I bought a new scooter from saferwholesale & when I bought it, I was told that I can rest easy & buy with confidence because if ANYTHING goes wrong with the bike EVERYTHING is covered for 9 months, only to find out that is a LIE! What they "meant" to say is 30 days fir "wearable parts" 9 months for engine parts, but the whole reason I spent $1,700, was the warranty, it is NON EXISTENT, this place will tell you ANYTHING to get your money, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!, My brand new bike showed up with a faulty front brake assembly. THEY SUCK!
I paid over $1,100 for a advertised assembled bicycle with a motor on it paid extra money for it to come assembled as shown in a box I followed their step by step video on assembly and never fired up and never started the motor was locked up I took it to for mechanics none can fix it the company refuses to do anything about it so I'm just at $1,100 for a $300 bicycle and $100 motor
I have a Mechanical background and I am not exaggerating that I have been working on this utv for 2 weeks, 2 hours my $#*!. No instructional manual. No assembly instructions. No help when calling for support. I don't know how this company stays in business. I have moved the vehicle no more than 5 feet and now it won't even start. I ordered a 4 wheel drive with a snow plow, they sent a 2 wheel drive and said that's what I ordered. Why would anyone order a 2 wheel drive when they want to plow snow? Also ordered a wench I got no wiring harness for it.
I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I love the UTV golf cart; HOWEVER, the battery is worthless considering the amount of money I spent on the purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE is terrible. I have spoken to 3 different people in Parts and Warranty about a faulty battery. They were rude and demeaning. Said things like, " I can't help you, after all the battery is from China";" any knowledgeable person would know to charge the battery", "I don't know where the VIN# is, and we do not give you an owner's manual to help you. Keep searching!" AND too bad you didn't read the 10 pages of TERMS and CONDITIONS(meanwhile, the battery lasted less that 3 small trips, would not charge after 6 uses, found a manual under the front seat.)
Purchased and delivered within a week. No issues there. I didn't bother to call customer service due to the reviews online. Figured if I was dumb enough to buy one I was on my own. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic with an open mind, reviews gave me confidence in the current Chinese products. Received a new coolster 3175 ATV November 2020. Vin says it was built July 2020. Upon assembly, rear axle had 1/16 side play in the carrier - difficult to find washers and new nut needed to fix, Chain was so tight I had to purchase a longer one, rear brake was locked up and needed extreme modification & adjustment to correct. Additionally clutch engagement speed is very high with a lot of engine vibration and noise. I inspected CVT hardware with no defects noted. We have owned it two weeks... myself and the kids can't wait to get rid of it!
We strive on excellent customer service and have been selling this Coolster Brand for years. We ship out every item with speed unless a custom made item and we fully back all atvs and all other powersports. I purchased a motorized hitch in the end of August. It arrived in October. Didn't work. Called saferwholesale and they said they want me to replace the parts myself. I said I wasn't a mechanic, they insisted. So after I replaced the battery that was bad, the module and the motor and a switch, it still didn't work. I called numerous times, with no results.
Filled out a claim app. They emailed me saying it was missing a vin number, I asked them where it was, because I couldn't find it. No response. I send them their receipt, nothing.
Stay away from this shoddy operation.
They should be closed down.
I purchased this quad and this is how it came all the paint chipped off all over the clutch Handle broken and grounded down. It won't run cyber clutch won't pull in and my hid hasn't rode it since we purchased it in July or aug I called immediately and it was a run around sill nothing I'll called 5 times now I'm stuck with a broken quad. There was a lot more too much to post
Ordered a Snow Plow and an accessory light kit. Light kit never arrived. Have left two e-mails, talked to a service rep and filled out their requested missing parts report and no reply after several weeks.
Overall, really poor follow-up and no concern about the customer after they get the order.
I can't leave review on the cart yet as I have not received it. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I ordered and paid in full for the cart August 1. They did tell me it would be 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and they can't/won't give me an approximate ship date. I am hoping to get a tracking number or status update real soon and also, hoping the cart is as described and pictured. I am not leaving bad overall rating until I receive it and it's not what they promise.
Numerous Issues
Assembled July 28th:
· LED Light Bar NEVER worked from the very start and still doesn't work due to no power at the LED Light Bar Plug.
· Dash Lights Never worked from the very start and still don't. No power going to the dash accent lights.
July 29th Presented to my daughter as a birthday gift at a ATV / UTV Socially distanced birthday party with 8 other kids.
· Speedometer worked for about an ½ hr of use and still doesn't work at all.
August 8th
· Battery that was provided with the UTV is completely dead and won't take a charge.
· I purchased a new battery and UTV starts and runs.
August 18th
· UTV starts and runs for about 12minutes…. Dies.
· Won't restart
· Fault Code on the dash is indicating Oil Pump Issues
I am not happy! The UTV has less than 5hours on it! Nearly $4,000 and my kid gets a piece of $#*!! What is the solution?
SO WHEN I PURCHASED MY UTV I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS. MY BAD! SO WE ARE COMING UP 8 WEEKS SINCE MY CHECK WAS CASHED. IT SEEMS THAT SAFER WAREHOUSE HAS NO OR CHOOSES NOT TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPLIER/FACTORY/ASSEMBLER/IMPORTER. SO AFTER WEEK 7 I STARTED DAILY PHONE CALLS TRYING TO GET A SHIPPING/DELIVERY FORECAST. YESTERDAY(9/9/2020) THE SAFER WAREHOUSE REP WAS DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND MADE NO ATTEMPT TO HELP ME. DON'T BUY IF YOU EXPECT DELIVERY AS PROMISED AND RESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had to call repeatedly to check on my unit. Shipping representative hung up in my face after an intense argument. Unit wasn't delivered on time and I was threatened with restocking and Shipping cost. I wouldn't recommend this company. I will never purchase from saferwholesale.com again.
Very rude people on the Phone. Been trying to get my title for 4 months. Called today, 08/31/2020, they said they mailed it on Aug. 14th. It does take 2 weeks from IL. To Wy. For the mail to get here. Stay away from this company.

When I call August 30,2020 got young lady on the phone she had no clue of the item I was explaining to her and proceed to hang up on me. I then return the call this company who did apologize for her but kind gave the excuse she was new to me unacceptable u work for a company have some knowledge of what you are dealing with!

I placed my order May 5th 2020. This was on my bucket list. Very excited about one of my final things to get. Usual delivery date 6-7 was. Today's date is August 28. I've called every Two weeks because that is what they keep telling me that I will get the cart. Today they said end of next week. I asked for a picture of the cart to see how far they were in getting it ready for shipping. Well no picture like they said they(Craig-salesman) would send. They have my money and I have no recourse.
Don't waste your time dealing with this company. I placed an order that they promptly cancelled the same night, still 24 days later they have not returned the thousand dollars they fraudulently collected. And they are rude to boot. So not worth the headache. Most people don't have a thousand dollars to just be playing around with these days. Give me my?*"# money.
Hello, for any orders that are cancelled, we do not capture the funds. If you are the Carol W. That we did find in our system, the order was a finance order and not paid via credit card or any other method which was cancelled. Please note, we have been in business for over 17 years and we strive on excellent customer service. The only order that we did find in the system was $749.95 - so the order was NOT for Thousands of dollars as the review states above. Also, any finance customers are not billed their monthly payment until 30 days after the loan is finalized. Never able to enjoy my side by side because the motor has been pouring oil since day 1. They do not want to honor the warranty. I was sold something that does not work and the parts guys are very shady and rude. I have personally as a salesman never seen anything like this. Very shameful to do me and so many others like this.

I had the worse customer service ever. I was very curious how the company could sell products at low prices compared to other vendors. Had to be the quality and/or customer service, which is what I witnessed. Will look elsewhere and spend the extra money on something very reliable.

Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.

The battery should stay on a trickle charger when not in use to keep the battery in good standing order. As far as the manual, there is a downloadable PDF file on each listing.
