I honestly can't thank this girl enough, she transformed all my ideas into stunning branding for my little business. I have never been so happy or excited about anything. It feels like Christmas, and i am super proud that it is all for my business. I was cautious, but so glad i went with Saffy.
My logo has given my new business a much needed professional look and I am very pleased with the final design. I feel Saffy used my questionnaire responses in the best way possible and responded well to my likes/dislikes/colour requirements. Logo adjustments were also done well. The reason I have reviewed this as 4 star is because there were a few technical issues with emails not coming through which slowed the process down slightly. I am fully aware that these issues were beyond Saffy's control but perhaps changing the way files are sent to customers could help to resolve this i. E dropbox or googledrive due to the large file sizes as I have noticed this has happened a few times. Saffy was however very polite in her emails and responded to any concerns I had. I would definitely use her again. Thank you:-)
I paid for all my business branding and order books in November. Heard nothing for months. Tried being patient and sending countless messages. She deletes all messages from her FB page asking where products are etc. She does not respond to messages for weeks and I still have not received my products. Her work looks lovely but her service is a sham!
Wonderful custom graphics! Sapphire is a dream to work with and was very patient whilst we tweaked the design until I was totally happy. The end result is a set of top quality, made to perfection graphics - exactly what I wanted and needed. Don't hesitate to work with this seller on your graphics, she is fab! I have been following Saffy on Instagram for a while and I love her style, so when I needed a logo creating, I knew she was the one to do it! What she actually made for me exceeded expectations and she was on hand to guide me through the file extraction due to me being completely computer illiterate. I will definitely be getting all of my branding material from Saffy Loves x

I put an order in via the website and did not hear a thing for three weeks. I sent emails and facebook meassages which were either ignored or or given false promise.
I was told I that I could have a refund, I even received a screen shot of the bank transaction, the money still never arrived back in my bank. I am now being ignored yet again.
14 week later no order, no refund.
This business is fraudulent
Saffy is an absolute star- has produced us the most amazing leaflet design and has been fantastic to work with. Has always gone above and beyond to get us what we wanted for our shop, and communication has always been friendly, helpful and swift. I have to write about this here, as after a year my campaign for my beautiful daughter Margot has gone viral, and its all thanks to saffy for designing us a key brand image- we have printed stickers, leaflets t-shirts etc all with this logo design and are beyond happy. I just thought i would add on here also that when she invoiced originally i expected to pay the full £45 for the logo, to my surprise i got a refund and was so shocked i went on and sent an email immediately thinking something had gone wrong, she went on to explain that she simply couldn't take the money from me and that i was to raise as much awareness as i could for my sweet girl and other sufferers of this disease. So if you don't think this shows she has a huge heart then i dont know what else would. Thanks Saffy, you sweetheart i will never forget this kindness you showed us and God will protect you from this nastiness x
My shop is still not officially done or open bc my plate is full and I'm still learning policies and trying to raise my 2 year old at the same time but I can't wait for my shop opening! I love the layout she designed for me and how closely she worked with me throughout the whole process. I'm very impressed with my design and with her customer service! Thanks Sapphire!

Awful. Like the people above. Saffy is quick to to take money but once shes got it... thats it! She never ever replies. Just removes the comments you leave on her page and then blocks you! Shame on her for being such a scammer!
I brought 6 prints from Saffy Loves to make a collage in my house, on the wall above my sofa. Literally the best £30 i have spent in my life. And they came within the week i ordered them. Thanks lovely x
I commissioned Saffy to design me a print specifically from me to my mum, and it brought a tear to her eye when she unwrapped it. Its so perfect, thank you so much love. And ignore any negativity, people make mistakes... and you have to learn in business. My experience with you was amazing and i will be back!
I have had so many compliments on my new design, my Husband is a graphic designer too, but not got that girly look i was after, as soon as i found Saffy Loves on Google i fell in love! I browsed her portfolio for hours one night and saw so many lovely logos she had created in the past. I had to have my own, so i soon purchased the mini package at just £35. I received the questionnaire just an hour after and the process began. Saffy was kind, friendly and so patient with me, considering i had no clue on what i wanted to even begin with. I have just uploaded all my new images on Facebook and lots of likes and comments already. Thanks Girl. X

Takes money quickly. Makes promises. Never fulfilled. I was very stressed out during my dealings with her. Long story - promises made, never kept to them, only my money. I kissed goodbye to over £50.00. Do not touch this business. Not good.
Saffy is by far the BEST etsy logo person I've ever worked with. She let me look at 3 different options before I decided on which one to make my own. I've asked for a few changes and she was so fast and happy to help! I HIGHLY recommend her, and I"m so thankful for my beautiful logo! Thanks Saffy!
