Ordered a dummy clip from this liar. Spent £12.80 and was very excited to get it for my first baby. I'm on maternity leave so it was a little pricey for the money I have but really wanted one for my baby. It never arrived. I asked her if she had sent it she said yes. Then two weeks later when it still hadn't arrived I messaged her again, this time she claimed a family member had died and she would send my item ASAP. Confused as she said she had already sent it!? So I waited and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Three weeks later and still no item so I messaged again only to get repeatedly ignored! I messaged once more desperately, to be told a replacement will be sent the next day? Which confused me as the items are handmade!? She then blocked my messages and blocked me on Facebook! This woman is a fraud!

As with every other negative review on here, I paid for an item (a make your own teddy bear). It never arrived. I emailed her to find out where it was, she messed me around loads so I asked for a refund. She kept blaming another company on me not receiving my refund. Still haven't received the refund or item. She deleted all of my negative comments on her instagram page and has now blocked me and my partner.
I'm heavily pregnant and I wanted to make the teddy for my first baby. It may seem silly but it's really impacted on me and has made me feel quite ill with stress and trying to chase her for the item. On top of that we're really struggling with money so i can't just throw away £16.
I have reported her to Norfolk police, action fraud and citizens advice who have reported her to her local trading standards. If everyone reports her soon she will get her karma

I am writing here after seeing some recent bad reviews online. I wanted to share my experience, Saffy designed and created a logo which i was very happy with for my nail business. I then ordered stationery and another set of designs but 48 hrs later i received a message on Facebook from her explaining she has no time for this and she refunded me the total. I was sad to not be able to use her, but i am happy that i was made aware of. No scamming here, why else would we have our designs... Many hours and alterations went into planning my design with Saffy and nothing was too much trouble...

What's suspicious about all of these reviews is they are either 5 star or 1! I had a brilliant experience when I got my logo, fast, excellent communication. I then ordered stationary. Completey my ignored my communication after having my money for 3 months and no order to be seen. Despite contacting her though FB, email and on website, nothing! I then named her on my personal page and in less than a minute she responded offering a refund. It seems a shame as clearly she is good at what she does but unfortunately can not manage her time and when she has taken on 'too much' she disappears. Not a great way to run a business but talentened none the less. Just a shame as if she balanced her work load I feel that orders would be completed. I wouldn't order from this lady as you are either going to get 5* service or do a runner with your cash by the sounds of it!

Order items via website in Feb, still haven't received 3 of the 4 items ordered. They don't reply to any of your messages and block you from trying to correspond by Facebook and Instagram. They have no intention of fulfilling my order or giving me my money back. This is one big scam

Ordered several goods a month ago which never arrived. All contact via email and her website were ignored. Any enquiries posted on her instagram page were instantly deleted before I was blocked! Mine is not an isolated case either, see spitspotscam page on instagram. She appears to move on and use different websites and instagram pages once she has been rumbled. Dispute opened with PayPal but still no refund received. Shame her shop is the other side of the country otherwise I would be there demanding answers.

This woman Saffy is a total con artist from her new website http://www.pinkpolkalimedesign.com/, do not use her. Her designs are not original and will not create you anything unique, that is if you are lucky to receive a logo from her anyway! I spent weeks chasing her politely for my logo, and had to listen to some awful excuses which she should be ashamed of! Luckily after the threats of reporting her I got my money back. Complete joke, complete waste of time, she should be shut down!

Communication was poor and the quality was rubbish. After waiting on the logo for weeks, I was not impressed when it came with added spelling mistakes. What annoyed me the most was that I had paid for a 'unique' logo, meaning that the components would not be used elsewhere. My logo was mis sold as a few months later, I noticed that components from my logo have been recycled and used on other peoples. Any professional logo designer would not do such a thing as they generally have a good understanding of brand identity and how important individuality is. All of the glowing reviews below have been left within a period of a few days. That's slightly suspicious isn't it? It's easy to write these reviews yourself I guess!

I had an absolutely awful time with this company. I ordered a set to make a blanket and a bag. It took weeks for the blanket to be posted, it took so much emailing and pestering to get any information. They also blamed third party services rather than taking any responsibility. The blanket arrived but no bag. A month later, consulting with a lawyer and an ombudsmen service I finally get a refund from them.
This took months to figure out, they lied and ignored me so many times! They deleted my comments on IG and Facebook.
NEVER EVER USE THIS SELLER AVOID AVOID AVOID!
