I have dealt with Saffy as my designer for about 2 years now and have gone back to her for stationery numerous times and always been 100% happy with everything never has she ever been dishonest to me. Starting to really bug me that her business name is being tarnished due to all these liars here. How do we know if you have ever even ordered from her!?
This was such an incredibly joyful experience. Saffy was incredible responsive and catered to all of my needs and did it quickly. If you need a logo or anything she is definitely the person to go to! 10 out of 5 stars!
I will absolutely 100% always recommend Saffy to my friends and family, i am so excited to work with her again n my 4th project. First order was the quickest of all, but i know that when popularity increases and demand then you have to be prepared to wait a little longer. I am even prepared to wait the 3 weeks which her turnaround currently is for business design. I just know that she will create something i love. She always does x
Saffy Loves was great to work with for my new photography logo. She was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns that I had along with delivering a great product. I'll use her again in the future!

I can see Saffy has had some horrible reviews here but I wanted to write about my experience. She totally transformed my little business page on facebook made it all look more professional. Not only did she do this but she also helped me install it, I had no idea how to watermark images with my new logo and she also showed me how to do this too!

As many have seen, Saffy is very capable of excellent work but when she hits a bump in the road things take a little time. I am so happy with everything i purchased i just wish i was kept in the loop a little more.
Ignore this vile piece of filth at all costs. She will take your money and ignore your e mails and refuse to honour the order. Place quite an extensive order a few weeks ago and still nothing received. She is a thief and a liar!
What's suspicious about all of these reviews is they are either 5 star or 1! I had a brilliant experience when I got my logo, fast, excellent communication. I then ordered stationary. Completey my ignored my communication after having my money for 3 months and no order to be seen. Despite contacting her though FB, email and on website, nothing! I then named her on my personal page and in less than a minute she responded offering a refund. It seems a shame as clearly she is good at what she does but unfortunately can not manage her time and when she has taken on 'too much' she disappears. Not a great way to run a business but talentened none the less. Just a shame as if she balanced her work load I feel that orders would be completed. I wouldn't order from this lady as you are either going to get 5* service or do a runner with your cash by the sounds of it!
I had an absolutely awful time with this company. I ordered a set to make a blanket and a bag. It took weeks for the blanket to be posted, it took so much emailing and pestering to get any information. They also blamed third party services rather than taking any responsibility. The blanket arrived but no bag. A month later, consulting with a lawyer and an ombudsmen service I finally get a refund from them.
This took months to figure out, they lied and ignored me so many times! They deleted my comments on IG and Facebook.
NEVER EVER USE THIS SELLER AVOID AVOID AVOID!
We are overwhelmed with how great our logo looks. Saffy Loves kept us up-to-date at all times and produced the final product really quickly. Look forward to continuing to use Saffy Loves in the future.
Do not order from her Facebook page or her website! She's quick to take the money... then you start to wonder why you haven't received your goods. She tells you she is posting replacements which is complete lies! Then when you try to message her again she doesn't respond! Luckily Paypal gave me a full refund straight away! Stay away!
Now under a new name of Pink Polka Lime, this 'business' has been scamming people to no end. Many of which I have come to consider as friends. It seems every day another person is accepting defeat and trying to move on, rather out of pocket. These are small businesses you are doing out of money, you should be ashamed of yourself. And stop making up ridiculous, manipulative excuses!
Many have tried to deal with it civilly but you have left no other option now. Also, you have no right to call people's home numbers when a number was never given to you, it's just weird and wrong
Please just learn to apologise to people and give them their money back; not 50% because 'work has beeb done' - if the work is not what they asked for, it's totally irrelevant.
I love my new Facebook timeline! Saffy created it to match my logo and Etsy shop package which she'd previously designed for me. She's got a lovely style and always sends friendly emails. I will definitely be back! Xxx
3 words. I LOVE IT. Thats all you need to know, I was looked after well when working with Saffy, her timescales were clear and i mistakenly took into account weekends but she actually sent everything and worked with me on a SUNDAY because of my timing error. Saffy you rock gurl! X
One simple word. Great. I ordered a logo and some matching stickers and she even made me a Facebook cover template to match for free. I was so thankful as my start up budget wasn't big. Thanks Saffy
The bunny Saffy made is simply stunning, so much cuter in real life. I was going to give it to my daughter for Easter, but as it came i gave it to her early... Think we will be starting a little collection. She is grey, with a pretty Tilda fabric ears and spotty feet. Well worth the £15 when its all handmade by Saffy herself. Saffyloves design is one of the most honest and creative design companies I have done business with. They are very straightforward as to what they can accomplish so much in a short time if needed. I am from AUS and i was up chatting with Saffy sometimes when i knew for a fact she should have been sleeping. She went above what i expected of her, especially after reading some comments but i am so happy i chose to ignore them - dont believe every thing you read online
Saffy is an absolutely wonderful girl, very talented and the level of care she puts into each and every design she makes is reflected in the presentation on her page. Her attention to detail is on point and i think her designs are simply timeless! Well done, and thank you for your talent.

The logo prepared by Saffy looks awesome, I got several styles and file formats, which is great and helps a lot for customizing websites, documents, newsletters etc... The quality is really good, the item was shipped on time and communication with the seller easy and professional, when I had questions she replied quickly. Overall very satisfied!
