I found Saffys designs to be perfect for the look I wanted to create for my business. The price is fantastic and I was able to tweak the design until it was just right! She started a new business recently called SPIT SPOT LOVES it is located 20 The Thoroughfare, Harleston, Norfolk (thats what her FP shows) its a yarn type of shop. I wonder where our money goes?!?:)
This is wrong, small businesses are trying so hard and people like Sapphire Cameron are laughing in our faces!
I love my new logo design. Saffy did a fantastic job of conveying what I wanted and the turnaround was quick, much quicker than other designers I have worked with in the past. I'd highly recommend!

I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am at the whole experience of a transaction with Saffy Loves Design. I really wish I had read these review before I placed my order with her on 7th of January 2015 for a branding package as clearly there is a huge pattern going on here. It all starts off well, the invoice is sent very quickly and then nothing, communication is very poor and when you give notice of intent to lodge a dispute with Paypal a little action happens then nothing once more. This is such a shame as her work appears to be very good which is why I placed the order in the first place, however, I should have realised when there is not a review tab on her Facebook page that she doesn't want any of this to touch her media profile. Unfortunately this is very quickly looking like a bit of a scam to me - despite fractions of orders appearing. What is very annoying is the heavy networking presence and advertising on social media - or am I being very naive and is this how real scammers work?
I ordered a website and logo package through her ETSY store... at close to $1000. 00. Biggest business mistake of my life! After 4 months of listening to her lies, broken promises such as 'Hi lovely, I sent your proofs through' which was just a blatant lie and a stalling tactic I still had absolutely NOTHING from her. I started to investigate her and found the 'Saffy Loves is a Scam' webpage which I wish I had read before giving her my money.
Once I started to ask for my money back... what little communication we did had stopped. By the end I was BEGGING her to give me back my money. Thankfully ETSY ripped it out of her account and gave it back to me but Facebook users have NO protection.
DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.It was my first lesson in business hell.
Yes I do have a question, when is this con woman going to fulfill her orders or refund money paid in good faith?! She is a thief a liar and con artist.

I purchased my business logo from Saffy a few years back and was happy with it. I decided to then order my business cards and a customised accounts book from her through her then Etsy shop. BIG MISTAKE!
I ordered and paid through Etsy. After months of waiting and numerous efforts to get in touch I never received anything. When she eventually got in touch she said she would post the following day registered post. I waited again but nothing arrived. I tried getting in touch through Etsy and emails but all efforts were ignored. I then posted on her Facebook wall and my posts were immediately deleted. I took screen shots as proof and contacted Etsy to make a complaint. Her shop was then closed down as apparently there were numerous other complaints!
My story got worse. As it had gone on so long PayPal couldn't refund me as it was gone past the date for a refund. Then I was contacted by a graphic designer who told me my company logo was a copy of her work and I didn't have any rights to it as I was led to believe by Saffy. Stay away from this girl- she is a thief!
