First purchase was a 50 cc quad, it lasted 1 month before the crank case broke. 2nd purchase is a 125cc spear go cart, mirrors broke off, fender flaps broke off, reverse broke after a month. Contacted there service/warranty department and they have not returned my calls or emails.
Shopping on here us easy and they have so much stuff and do many sales. People are missing out if they don't shop here!

Its too much trouble to be forced to speak with someone. Most people, including myself, do research at work and dont have time to talk. Just give the best price up front or use messenger.
Ordered a yellow 46series d150p on Mother's Day.
Received a call next day, saying sorry not available but some options for a replacement or a refund, said to myself here we go. Credit card hassles and all.
Nope we are Golden everyone, accepted the 46j as a replacement after some inventory checking.
Same body style but better trim than the 46y that was offered, nothing but smooth knowledgeable calm fast responses from this Tim guy. Hands down he works for his customers.
I will be buying yet Another 46 series from these guys. When they become available

I have been trying to get a deal in the last two weeks but nobody was able to give a deal on the bike I am trying to purchase. I talked to only one person. Thanks
I was under the impression i was purchasing a trike kit that was compatible with my Harley, with minimal modifications. Much to my surprise i received a poor quality kit, which will cost me an additional 400.--500.00 to modify. I am a machinist by trade with over 30 yrs, and never seen anything fabricated like this. When i called tech support i encountered rudeness and no helpful information. I was told if i wasn't qualified enough than just take it to a qualified mechanic. I was disappointed with the whole experience and will not have anything to do with this company again.

We are willing to help you get this unit mounted. However because we do not have your particular bike, it is impossible for us to give you any directions on how to mount it. We do have a fabricator in house that can fabricate any special brackets for you so you can mount the kit.

1st of all my experience has been the worst ever. My wife had breast cancer 5 years ago and it drained all our money. I finally saved up enough to get a 150cc slingshot scooter. Your salesman jeremy said i could get cherry red that its in stock, no problem. A month later i finally received a yellow one. My son and i started putting mirrows on and no wiring diagrams for lights, so i called and they said tech support was only available mon-friday from 10 central to 4 central. So 2 days later finally got lights hooked up. No help from tech support cause i live ond work on east coast so there hours dont work for me. 2nd of all got it started and gas pouring out from somewhere. Called and tried to get thru to tech support and u have an hour and a half wait. Who has time to stay on phone for that long. So here i am stuck with a brand new scooter i cant do a $#*!ing thing with cause it leaks gas like a sive and u cant get hold of anyone. $#*!ing bull$#*!. I want my money back and you can come get ur $#*!ing scooter. If not im taking you to court.

My experience today was not bad, but it didn't address my point. You said make an offer, but their was no offer made. You told me to rate my experience, but I had no experience with you. I mad an offer, and it was never addressed. It probably won't be addressed at all. I like the Azura Go Kart, but that wasn't addressed either, and that is what I wanted to purchase.
Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.
