almost sure either my parcel won't reach me at all or it will arrive in a horrible condition. When I sent a follow-up email, I didn't get any reply from their team so I decided to call their helpline and the agent assured my order is going to reach the international shipping facility the same day and It did! I received constant updates about my order and yesterday I finally received my parcel after 13 days of placing the order and boy I was happy, the quality is perfect and Im super satisfied. I would recommend everyone to give this site one more shot!
Saks literally is the worst retail company to deal with. Their customer service is so bad and makes so many errors and inaccurate assertions that you begin to think they are doing so deliberately. It's insane. I strongly advise you against doing business with this company.
I had a horrible experience with items not arriving properly and the customer service representative treating me in a condescending and unhelpful manner as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase items from their store. They have definitely lost a customer.
I ordered two dresses online, received only one. I called customer service, they promised to investigate and send a follow up email. Nothing was sent. I called the second time, they sent an email: «We called the distribution center and they said that they had sent two dresses. The investigation is over. Have a great weekend!» That's it! They also refused to return money for a dress I did not receive. The Saks Off 5th online store is completely indifferent to its customers, taking money for unsent goods, and no one even cares to investigate the problem. This is a real fraud! I disputed the charge with my bank. I will never make a purchase again from this store! Be careful!
I bought a pair of jeans online from Saks off fifth. When I was on the website it suggested a size to buy based on past purchases, so I bought the size suggested. When I received the package the jeans were way too small. Now this was a "final sale" but I feel, that I should be given some latitude for a return given that they suggested a size.
I sent them back for a return along with a note saying that their customer service people said that they would give me a refund and put a note in the system saying so. Two weeks later I receive a box again in the mail. They spent money on FedEx to send it back to me again and was told that I will not be getting my money back.
In today's "Amazon age" this type of online behavior will mean nothing but failure for them.
