Saffy Loves Design

I speak for myself and two other customers who have contacted me after leaving comments on the Facebook page.
Communication is excellent until payment received and then all becomes quite a bit of a big communication MESS!

I ordered a design on 8th Dec and no design was received within the time stated. I gave it extra time before sending my Email. Saffy took her time to respond but then explained her CAT had eaten her computer wire.

After requesting a refund I was ignored. Saffy clearly doesn't give much due diligence to the fact that her personal details are linked to her business and her information and where abouts are displayed publicly using a very simple search.
After explaining I was fully prepared to take matters to a scam reporting agency along with these details - She finally responded and a refund was received.

Thanks Saffy - next time i'll go somewhere a little more ethical!

After ordering from Saffy i then stumbled across this, and obviously was totally shocked so i went back and asked for a refund as i was so scared this was true. She said to me she was part way through the design and even showed me her drawings and updated me the next day with the design. I was totally 100% over the moon that none of this was true and i am now the proud owner of a real official business with a logo and all! So excited for 2016 to come, thanks Saffy x

Around 6 weeks ago I paid for my branding package. Saffy was very quick to reply out of hours and stated it wasn't an issue to talk late on a Saturday night. She promptly sent over the invoice which I duly paid and since then NOTHING. No replies to messages other than once when I was very abruptly told she was 'out of the office until Monday'
I have seen a few logo suggestions, neither that I was crazy about and two of which I noticed were recycled from her previous designs so I refused them. I have still not had any official proofs despite her saying she has sent them over numerous times. My business is now hanging in suspense with no branding, business cards or flyers and banners which I desperatey needed. Thanks a lot Saffy!

Saffy made my logo and it is fantastic, what a difference it has made to my business page. Im not very good on the computer and she took the time to explain how to upload my cover photo. Would highly recommend. X

Hi, i just wanted to put in my ten pennies worth! I followed Saffy from the very beginning, from etsy where she sold me a premade logo design. I have never had an issue and she certainly never scammed me! We have had one communication issue but this was July '13 when she lost her Father- and of course i totally understood that, but at the time she still made the effort and let me know. I am happy and always will be because of the work and effort she put in to my website thanks love and dont let them get you down. Because really you never upset me and they are claiming you upset every customer you ever ever had x

Saffy designed my business logo for me and I couldn't be more happy with it! She took on board everything that I wanted and created the perfect finishing touch to my business. I would highly recommend Saffy to anybody who is looking for a unique and bespoke design. She has a true talent and I cannot wait to order more products from her! This has been my first design purchase, I chose to purchase from Saffyloves as I had seen other logos she had created for other businesses and love her style of work. I did also read other reviews to help me make my decision as to choose Saffyloves and can honestly say I made the right choice!
