Customer Service is a joke. Hard to contact, representatives do NOT speak English well, and due to their incompetence I was delayed 2 days getting home.
The first call to Customer Service took at least 30 minutes to complete; 10 minutes going through their automated phone system to get to a representative and 20 minutes on hold getting a new flight reservation. Got to the airport for the trip home and no ticket had been purchased, so had to make another call to Customer Service.
The second call took over an hour get the ticket purchased; by the time the purchase registered with the airline the flight had left without me. The third call was disconnected on their end before the call for a new flight reservation was completed; had to start all over. The forth call finally completed the reservation and ticket purchase for the return flight, but now I had to wait another day to get home.
None of the four Customer Service representatives spoke English well, the third one contacted was so bad most of the time I was guessing what she was saying.
