Previously wrote a bad review about saferwholesale. Since then my opinion has completely changed. They kindly refunded my money, in a timely fashion, due to not having item I wanted in stock. They were professional and cooperative. I would not hesitate to use them again. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I do not recommend this company at all. I have had problems from after I paid all the way to the end of received MSO information.
First 2 weeks into the order they say they don't have the one I paid for and they are shipping a different one. The I get a call from UPS saying they can't deliver because they can off-load. So I call the PM says he will work it out after 36 hours no return call. So I'm stuck going to get UTV 50 miles from my house. FYI this was supposed to expedited shipping to my door and off-loaded. When I see the box at ups low and behold the unit is not assembled. I had no idea I had to assemble. So then I get it assembled and learn I don't have paperwork to license it. Call them again with this issue and they say they took care of it and I should be receiving it. Well It's been 2 weeks from day they said they mailed it and still haven't received it. Called again and said they would have to call manufacturer and have another sent to them and then they send to me.
So long story short - I don't recommend this company. Very unpleasant to work with. I spent $7775 on my purchase you'd think they would at least do what they say. After the fact I started doing research and found they have law suits and major complaints all over the country.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them!
I WON"T BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that we aim to satisfy each and everyone of our customers.
On rare occasions the supplier runs out of stock on those units and we have to offer the customer an upgrade for a similar/better model.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience with the shipping please call us so we can reach an agreement that will make you satisfied.
These units are dropped shipped from the supplier's warehouse to you. For the most part we have diagrams and videos on how to assemble these units. I can provide those to you per your request.
As far as your title we request the paperwork from the supplier and you should have received it by now. If not then you should be getting it no later than this week.
If you have any problems with the machine please do not hesitate to call in and talk to our parts/warranty dept. they can answer and questions or concerns you might have with the vehicle.

After reading these reviews, now just a bit concerned about my purchase being damaged or the wrong order. So far I have had a good expience. Talk with Matt and threw in a free trunk for my scooter for the inconvenience of the shipping cost. Had no problem paying a lttle more. I have faith that everything will be just fine and my order of my moped will be as expected.
I will return with my review once I get my moped. I am giving it one star for now.

I have yet to get an answer to my online question; can I visit your Joliet location and test drive one of the trikes?

The Chat and Sale popup are extremely annoying; even after I cancel them they keep coming back.

It was brief so relatively painless. I would definitely not recommend to my brethren of riders or any other veterans. I can't speak on the product only the staff and company. Avoid them and shop 1 of the other 1000 or so distributors.

Stay away!

Never ever ever going to buy from this place again! Awful customer service and manger skills! After they get your money (mine was almost 9 grand) they don't give a f_ck about you or your order! They wait 2 weeks after you oder and tell you they cant get the color i want so theyll just send another color! I dont want another color! They said we dont understand why i just cant take the only color they have!? Then got mad at me! Very rude people to talk to, even the manager Tim is very unprofessional.

New Vs. Old

I just purchased a 300cc Trike, I didn't get the color I wanted Red I got my second Choice, Silver. Also this is 2015, So I was expecting to get a 2015 Motorcycle Trike... only to find out it was made in 2012! This is miss leading, in you ad for this trike dosen't say anything about this being made in 2012, Now I hope that I don't have to wait forever to get my Cert. Of Origin! Other than the things I talked about Your Sales and Teck Support was Nice to me.
