I will absolutely 100% always recommend Saffy to my friends and family, i am so excited to work with her again n my 4th project. First order was the quickest of all, but i know that when popularity increases and demand then you have to be prepared to wait a little longer. I am even prepared to wait the 3 weeks which her turnaround currently is for business design. I just know that she will create something i love. She always does x

Saffy has created me an Amazing personalised logo design that I could not be more happy with! Great communication, and happy to help with any changes and any extras! The women has taken nearly £200 of my money, and nothing has arrived, i keep getting fobbed of with family members dying, being told it would be post he following day, now shies in hospital, if anyone has address for her please let me know, ive found her name and will be taking legal action against this freud,

Words cannot even being to describe how happy I am with my new logo! Saffy was so sweet even though I changed my mind like a million times regarding changing the font style. Absolutely amazing service! I contacted Saffy with a very brief idea for a logo, not really knowing exactly what I wanted and she has made a completely perfect logo! She offered several different designs allowing me to choose the perfect one. Each design looked like hours had been spent on it yet revisions were sent super quick. Thank you Saffy! X

The bunny Saffy made is simply stunning, so much cuter in real life. I was going to give it to my daughter for Easter, but as it came i gave it to her early... Think we will be starting a little collection. She is grey, with a pretty Tilda fabric ears and spotty feet. Well worth the £15 when its all handmade by Saffy herself. Amazing service. My logo was altered and emailed within a few hours! How good is that? I was dithering over 2 choices and asked Sapphire to do what she thought would look the best and I have to say it looked superb. Would definitely recommend. Saffyloves design is one of the most honest and creative design companies I have done business with. They are very straightforward as to what they can accomplish so much in a short time if needed. I am from AUS and i was up chatting with Saffy sometimes when i knew for a fact she should have been sleeping. She went above what i expected of her, especially after reading some comments but i am so happy i chose to ignore them - dont believe every thing you read online

The logo prepared by Saffy looks awesome, I got several styles and file formats, which is great and helps a lot for customizing websites, documents, newsletters etc... The quality is really good, the item was shipped on time and communication with the seller easy and professional, when I had questions she replied quickly. Overall very satisfied!

I have been following Saffy on Instagram for a while and I love her style, so when I needed a logo creating, I knew she was the one to do it! What she actually made for me exceeded expectations and she was on hand to guide me through the file extraction due to me being completely computer illiterate. After ordering from Saffy i then stumbled across this, and obviously was totally shocked so i went back and asked for a refund as i was so scared this was true. She said to me she was part way through the design and even showed me her drawings and updated me the next day with the design. I was totally 100% over the moon that none of this was true and i am now the proud owner of a real official business with a logo and all! So excited for 2016 to come, thanks Saffy x

Excellent product -- very fair pricing -- fast shipping -- and the customer service was stellar. I've had good customer service from other companies before, but they were REALLY quick to reply to me! I ordered on behalf of my wife as a present and i am so delighted with the outcome, and i had it all ready before her birthday, even better.

I am writing here after seeing some recent bad reviews online. I wanted to share my experience, Saffy designed and created a logo which i was very happy with for my nail business. I then ordered stationery and another set of designs but 48 hrs later i received a message on Facebook from her explaining she has no time for this and she refunded me the total. I was sad to not be able to use her, but i am happy that i was made aware of. No scamming here, why else would we have our designs... Many hours and alterations went into planning my design with Saffy and nothing was too much trouble...

Ordered a dummy clip from this liar. Spent £12.80 and was very excited to get it for my first baby. I'm on maternity leave so it was a little pricey for the money I have but really wanted one for my baby. It never arrived. I asked her if she had sent it she said yes. Then two weeks later when it still hadn't arrived I messaged her again, this time she claimed a family member had died and she would send my item ASAP. Confused as she said she had already sent it!? So I waited and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Three weeks later and still no item so I messaged again only to get repeatedly ignored! I messaged once more desperately, to be told a replacement will be sent the next day? Which confused me as the items are handmade!? She then blocked my messages and blocked me on Facebook! This woman is a fraud!

My shop is still not officially done or open bc my plate is full and I'm still learning policies and trying to raise my 2 year old at the same time but I can't wait for my shop opening! I love the layout she designed for me and how closely she worked with me throughout the whole process. I'm very impressed with my design and with her customer service! Thanks Sapphire!

Have to say this may be one of my best purchases for my business ever! I am in love with my new logo; it's beautiful! Saffy was so helpful when it came to choosing the right colors. I'm definitely ordering from her shop again! Beautiful designs and wonderful customer service! Thanks again!

3 words. I LOVE IT. Thats all you need to know, I was looked after well when working with Saffy, her timescales were clear and i mistakenly took into account weekends but she actually sent everything and worked with me on a SUNDAY because of my timing error. Saffy you rock gurl! X

Ordered several goods a month ago which never arrived. All contact via email and her website were ignored. Any enquiries posted on her instagram page were instantly deleted before I was blocked! Mine is not an isolated case either, see spitspotscam page on instagram. She appears to move on and use different websites and instagram pages once she has been rumbled. Dispute opened with PayPal but still no refund received. Shame her shop is the other side of the country otherwise I would be there demanding answers.

I am very impressed with the Facebook layout she designed designed specifically for my business. I thought I knew what I wanted but I ended up changing my mind several times. She has been totally patient with me, answered my messssges in a timely manner and I'm very proud of my FB page. I would refer anyone to her. She is full of talent and has a true passion for design!

I have dealt with Saffy as my designer for about 2 years now and have gone back to her for stationery numerous times and always been 100% happy with everything never has she ever been dishonest to me. Starting to really bug me that her business name is being tarnished due to all these liars here. How do we know if you have ever even ordered from her!?

Saffy is by far the BEST etsy logo person I've ever worked with. She let me look at 3 different options before I decided on which one to make my own. I've asked for a few changes and she was so fast and happy to help! I HIGHLY recommend her, and I"m so thankful for my beautiful logo! Thanks Saffy!

Wonderful custom graphics! Sapphire is a dream to work with and was very patient whilst we tweaked the design until I was totally happy.
